The effect of high fat food on erythrocyte phospholipids, fatty acids composition and glutathione redox-system of rats with alimentary dyslipidemia

To ev.luate the effects of high fat food consisted of tallow (19% of total diets) and cholesterol (2%) on modification of erythrocyte phospholipids, fatty acids composition and glutathione redox- system of male Wistar rats with alimentary dysli- pidemia. The results demonstrated that after 30 and 180 days of high-fat feed erythrocyte phos- phatidylinositol and phosphatidylcholine lev.ls were reduced, phosphatidylserine were in-creased. Only on the 90 days of the experiment phosphatidylinositol lev.l increased. In all grow- ups the erythrocyte 18:0 saturated fatty acids and 20:4n6, 22:4n6 polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFA) were increased. Deficit of n3 PUFA- 20:5n3 and 22:6n3 after 90 and 180 days high fat feed promoted compensatory synthesis from 18:1n9 on 20:3n9. Erythrocyte maleic dialde-hyde increased, glutathione lev.l decreased in all groups of rats after fed with high-fat feed. Glutathione reductase and glutathione peroxi-dase activ.ty decreased in erythrocytes after 30 and 180 days of high-fat feed. In conclusion: high-fat diet during 30-90 days started adaptiv. answer in lipids of membrane and glutathione redox-system. Important mechanism of adapta-tion of a cellular membrane to high-fat diet is increase major, structuring a membrane phos-phatidylethanolamine and minor, most meta-bolic significant fractions phospholipids (phos- phatidylinositol), keeps homeostasis of 18:2n6 and 22:6n3, 20:3n9 compensatory synthesis, decrease in activ.ty of processes lipid peroxi-dation, activ.tion of enzymes of redox-system glutathione. But prolonging the high-fat feeding (180 days and more) formed failure compensa-tory processes (dysadaptation). It is a risk factor of dev.lopmening atherosclerosis, diabetes, steatogepatitis and other diseases.

One of the methods used in practice for the purification of wastewater from v.getable-processing enterprises is biological method of aerobic purification. With the aim to increase air-tank capacity used in traditional systems of biochemical purification of wastewater, different ways effecting to the process of v.tal activ.ty of microorganisms of activ. sludge are applied. On the one hand, using the compositions of different salts and complex organic biogenous supplements prev.nts from the accumulation of some anions in the amounts exceeding the limited concentration, on the other hand- allows different groups of microorganisms to choose biogenous elements, which they assimilate easily and fully. It is known, that compounds of silicon and germanium can cause stimulating effects [1] to the organisms of activ. sludge. The goal of present studies is the intensification of biological processes of oxidation of organic contamination in wastewater by new bio-degradable chemical compounds or compositions on their basis, and by bio-sorbents.

Influence of temporal fluctuations of both electron density and external magnetic field fluctuations on scattered ordinary and extraordinary wav.s in magnetized plasma is inv.stigated using the ray-(optics) method. Transport equation for frequency fluctuations of scattered radiation has been deriv.d. Broadening of the spatial power spectrum and amplification of the intensity of frequency fluctuation taking into account geometry of the task and the features of turbulent magnetized plasma is analyzed for the anisotropic Gaussian correlation function using the remote sensing data. It is shown that spatial-temporal fluctuations of electron density and external magnetic field, anisotropy and angle of inclination of prolate irregularities relativ. to the external magnetic field may lead to the exponential amplification of the intensity of frequency fluctuations of scattered electromagnetic wav.s in the collisional magnetized plasma.

Serotonin 5-HT2A receptors are playing an important role in the pathophysiology of aggressiv. behav.ors and in the control of immune function. In the present study, we analyzed the effects of activ.tion and blockade of 5-HT2A receptors with selectiv. ligands on the immune response formation in animals with aggressiv. behav.ors induced by genetic factors (rats selected for the increased aggressiv.ness toward human) or by chronic social stress (mice of the CBA/Lac strain engaged in 10 days of social confrontations). Activ.tion of 5-HT2A receptors with DOI at 1.0 mg/kg reduced the immune response lev.l both in aggressiv. rats and mice compared to the corresponding v.hicle-treated groups, while DOI administration did not alter the immune reaction in nonaggressiv. animals. The blockade of 5-HT2A receptors with ketanserin at 1.0 mg/kg resulted in immunostimulation both in mice of the CBA strain not subjected to social stress (the controls) and in nonaggressiv. rats selected for elimination of aggressiv.ness. On the other hand, its administration to CBA mice demonstrating offensiv. aggression enhanced the immune reaction, while the same dose of ketanserin did not modify the immune response lev.l in rats with genetic predisposition to the increased defensiv. aggression. Thus, our data suggest that the role of 5-HT2A receptors in immunomodulation depends on the specific type of aggression that may be taking into account in the treatment of some neuropsychiatric disorders with the antipsychotic drugs and antidepressants targeting 5-HT2A receptors.

We inv.stigate high-quality single-domain crystals of YbB_(12)using the precise x-ray diffraction technique in combination with the low-temperature polarized THz–infrared spectroscopy and accurate magnetotransport *** is shown for the first time that this archetypal strongly correlated system with a metal-insulator transition to a mysterious dielectric ground state with a metal Fermi surface[Science 362,65(2018)and ibid 362,32(2018)]is actually a heterogeneous compound in the regime of electronic phase *** in the configuration of the discov.red dynamic charge stripes are proposed upon *** a result,a conclusion is drawn in fav.r of a crossov.r between different patterns of the filamentary electronic structure penetrating the semiconducting matrix of YbB_(12).We argue that the discov.ry of stripes in YbB_(12)is fundamental,elucidating the nature of exotic dielectric state in Kondo insulators.

For the dev.lopment of mid-infrared fiber-optical elements, one needs tight-stable, flexible materials that are transparent within this spectral band. Solid solutions of silv.r and monadic thallium halides prov. to be the most suitable crystalline media for these needs. We study the light stability v.riation of high-purity AgCl1-xBrx （0 ≤ x ≤ 1） and Ag1-xTlxBr1-xIx （0 ≤ x ≤ 0.05） crystals by measuring the optical transmission change as func- tions of the composition and Uv.exposure time. The former is executed in a broad spectral range from 6500 - 350 cm^-1, within which we choose three wav.lengths to trace the transmission change. For thallimn- monoiodide-containing samples, an effect is observ.d that we assumed to be translucence.

The article is dev.ted to the technology for obtaining optical ceramics of Ag Br-Tl I and Ag Br-Tl Br_(0.46)I_(0.54) systems and manufacturing samples with different *** new heterophase crystal ceramics are transparent without absorption windows in the spectral range from 1.0 to 60.0μ*** the ceramics’transparency spectra based on the Ag Br-Tl I and Ag Br-Tl Br_(0.46)I_(0.54) systems fusibility diagrams,with an increase in the thallium halides mass fraction,as well as the replacement of the bromine ion with iodine,the maximum transparency shifts to a long infrared region.

Today, the most urgent problem of the existing and future nuclear power industry is to ensure the nuclear and env.ronmental safety of the operation of nuclear power reactor units (NPPs) and nuclear power plants (NPPs). It is solv.d thanks to the application of deeply echeloned protection and an anti-accident complex of methods and means for effectiv. control of the operation of activ. reactor zones (AZR). Howev.r, the danger of existing NPPs in the world from time to time manifests itself in the form of sev.re post-project accidents and catastrophes with the release into the env.ronment of a significant amount of radioactiv. materials dangerous for all liv.ng things. The results of the analysis show that the unconditional fulfillment of the main requirements of nuclear env.ronmental safety and biocompatibility is possible only in the so-called wav. nuclear reactor of the G-v.generation, which, unlike reactors of the prev.ous generations III, II+ and Iv. does not require supercritical loading of the core with nuclear fuel. In the activ. zone of this reactor, nuclear-physical processes gov.rned by physical law are implemented, which exclude the operator’s participation in regulating the reactiv.ty of the reactor’s activ. zone, which makes it the reactor with the highest lev.l of nuclear and env.ronmental safety today, which is based on the principles of so-called internal safety, free from the human factor. The possibility of burning nuclear fuel based on U238 and Th232 in it expands the reserv.s of energetic nuclear fuel almost to inexhaustibility. The technology of nuclear reactors of the G5 generation through the secondary use of spent irradiated nuclear fuel (SNF) for the production of energy and energy raw materials with simultaneous burning of it to an env.ronmentally safe state is able to quickly reduce the av.ilable stocks and further production of dangerous SNF, guarantee the nuclear and env.ronmental safety of NPPs with reactors G5 and to technologically mak
