目的评价Mink相关肽1(MiRP1)对异源转染的CHO细胞上的HCN1、HCN2通道电生理特性的影响。方法将MiRP1质粒DNA分别和HCN1、HCN2质粒DNA共转染CHO-K1细胞,用全细胞膜片钳记录细胞膜上的HCN通道电流。结果MiRP1显著增加HCN2[(37.8±4.8)pA/pF(n=11)vs(25.9±1.7)pA/pF(n=10);-140 mV,P0.05];MiRP1可加快HCN1[时间常数:(180.9±8.6)msvs(306.1±45.6)ms;-80 mV,P<0.05]和HCN2[时间常数:(391.8±33.6)msvs(763.5±106.1)ms;-80 mV,P<0.05]激活动力学;MiRP1对HCN1及HCN2通道激活的电压依赖性没有影响。结论MiRP1可加快HCN1和HCN2通道激活,且增加HCN2的电流表达。

AIM： To analyze the relevance of the microRNA miR-196a for colorectal ***： The impact of miR-196a on the restriction targets HoxA7, HoxBS, HoxC8 and HoxD8 was analyzed by reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction（RT-PCR） after transient transfection of SW480 cancer cells. The miR-196a transcription profile in colorectalcancer samples, mucosa samples and diverse cancercell lines was quantified by RT-PCR. Transiently miR-196a-transfected colorectal cancer cells were used for diverse functional assays in vitro and for a xenograft lung metastasis model in ***： HoxA7, HoxB8, HoxC8 and HoxD8 wererestricted by miR-196a in a dose-dependent andgene-specific manner. High levels of miR-196aactivated the AKT signaling pathway as indicated byincreased phosphorylation of AKT. In addition, highlevels of miR-196a promoted cancer cell detachment,migration, invasion and chemosensitivity towardsplatin derivatives but did not impact on proliferationor apoptosis. Furthermore, miR-196a increased thedevelopment of lung metastases in mice after tail veininjection.

Although African Americans(AAs)are less likely to get breast cancer than European Americans(EAs),they get more aggressive *** previously showed that short sleep is associated with higher tumor *** is well documented that AAs get less sleep,on average,than *** studied the contribution of short sleep to racial disparities in breast cancer aggressiveness among 809 invasive breast cancer patients who responded to a survey on their *** regressions and mediation analyses were performed to assess the effect of sleep duration on the association of race with tumor *** reported shorter average sleep(mean[standard devia-tion]6.57[1.47]h)than EAs(mean[standard deviation]7.11[1.16]h;P<0.0001)and were almost twice as likely to report less than 6 h of sleep per night(48.0%vs.25.3%,P<0.0001).AA patients were more likely to have high-grade tumors(52.6%vs.28.7%in EAs,P=0.0002).In multivariate analysis,race was associated with tumor grade(P<0.0001).On adjustment for sleep duration,the effect of race was reduced by 7.1%,but remained statistically significant(P=0.0006).However,the Sobel test did not indicate statistical significance(z=1.69,P=0.091).In other models accounting for these and additional confounders,we found similar *** of the conservative nature of the mediation analysis and smaller sample size,replication of our results in larger studies with more AA patients is warranted.

Some controversy surrounds the postoperative feeding regimen utilized in patients who undergo *** in practices during the perioperative period exists including the type of nutrition started,the delivery route,and its *** nutrition is essential for this patient population as these patients often present with weight loss and have altered eating patterns after surgery,which can affect their ability to regain or maintain *** of feeding after an esophagectomy include total parenteral nutrition,nasoduodenal/nasojejunal tube feeding,jejunostomy tube feeding,and oral *** evidence suggests that early oral feeding is associated with shorter LOS,faster return of bowel function,and improved quality of *** recovery pathways after surgery pathways after esophagectomy with a component of early oral feeding also seem to be safe,feasible,and cost-effective,albeit with limited ***,data on anastomotic leaks is mixed,and some studies suggest that the incidence of leaks may be higher with early oral *** risk of anastomotic leak with early feeding may be heavily modulated by surgical *** definitive data is currently available to definitively answer this question,and further studies should look at how these early feeding regimens vary by surgical *** review aims to discuss the existing literature on the optimal route and timing of feeding after esophagectomy.

The volatilisation of perfluorooctanoic acid(PFOA)was measured experimentally at a range of pH values using a previously published laboratory ***-to-air transfer was studied for five structural isomers,namely:the linear isomer(n-PFOA)and the four most commonly occurring branched isomers(3-,4-,5-and 6-PFOA).The influence of water concentration and water type on the pH-dependent waterto-air transfer was also investigated for *** water-to-air transfer was studied over the course of 48 h at pH values ranging from 0.2 to *** all experimental conditions tested,the volatilisation of PFOA was negligible at pH>*** experiments performed with MilliQ water,volatilisation increased with decreasing water *** experiments performed with tap water and lake water,maximum volatilisation was observed at pH *** concentration of PFOA in water had no influence on the pH value at which water-to-air transfer was observed(*** pH<2.5)for the concentration range tested(0.1e50 mg/L PFOA in deionised water).Although the percentage of PFOA volatilised was significantly different for the four branched isomers at low pH,volatilisation was not observed above pH 2.5 for any branched isomer suggesting that all PFOA isomers have a low ***,these laboratory results demonstrate that volatilisation of any structural isomer of PFOA from water is negligible at environmentally-relevant *** is unlikely that PFOA isomers will be fractionated in the environment as a result of volatilisation because it is a process of negligible environmental relevance.
