This paper constructs a new spectrum of networks by means of the matrix of link-state ofthe network,which can reveal the characteristics of the correlation between the degrees of the ***,the computation of this spectrum of networks is usually more feasible and more efficient due tothe much lower order of its matrix of link-state than its adjacent matrix in *** estimatesfor the bounds of the key eigenvalues in the spectrum are obtained,the corresponding inequalities arepresented and *** the sake of its application,the authors define spectrum of networks in twoways,and all theorems are given in parallel for both kinds of *** addition,the authors finda symmetry in the spectrum,which is relative to the characteristic of structure of its network to someextent.

Monetary policy is an important policy system by which a nation regulates *** monetary policy transmission system is the economic moving course from starting by monetary policy tool to achieving monetary policy *** policy transmission system due to involving such transmission channels as the interest rate,credit,exchange rate,asset prices and so on and variables which make its structure,mechanisms,chain very complex,is a typical complex *** its many problems cannot be satisfactorily solved by using traditional balance,linear,static methods,but solved by the complexity-related system thoughts and methods of the nonlinear,the unbalance,the chaos,the fractal,mutations and non-periodic and so on,which provide a new analysis method and perspective for the monetary policy transmission system.

Ethylene-Vinyl Acetate （EVA） redispersible powder and latex were used to modify mortar. Three kinds of curing regimes： standard curing, high temperature curing and freeze-thaw circle curing were adopted to cure the bonded samples. Bonding strength of EVA modified mortar was tested at 28 days. The development of bonding strengths under all three curing regimes were discussed and compared. The experimental results show that bonding strength increases with the increase of EVA content in mortar. The curing regime used within 28 days is critical according to the bonding strengths values under three curing regimes for different ages. The reasons of that the EVA can improve the bonding strength were analyzed.

This paper investigates the visual servoing robust stabilization of nonholonomic mobile robots. The calibration of visual parameters is not only complicated, but also needs great consumption of calculated time so that the accurate calibration is impossible in some situations for high requirement of real timing. Hence, it is interesting and important to consider the design of stabilizing controllers for nonholonomic kinematic systems with uncalibrated visual parameters. A novel uncertain model of these nonholonomic kinematic systems is proposed. Based on this model, a stabilizing controller is discussed by using dynamic feedback and two-step techniques. The proposed robust controller makes the mobile robot image pose and the orientation converge to the desired configuration despite the lack of depth information and the lack of precise visual parameters. The stability of the closed loop system is rigorously proved. The simulation is given to show the effectiveness of the presented controllers.

In this article a new receiving mode for scattering light by particle is theoretically discussed. Using this receiving mode the convex lens can be omitted during determining the extinction of particle. Therefore the extinction coefficient of sphere particles is redefined by extrapolating the conventional one. In terms of the calculation results of light scattering the definition of near-field extinction coefficient of a swarm particle is depicted. Through the error analysis it is proved that the error coming from the new definition of extinction coefficient is acceptable for engineering application. In addition, a technique for determining the particle size and density is presented in this article and the advantage using this receiving mode is described.

The degree-constrained minimum spanning tree (DCMST) is an NP-hard problem in graph theory. It consists of finding a spanning tree whose vertices should not exceed some given maximum degrees and whose total edge length is minimal. In this paper, novel math- ematical properties for DCMST are indicated which lead to a new reduction algorithm that can significantly reduce the size of the prob- lem. Also an algorithm for DCMST to solve the smaller problem is presented which has been preprocessed by reduction algorithm.

In this paper, a method of finding the upper and lower bounds to the characteristic impedance of coaxial transmission lines of the complicated cross-section is advanced and a method of determining the characteristic impedance of the lines is presented. Since geometric configurations of complicated boundaries and influence of the variation of the distance l between the outer and inner conductors on the radius re of the equivalent circle have been taken into account, the numerical values obtained are of high precision. The rule of the variation in the radius re of the equivalent circle of a complicated boundary with the distance l is given and the problem that the difference of numerical values of the characteristic impedance of coaxial transmission lines of the complicated cross-section reported in literature increases as the distance l decreases is solved theoretically.

Based on the similarity theory,a scale effect model of the spraying water cooling system of shanghai expo Theme Pavilion's roof was set *** to the typical weather conditions in shanghai city,different models were analyzed on solar radiation,and different heat transfer amount was *** the following conclusions could be made:At the sunny day of summer in shanghai,the temperature of inner roof with sprinkling system descended about 3 ℃,and the air conditioning load of the whole Theme Pavilion descend more than 320 kW.
