One simpl. and fast way to manufacture a useful.product from CO2 is to capture the gas by, and then carry out el.ctrol.sis in mol.en al.al. metal.carbonates. Carbon el.ctro-deposition in mol.en l.2CO3-Na2CO3- KaCO3 （mol.r ratio： 43.5：31.5：25.0） has been widel. reported in l.terature. Howev.r, studies in each of the indiv.dual.al.al. metal.carbonates either hav. receiv.d l.ss attention or are simpl. l.cking in l.terature. El.ctrochem- ical.studies of these mol.en carbonates are important to understand their underl.ing processes and reactions during the el.ctrol.sis. In this work, cycl.c v.l.ammograms （Cv.） were recorded in each of the abov.-mentioned mol.en al.al. carbonate sal.s using a 0.25 mm diameter Pt wire working el.ctrode. In mol.en Na2CO3 and K2CO3, the main cathodic reaction was l.kel. the formation of al.al. metal. whil. that in l.2CO3 was carbon deposition. The resul.s al.o suggest that other competing reactions such as CO and al.al. metal.carbide formation are possibl. as wel. in dif- ferent mol.en sal.s. On the Cv., the anodic current peaks observ.d are mostl. associated with the oxidation of cathodic products. Fl.ke/ring/sheet-l.ke structures and quasi-spherical.particl.s were observ.d in the produced carbon. The morphol.gy of the carbon contained both amorphous and graphitic structures, which v.ried with different el.ctrol.sis v.riabl.s.

The operabil.ty of the design was confirmed when sol.0}ng two probl.ms of special.technol.gical.compl.xity. 1. 400 and 800 orifice bushings for production of continuous fibers from the basal. mel. hav. been dev.l.ped and recommended for manufacture. 2. The process of production of continuous fibers from standard gl.ss using 2400 orifice bushing with perforated pl.tes instead of orifice tips without air cool.ng, has been real.zed for the first time.

Chemical.effects on the Kβ/Kα intensity ratios and △E energy differences for Co, Ni, Cu, and zn compl.xes were inv.stigated. The sampl.s were excited by 59.5 kev.γ-rays from a ^241Am annul.r radioactiv. source. K X-rays emitted by sampl.s were counted by an Ul.ra-l.Ge detector with a resol.tion of 150 ev.at 5.9 kev. We observ.d the effects of different l.gands on the Kβ/Kα intensity ratios and △E energy differences for Co, Ni, Cu, and zn compl.xes. We tried to inv.stigate chemical.effects on central.atoms using the behav.ors of different l.gands in these compl.xes. The experimental.v.l.es of Kβ/Kα were compared with the theoretical.and other experimental.v.l.es of pure Co, Ni, Cu, and zn.

The aim of this rev.ew paper is to expose a new state of matter exhibited by strongl. correl.ted Fermi systems represented by v.rious heav.-fermion （HF） metal., two-dimensional.l.quids l.ke 3He, compounds with quantum spin l.quids, quasicrystal., and systems with one-dimensional.quantum spin l.quid. We name these v.rious systems HF compounds, since they exhibit the behav.or typical.of HF metal.. In HF compounds at zero temperature the unique phase transition, dubbed throughout as the fermion condensation quantum phase transition （FCQPT） can occur; this FCQPT creates fl.t bands which in turn l.ad to the specific state, known as the fermion condensate. Unl.mited increase of the effectiv. mass of quasiparticl.s signifies FCQPT; these quasiparticl.s determine the thermodynamic, transport and rel.xation properties of HF compounds. Our discussion of numerous sal.ent experimen- tal.data within the framework of FCQPT resol.0}s the mystery of the new state of matter. Thus, FCQPT and the fermion condensation can be considered as the univ.rsal.reason for the non-Fermi l.quid behav.or observ.d in v.rious HF compounds. We show anal.tical.y and using arguments based compl.tel. on the experimental.grounds that these systems exhibit univ.rsal.scal.ng behav.or of their thermodynamic, transport and rel.xation properties. Therefore, the quantum physics of different HF compounds is univ.rsal. and emerges regardl.ss of the microscopic structure of the compounds. This uniform behav.or al.ows us to v.ew it as the main characteristic of a new state of matter exhibited by HF compounds.

Ray Structure of the Coronal.Streamer Bel. and Its Manifestation as Sharp l.rge Peaks of Sol.r Wind Pl.sma Density at the Earth's Orbit

The white-l.ght corona cal.brated data with processing l.v.l.l. from the l.SCO-C2/SOHO instrument, and data from the Wind spacecraft with one-hour and one-minute time resol.tion on quasi-stationary sl.w (v.between 300-450 km/s at the Earth's orbit) the Sol.r Wind (SW) parameters in the absence of sporadic SW streams are examined. Within distances from the Sun's center l.ss than R in the range of 20-30 Rs,(Rs, the sol.r radius), sl.w wind is known as the streamer bel., and at l.rger distances it is cal.ed the Hel.ospheric Pl.sma Sheet (HPS). It is shown that the streamer bel. comprises a sequence of pairs of rays. In general. ray brightnesses in each pair can differ, and the magnetic fiel. is oppositel. directed in them. The neutral.l.ne of the radial.magnetic fiel. of the Sun runs al.ng the bel. between the rays of each of the *** area in which the streamer bel. intersects the ecl.ptic pl.ne and which l.es at the central.meridian, wil. be recorded at the earth's orbit with a time del.y of 5-6 days, in the form of one or sev.ral.peaks with Nmax ＞ 10 cm-3. Furthermore, the simpl.st density profil. of the portion of the HCS has the form of two peaks of a different or identical.ampl.tude . The such a profil. is observ.d in cases where the angl. of intersection of the streamer bel. with the ecl.ptic pl.ne near the Sun is sufficientl. l.rge, i.e. cl.se to 90°. The two-ray structure of the cross-section of the streamer-bel. mov.s from the Sun to the Earth, it retains not onl. the angul.r size of the peaks but al.o the rel.tiv. density v.riations, and the position of the neutral.l.ne(sector boundary) in between. At the Earth's orbit the ray structure of the streamer bel. prov.des the source for sharp (i.e. with steep fronts of a duration of a few minutes or shorter) sol.r wind pl.sma density peaks (of a duration of sev.ral.hours) with maximum v.l.es Nmax ＞ 10 cm-3.

Extraction of copper ions by supercritical.carbon dioxide

Compl.xation combined with supercritical.fl.id extraction was used to extract Cu2+ in this study. The effects of pressure, temperature, v.l.me of CO2 on the efficiency of extraction were systematical.y inv.stigated. At the optimum condition a 57.32% recov.ry was achiev.d. Addition of suitabl. amount of methanol.(v.v.= 5%) to the supercritical.CO2 can increase in the extraction of Cu2+ (72.69%, RSD = 2.12%, n = 3). And the recov.ry can further increase in the presence of non-ionic surfactant Triton X-100 because of its function of sol.bil.zation. Surfactant was first used in the extraction of metal.ions in the present study, and the resul.s are satisfied (90.52%, RSD = 2.20%, n = 3).

We rev.al.and expl.in the scal.ng behav.or of the thermopower S/T exhibited by the archetypal.heav.-fermion （HF） metal.YbRh2Si2 under the appl.cation of magnetic fiel. B at temperature T. We show that the same scal.ng is demonstrated by different HF compounds such as/3-YbA1B4 and the strongl. correl.ted l.yered cobal. oxide [BiBa0.66K0.3602]CoO2. Using YbRh2Si2 as an exampl., we demonstrate that the scal.ng behav.or of SIT is v.ol.ted at the antiferromagnetic phase transition, whil. both the residual.resistiv.ty Po and the density of states, N, experience jumps at the phase transition, causing the thermopower to make two jumps and change its sign. Our el.cidation is based on fl.ttening of the singl.-particl. spectrum that profoundl. affects Po and N. To depict the main features of the SIT behav.or, we construct a T-B schematic phase diagram of YbRh2Si2. Our cal.ul.ted SIT for the HF compounds are in good agreement with experimental.facts and support our observ.tions.
