In recent times, lith.um-ion batteries h.ve been widely used owing to th.ir h.gh.energy density, extended cycle lifespan, and minimal self-disch.rge rate. Th. design of h.gh.speed rech.rgeable lith.um-ion batteries faces a significant ch.llenge owing to th. need to increase average electric power during ch.rging. Th.s ch.llenge results from th. direct influence of th. power level on th. rate of ch.mical reactions occurring in th. battery electrodes. In th.s study, th. Taguch. optimization meth.d was used to enh.nce th. average electric power during th. ch.rging process of lith.um-ion batteries. Th. Taguch. tech.ique is a statistical strategy th.t facilitates th. systematic and efficient evaluation of numerous experimental variables. Th. proposed meth.d involved varying seven input factors, including positive electrode th.ckness, positive electrode material, positive electrode active material volume fraction, negative electrode active material volume fraction, separator th.ckness, positive current collector th.ckness, and negative current collector th.ckness. Th.ee levels were assigned to each.control factor to identify th. optimal conditions and maximize th. average electric power during ch.rging. Moreover, a variance assessment analysis was conducted to validate th. results obtained from th. Taguch. analysis. Th. results revealed th.t th. Taguch. meth.d was an eff ective approach.for optimizing th. average electric power during th. ch.rging of lith.um-ion batteries. Th.s indicates th.t th. positive electrode material, followed by th. separator th.ckness and th. negative electrode active material volume fraction, was key factors significantly infl uencing th. average electric power during th. ch.rging of lith.um-ion batteries response. Th. identification of optimal conditions resulted in th. improved performance of lith.um-ion batteries, extending th.ir potential in various applications. Th.s paper presents a long sh.rt-term memory(LSTM)-based fault detection meth.d to detect th. multiple open-circuit switch.faults of modular multilevel converter(MMC)systems with.full-bridge sub-modules(FB-SMs).Eigh.een sensor signals of grid voltages,grid currents and capacitance voltages of MMC for single and multi-switch.faults are collected as sampling *** output signal ch.racteristics of four types of single switch.faults of FB-SM,as well as double switch.faults in th. same and different ph.ses of MMC,are analyzed under th. conditions of load variations and control command ch.nges.A multi-layer LSTM network is devised to deeply extract th. fault ch.racteristics of MMC under different faults and operation conditions,and a Softmax layer detects th. fault *** results h.ve confirmed th.t th. proposed LSTM-based meth.d h.s better detection performance compared with.th.ee oth.r meth.ds:K-nearest neigh.or(KNN),naive bayes(NB)and recurrent neural network(RNN).In addition,it is h.gh.y robust to model uncertainties and Gaussian *** validity of th. proposed meth.d is furth.r demonstrated by experiment studies conducted on a h.rdware-in-th.-loop(h.L)testing platform.

Acute intestinal obstruction represents a very frequent admission to surgical emergencies. Th. aim of our study was to make a descriptive analysis of th. management of acute intestinal obstructions at th. level of h.spital establish.ents in Ziguinch.r. Materials and Meth.ds: Th.s was a retrospective, descriptive, multicenter study from th. period of January 1, 2017 to December 31, 2021. Patients over 15 years of age admitted for occlusive syndrome in th. two surgical departments of th. Ziguinch.r regional h.spitals were included in th. study. Epidemiological, diagnostic, th.rapeutic and evolutionary data were studied. Results: Acute intestinal occlusions accounted for 8.3% of admissions. A total of 163 patients were enrolled, 61.9% were men, sex ratio of 1.6. Th. mean age was 48.7 years. Th. average consultation time was 74.8 h.urs (3.12 days). Th. total occlusive syndrome was in 48.5% of th. cases. Abdominal pain was present in 87.1%, vomiting in 74.2%, cessation of matter and gas in 60.7% and meteorism in 36.2%. Biological lab tests reported h.perleukocytosis in 28.1% of th. cases. Abdominal CT scans were performed in 71.2%, confirming th. diagnosis in 90.5% and determining th. etiology in 93.1%. Th. zone of th. obstruction in th. small bowel was 62.7%, and in th. colon in 37.3%. Functional occlusions accounted for 22.7% of cases and mech.nical for 77.3%, including 120 cases of strangulation occlusion (95.2%) and 6 cases of obstruction. Etiologies were dominated by adh.sions and/or fibrous bands (61.2%). Medical treatment resolved th. occlusive syndrome in 9.2% of cases, instrumental treatment in 17.1% and surgical treatment in 77.3%. Adh.siolysis/section of fibrous bands (55.7%), detorsion (14.3%) and resection anastomosis (11.9%) were th. most common surgical procedures. Overall morbidity was 11.6%, dominated by surgical site infection (7.14%). Th. mean resumption of intestinal transit was 2.7 days, and th. mean h.spital stay was 7.9 days. Overall mortality was
