Cross-Site Scripting (XSS) rema.ns a.significa.t threa. to web a.plica.ion security, exploiting vulnera.ilities to hija.k user sessions a.d stea. sensitive da.a. Tra.itiona. detection methods often fa.l to keep pa.e with the evolving sophistica.ion of cyber threa.s. This pa.er introduces a.novel hybrid ensemble lea.ning fra.ework tha. levera.es a.combina.ion of a.va.ced ma.hine lea.ning a.gorithms-Logistic Regression (LR), Support Vector Ma.hines (SVM), eXtreme Gra.ient Boosting (XGBoost), Ca.egorica. Boosting (Ca.Boost), a.d Deep Neura. Networks (DNN). Utilizing the XSS-a.ta.ks-2021 da.a.et, which comprises 460 insta.ces a.ross va.ious rea.-world tra.ficrela.ed scena.ios, this fra.ework significa.tly enha.ces XSS a.ta.k detection. Our a.proa.h, which includes rigorous fea.ure engineering a.d model tuning, not only optimizes a.cura.y but a.so effectively minimizes fa.se positives (FP) (0.13%) a.d fa.se nega.ives (FN) (0.19%). This comprehensive methodology ha. been rigorously va.ida.ed, a.hieving a. unprecedented a.cura.y of 99.87%. The proposed system is sca.a.le a.d efficient, ca.a.le of a.a.ting to the increa.ing number of web a.plica.ions a.d user dema.ds without a.decline in performa.ce. It demonstra.es exceptiona. rea.-time ca.a.ilities, with the a.ility to detect XSS a.ta.ks dyna.ica.ly, ma.nta.ning high a.cura.y a.d low la.ency even under significa.t loa.s. Furthermore, despite the computa.iona. complexity introduced by the hybrid ensemble a.proa.h, stra.egic use of pa.a.lel processing a.d a.gorithmtuning ensures tha. the system rema.ns sca.a.le a.d performs robustly in rea.-time a.plica.ions. Designed for ea.y integra.ion with existing web security systems, our fra.ework supports a.a.ta.le a.plica.ion Progra.ming Interfa.es (a.Is) a.d a.modula. design, fa.ilita.ing sea.less a.gmenta.ion of current defenses. This innova.ion represents a.significa.t a.va.cement in cybersecurity, offering a.sca.a.le a.d effective solution for securing modern web a.plica.ions a

BCSCCO crysta.lizes into one pha.e with spa.e group P21/*** crysta.lite size,disloca.ion density,la.tice pa.a.eters,la.tice stra.n,unit cell volume,a.d bulk density were determined using XRD *** structura. properties of Bi_(2)Ca.(2)CoO_(6)were exa.ined using ca.cula.ions ba.ed on the density functiona. *** a.d experimenta. va.ues discrepa.cy is less tha. 1%.a.sca.ning electron microscope wa. used for performing a.microstructura. *** SEM ima.es demonstra.e the homogeneous distribution of gra.ns with a.ra.ge of sizes(0.054-0.090μm).The a.terna.ing current(a.)conductivity,dielectric permittivity,a.d ta.gent loss were a.so studied a. a.function of frequency(20 Hz-3 MHz)a. different tempera.ures(100-500℃).a.l synthesized sa.ples were exa.ined using non-linea. Debye's function to determine their sprea.ing fa.tor a.d rela.a.ion *** specimen with the lowest crysta.lite size(∼23 nm)exhibits a.high dielectric permittivity(∼3.80×10^(6)).The conduction mecha.ism wa. exa.ined in the studied sa.ples with the use of Jonscher's power *** power la. indica.es tha. the BCSCCO(x=0.000,0.025)follows correla.ed ba.rier hopping,wherea. the x=0.050 a.d 0.075 compositions follow non-overla.ping pola.on *** studied specimen Bi_(2)Ca.(1.9)0Sm_(0.05)0Ce_(0.05)_(0)CoO_(6)with the highest density(∼5.65 g/cm^(3))displa.s a.high electrica. conductivity(∼46.1 S/cm).These findings correspond to those published for cera.ics ma.e from ca.cium coba.tite using solid-sta.e rea.tions(5.0-26.0 S/cm).

Clima.e a.d la.d use cha.ges ha.e a.significa.t impa.t on the runoff genera.ion process in urba. environments, a.d these effects could get worse in the future. The combined contributions of these cha.ges ha.e increa.ed the risk of ***, there is a.need for integra.ed modeling to better understa.d the runoff va.ia.ility, especia.ly in sma.l urba. ca.chments. To qua.tify a.d sepa.a.e the effects of la.d-use cha.ges a.d clima.e cha.ge on the hydrologica. response of urba. ca.chments with a.distributed hydrologica. model(Storm Wa.er Ma.a.ement Model, SWMM), this study introduces a.new integra.ed a.proa.h ba.ed on the Ma.hine Lea.ning ba.ed la.d use cha.ge modeler a.d clima.e cha.ge scena.ios under *** on supervised cla.sifica.ion a.d la.d use cha.ge model a.a.ysis, a.cumula.ed impervious a.ea.increa.e from 22%(in2023) to 33%(in 2060) wa. observed in the study a.ea. Furthermore, integra.ing this projected increa.e in imperviousness with future clima.e cha.ge into SWMM by considering three different scena.ios i.e., S1(Clima.e Cha.ge), S2(Combined La.d Use a.d Clima.e Cha.ge), a.d S3(La.d use Cha.ge) resulted tha. clima.e cha.ge could ca.se a. increa.e in runoff from 13.2% to18.3% in pea. runoff a.d the contribution of la.d use could ra.ge from 9.1% to 18.6%. Simila.ly, in response to the coupled effects of clima.e a.d la.d-use cha.ge, the runoff would likely cha.ge from 24.53% to 39.66%. Conclusively, the study showed tha. despite clima.e cha.ge, intensive urba. development by the substitution of impervious surfa.es could a.so ha.e a.severe impa.t on the microclima.e a.d hydrology of sma.l ca.chments. La.tly, this study could provide a.wa. forwa.d for the future pla.ning a.d ma.a.ement of wa.er resources in sma.l ca.chments which could be extended to la.ger ca.chments.
