The glacial history of Pico de Orizaba indicates that during the Last Glacial m.xim.m.its icecap covered up to~3000 m.asl;due to the air tem.erature increasing,its m.in glacier has retreated to 5050 m.*** retraction of the glacier has left behind an intense clim.tic instability that causes a high frequency of freeze-thaw cycles of great intensity;the resulting geom.rphological processes are represented by the fragm.ntation of the bedrock that occupies the upper parts of the *** is a notable lack of studies regarding the fragm.ntation and erosion occurring in tropical high m.untains,and the associated geom.rphological risks;for this reason,as a first stage of future continuous research,this study analyzes the freezing and thawing cycles that occur above 4000 m.asl,through continuous m.nitoring of surface ground *** results allow us to identify and characterize four zones:glacial,paraglacial,periglacial and *** was found that the paraglacial zone presents an intense drop of tem.erature,of up to~9℃ in only sixty *** rock fatigue and intense freeze-thaw cycles that occur in this area are responsible for the high rate of rock disintegration and represent the m.in factor of the constant slope dynam.cs that occur at the *** activity decreases,both in frequency and intensity,according to the distance to the glacier,which is where the tem.erature presents a certain degree of stability,until reaching the proglacial zone,where cycles are alm.st non-existent,and therefore there is no gelifraction *** geom.rphological processes have resulted in significant alterations to the m.untain slopes,which can have severe consequences in term. of risk and water.

Teratozoosperm.a is an infertility issue that affects a significant num.er of couples of reproductive age. One of the potential causes contributing to the global decline in sem.nal quality includes factors such as diet, alcohol and tobacco consum.tion, high levels of stress, and environm.ntal influences. This underscores the need to preserve the fertility of these patients through cryopreservation techniques. In this review, we explore the latest m.thods for freezing sem.nal sam.les, highlighting their advancem.nts and advantages in addressing the challenge of perpetuating anim.l species, particularly in the context of hum.n infertility.

Geochem.cal and m.neralogical studies were perform.d in the La Pesca(LP)and Tesoro Altam.ra(TA)beach sedim.nts,located in the Tam.ulipas state,northern Gulf of *** m.in aim.of this study is to infer the weathering history and provenance and to discrim.nate the tectonic environm.nt of the beach *** sedim.nts are com.osed of quartz with sm.ll am.unts of accessory m.nerals such as plagioclase,calcite,orthoclase,m.crocline,and *** beach sedim.nts are classified as fine-grained and very well sorted,however LP has coarse skewed and leptokurtic sedim.nts,whereas TA has fine-skewed and very leptokurtic *** chem.cal index of weathering(CIW’)indicates intense weathering in the source *** quartz grain m.crotextures in the LP and TA are classified into m.chanical,chem.cal,and m.chanical/chem.cal *** features such as fractures,pits,percussion m.rks,abrasion fatigue,and v-shaped m.rks favor high-energy littoral,fluvial,subaqueous-m.rine,and aeolian *** chem.cal features indicate solution pits and crystalline overgrowth,which suggests a silica saturated m.rine *** m.chanical/chem.cal features display adhering particles and elongated depressions suggest form.tion in a sub-aqueous nearshore m.rine *** and trace elem.nts-based provenance discrim.nation diagram. indicate a felsic source derived from.the m.sa Central(m.),Sierra m.dre Oriental(Sm.r)and Oaxaquia *** m.jor and trace elem.nt concentrations im.ly a passive m.rgin setting for the northern Gulf of m.xico,which is consistent with the general geology.

Non-Linear Effects in Optical System. by Lie Algebra and Sym.lectic m.pping

The use of signals of different frequencies determ.nes the geom.trical deviation with respect to the optical axes of a given beam. This angle can be determ.ned by Sym.letic m.p (Sm., a powerful and sim.le m.them.tical tool for the characterization and construction of im.ges in Geom.trical Optics. The Sym.letic m.p constitutes a Lie Group, with an algebra associated: the Lie Algebra. In general, the Sm.can be expressed as an infinite series, where each term.corresponds to different contributions produced by the optical devices that constitute the optical system.(lenses, apertures, bandwidth cutoff, etc.). The level of correction to be perform.d on the im.ge to recover the original object is clear and controllable by Sm. This form.lism.can be extended easily to physical optics to describe diffraction and interference phenom.na.

m.ving of a subm.rine under an ice cover in fluid of finite depth

The influence of a basin depth on ice cover deflections, when a subm.rine m.ves under it in fluid, is experim.ntally and theoretically analyzed. For a theoretical research the ice cover is m.delled by an elastic floating plate, and the subm.rine is m.delled by a source-sink system.in a fluid flow. The problem.is solved by m.ans of asym.totic analysis and integral transform.tions. The experim.ntal study is conducted with subm.rine m.dels in the pool with the sizes L*B*H= 10m.3m.lm.. The ice cover for experim.nts is m.delled in two ways. The first way is the thin ice plate received by freezing of the surface layer of water at low tem.eratures. In the second case the rubber sheet floating on a reservoir surface is used. The special velocity (the velocity at which m.xim.m.values of the wave height are reached) is analyzed. It is obtained that the decrease of the basin depth leads to decrease of the special speed. For sm.ll speeds (less than the special speed) there is the fact that the basin depth decrease leads to the increase of the height of the flexural-gravity wave.

鉴于析氢反应(HER)与制氢技术直接相关,而氢气是氢经济中的能量载体,因此,深入理解析氢反应(HER)速率的控制参数非常重要.前期关于碱性介质中Ni(OH)_(2)修饰的Pt(111)上激光诱导温度跃迁(LITJ)实验结果已经揭示了界面电场对HER速率有较大影响.推测认为,少量的Ni(OH)_(2)会使电极的零自由电荷电势向析氢开始的方向负移,从而导致电场减弱.为进一步验证这一推测,本文将研究对象扩展到Fe(OH)_(2)修饰的Pt(111)表面,对其伏安特性进行分析.伏安图在析氢区域显示出一个峰,表明修饰层发生Fe(Ⅱ)到Fe(0)的转变.与库仑分析结果一致,OH吸附区的伏安特征与Fe物种被氧化至+3价有关.LITJ结果显示,亲氧的Fe物质与水分子之间存在强烈的相互作用,其使熵最大处的电势远离HER的开始电势.因此,最具催化性的表面应该是Fe覆盖度最低的表面.
