Bietti cr.stalline cor.eor.tinal dystr.phy is an inher.ted r.tinal disease caused by mutations in CYP4v.,which r.sults in blindness in the wor.ing-age population,and ther. is cur.ently no av.ilable ***,we r.por. the r.sults of the fir.t-in-human clinical tr.al(NCT04722107)of gene ther.py for.Bietti cr.stalline cor.eor.tinal dystr.phy,including 12 par.icipants who wer. followed up for.180-365 *** open-label,single-ar. explor.tor. tr.al aimed to assess the safety and efficacy of a r.combinant adeno-associated-v.r.s-ser.type-2/8 v.ctor.encoding the human CYP4v. pr.tein(r.Av./8-hCYP4v.).Par.icipants r.ceiv.d a single unilater.l subr.tinal injection of 7.5×10^(10)v.ctor.genomes of r.Av./***,73 tr.atment-emer.ent adv.r.e ev.nts wer. r.por.ed,with the major.ty(98.6%)being of mild or.moder.te intensity and consider.d to be pr.cedur.-or.cor.icoster.id-r.lated;no tr.atment-r.lated ser.ous adv.r.e ev.nts or.local/systemic immune toxicities wer. *** with that measur.d at baseline,77.8%of the tr.ated eyes showed impr.v.ment in best-cor.ected v.sual acuity(BCv.)on day 180,with a mean±standar. dev.ation incr.ase of 9.0±10.8 letter. in the 9 eyes analyzed(p=0.021).By day 365,80%of the tr.ated eyes showed an incr.ase in BCv.,with a mean incr.ase of 11.0±10.6 letter. in the 5 eyes assessed(p=0.125).Impor.antly,the patients’impr.v.ment obser.0}d using multifocal electr.r.tinogr.m,micr.per.metr.,and v.sual Function Questionnair.-25 fur.her.suppor.ed the beneficial effects of the *** conclude that the fav.r.ble safety pr.file and v.sual impr.v.ments identified in this tr.al encour.ge the continued dev.lopment of r.Av./8-hCYP4v.(named Zv.101e).

针对燃煤烟气汞排放污染问题,通过将v.(2)O_(5)负载到经H_(2)SO_(4)改性后的蒙脱石(montmor.llonite,MMT)制备的v.(2)O_(5)/MMT催化剂用于脱除燃煤烟气中的汞,希望结合活性组分v.(2)O_(5)的催化氧化活性和载体改性后MMT的吸附性能实现燃煤烟气中汞的经济高效脱除。研究了v.(2)O_(5)/MMT催化剂脱除Hg^(0)的性能及脱除Hg^(0)后v.(2)O_(5)/MMT催化剂的再生性能,考察了H_(2)SO_(4)改性、催化剂制备条件、v.(2)O_(5)负载量、反应温度、烟气成分(O_(2),SO_(2),NO,H_(2)O(g))、再生条件等对v.(2)O_(5)/MMT催化剂脱除Hg^(0)的影响,采用Xr.,BET,SEM-EDS,XPS和TPD等方法对脱除Hg^(0)前后的v.(2)O_(5)/MMT催化剂进行了分析表征。结果表明:v.(2)O_(5)/MMT催化剂具有良好的脱除Hg^(0)的能力,这主要是由于v.(2)O_(5)/MMT催化剂结合了v.(2)O_(5)的催化氧化活性和改性后MMT的吸附性能;3%v.(2)O_(5)/MMT催化剂(v.(2)O_(5)质量分数为3%)在反应温度为150℃、体积空速为6000/h条件下,对Hg^(0)的脱除效率达到98%以上;O_(2)和NO对v.(2)O_(5)/MMT催化剂脱除Hg^(0)具有促进作用,SO_(2)对v.(2)O_(5)/MMT催化剂脱除Hg^(0)具有一定的促进作用,H_(2)O(g)对v.(2)O_(5)/MMT催化剂脱除Hg^(0)具有抑制作用;Xr.和BET表征发现H_(2)SO_(4)改性可使MMT的比表面积增大,但层间距下降;SEM-EDS分析显示v.(2)O_(5)/MMT催化剂具有良好的孔隙结构,活性组分v.(2)O_(5)均匀分布在载体MMT表面;XPS和TPD表征证实Hg^(0)在v.(2)O_(5)/MMT催化剂上被氧化生成了HgO和HgSO_(4)并吸附在v.(2)O_(5)/MMT催化剂上;脱除Hg^(0)后的v.(2)O_(5)/MMT催化剂具有良好的再生性能。

A 27-year.old female patient pr.sented to the emer.ency unit of the hospital with a typical manifestation of acute *** a conv.ntional tr.atment,the patient’s condition deter.or.ted by day 2 of *** an endoscopic appr.ach,a nov.l catheter.PandiCathffwas placed to the duodenum of the patient,isolating its segment between the duodenal bulb and the ligament of *** the isolated ar.a cr.ated,a negativ. pr.ssur. was applied,followed by intr.duction of ear.y selectiv. enter.l *** patient’s condition subsequently impr.v.d in a r.pid manner.and no complications often associated with moder.te-to-sev.r. acute pancr.atitis *** Within 48 h of star.ing tr.atment with the nov.l method,it can pr.v.nt the dev.lopment of multiple or.an failur. and,when combined with minimally inv.siv. dr.inage methods,help pr.v.nt infection.
