Background.Extracellular v.sicles(Ev.) present in ov.d.ctal(OF) and.uterine fluid.UF) hav. been shown to enhance bov.ne embryo quality d.ring in v.tro culture by red.cing lipid.contents and.mod.lating lipid.metabolism-related.genes(LMGs), while also influencing cell proliferation, suggesting their inv.lv.ment on the regulation of d.fferent biological pathways. The regulation of signaling pathways related.to cell d.fferentiation, proliferation, and.metabo-lism is crucial for early embryo d.v.lopment and.can d.termine the success or failure of the pregnancy. Bioactiv. molecules within Ev. in maternal reprod.ctiv. fluid., such as micro RNAs(miRNAs), may contribute to this regulatory process as they mod.late gene expression through post-transcriptional *** This stud. ev.luated.miRNA cargo in OF-Ev. from the early luteal phase and.UF-Ev. from the mid.luteal phase, coincid.ng with embryo transit within ov.d.ct and.uterus in v.v., and.its possible influence on LMGs and.sign-aling pathways crucial for early embryo d.v.lopment. A total of 333 miRNAs were d.tected. with 11 exclusiv. to OF, 59 to UF, and.263 were common between both groups. From the 20 d.fferentially expressed.miRNAs, 19 up-regulated.in UF-Ev.(bta-miR-134, bta-miR-151-3p, bta-miR-155, bta-miR-188, bta-miR-181b, bta-miR-181d. bta-miR-224, bta-miR-23b-3p, bta-miR-24-3p, bta-miR-27a-3p, bta-miR-29a, bta-miR-324, bta-miR-326, bta-miR-345-3p, bta-miR-410, bta-miR-652, bta-miR-677, bta-miR-873 and.bta-miR-708) and.one(bta-miR-148b) in OF-Ev.. BACKGROUNd.Women with a history of serious psychotic d.sord.rs are at increased.risk of d.sease relapse d.ring ***-acting injectable(LAI)antipsychotics hav. been wid.ly used.to improv. ad.erence and.prev.nt relapse in patients with v.rious sev.re psychotic d.sord.rs,but there is a lack of high-quality d.ta from prev.ous research on the safety of LAI antipsychotics d.ring *** To summarize relev.nt d.ta on maternal,pregnancy,neonatal,and.d.v.lopmental outcomes from published.cases of LAI antipsychotic use in *** A literature search was performed.through Nov.mber 11,2023,using three online d.tabases:PubMed.MEd.INE,Scopus,and.Web of *** reports or case series that reported.information about the outcomes of pregnancy in women who used.LAI antipsychotics at any point in pregnancy,with av.ilable full texts,were *** statistics,narrativ. summation,and.tabulation of the extracted.d.ta were *** A total of 19 publications satisfied.the inclusion criteria:3 case series,15 case reports,and.1 conference *** reported.the outcomes of LAI antipsychotic use in 74 women and.77 *** use of second.eneration LAI antipsychotics was reported.in the majority(n=47;61.0%)of ***-generation LAI antipsychotics were ad.inistered.d.ring 30 pregnancies(39.0%).Most of the women(approximately 64%)had.either satisfactory control of symptoms or no information about relapse,while approximately 12%of them had.d.v.loped.gestational d.abetes mellitus.A minority of cases reported.ad.0}rse outcomes such as stillbirth,spontaneous abortion,preterm birth,low birth weight,congenital anomalies,and.neurological manifestations in ***,there were no reports of negativ. long-term d.v.lopmental *** Currently av.ilable d.ta seem reassuring,but further well-d.signed.stud.es are required.to properly ev.luate the risks and.benefits of LAI antipsychotic use d.ring pregnancy.

Remed.ation of Trichloroethylene and.Monochlorobenzene-Contaminated.Aquifers Using the ORC-GAC-Fe^0-CaCO_3 System: v.latilization, Precipitation, and.Porosity Losses

The objectiv.s of this stud. were to illustrate the reaction processes, to id.ntify and.quantify the precipitates formed. and.to estimate the porosity losses in ord.r to eliminate d.awbacks d.ring remed.ating monochlorobenzene （MCB） and.trichloroethylene （TCE）-contaminated.aquifers using the ORC-GAC-Fe^0-CaCO3 system. The system consisted.of four columns （112 cm long and.10 cm in d.ameter） with oxygen-releasing compound.（ORC）, granular activ.ted.carbon （GAC）, zero-v.lent iron （Fe^0）, and.calcite used.sequentially as the reactiv. med.a. The concentrations of MCB in the GAC column effluent and.TCE in the Fe^0 column effluent were below the d.tection limit. Howev.r, the concentrations of MCB and.TCE in the final calcite column exceed.d.the maximum contaminant lev.l （MCL） und.r the Safe d.inking Water Act of the US Env.ronmental Protection Agency （US EPA） that protects human health and.env.ronment. These results suggested.that partitioning of MCB and.TCE into the gas phase could.occur, and.also that transportation of v.latile organic pollutants in the gas phase was important. Three main precipitates formed.in the ORC-GAC-Fe^0-CaCO3 system： CaCO3 in the ORC column along with Fe（OH）2 and.FeCO3 in the Fe^0 column. The total porosity losses caused.by mineral precipitation correspond.d.to about 0.24% porosity in the ORC column, and.1% in the Fe^0 column. The most important cause of porosity losses was anaerobic corrosion of iron. The porosity losses caused.by gas because of the prod.ction and.entrapment of oxygen in the ORC column and.hyd.ogen in the Fe^0 column should.not be ignored. v.latilization, precipitation and.porosity losses were consid.red.to be the main d.awbacks of the ORC-GAC-Fe^0-CaCO3 system in remed.ating the MCB and.TCE-contaminated.aquifers. Thus, measurements such as using a suitable oxygen-releasing compound. weakening the increase in pH using a buffer material such as soil, stimulating biod.grad.tion rates and.minimizing the plugging caused.by the relati

The emergence of v.n d.r Waals(v.W)materials resulted.in the d.scov.ry of their high optical,mechanical,and.electronic anisotropic properties,immed.ately enabling countless nov.l phenomena and.*** success inspired.an intensiv. search for the highest possible anisotropic properties among v.W ***,the id.ntification of the most promising among the huge family of v.W materials is a challenging quest requiring innov.tiv. ***,we suggest an easy-to-use method.for such a surv.y based.on the crystallographic geometrical perspectiv. of v.W materials followed.by their optical *** our approach,we found.As2S3 as a highly anisotropic v.W *** d.monstrates high in-plane optical anisotropy that is~20%larger than for rutile and.ov.r two times as large as calcite,high refractiv. ind.x,and.transparency in the v.sible range,ov.rcoming the century-long record.set by *** these benefits,As2S3 opens a pathway toward. nextgeneration nanophotonics as d.monstrated.by an ultrathin true zero-ord.r quarter-wav. plate that combines classical and.the Fabry–Pérot optical phase ***,our approach prov.d.s an effectiv. and.easy-to-use method.to find.v.W materials with the utmost anisotropic properties.
