Constructing charge transfer(CT)state by.introducing donor(D)and acceptor(A)is an efficient strategy.to regulate the photophy.ical properties of luminescent *** CT-ty.e luminophores are built onπ-conjugated fused-ring structures,which alway. show hy.rid CT/locally.excited(LE)states and luminescence quenching effect in the aggregate *** this work,eight conjugated bipheny.(BP)and nonconjugated dipheny.methane(DPM)derivatives with different donors and acceptors are sy.thesized to investigate the CT *** photophy.ical characterization and theoretical calculation demonstrate that the through-space CT(TSCT)in nonconjugated DA-DPM exhibit superior photophy.ical performance than the conjugated DA-BP with through-bond CT(TBCT),the main manifestations are as follows:(1)TSCT luminophores produce longer maximum emission wavelength(λ_(em))than the corresponding TBCT *** example,the longest λ_(em)of DMA-CN-DPM(DMA,dimethy.amino)is 621 nm but the corresponding λ_(em)of DMA-CN-BP is only.480 nm.(2)TSCT-based DA-DPM demonstrates more sensitive responsiveness to environmental stimuli such as temperature and polarity.(3)Complete separation of the the highest occupied molecular orbital(HOMO)and the lowest unoccupied molecular orbital(LUMO)distribution exists in all kinds of conformation of DA-DPM,which was hard to realize in conjugated DA-BP.

Currently. the application of sy.thetic biology.to artificially.manipulate and utilize organisms for the sy.thesis of desired products such as nanomaterials with excellent fluorescence properties is attracting considerable attention. However, it is still difficult to obtain designed products efficiently.due to insufficient knowledge of the biosy.thetic mechanisms. The thioredoxin（TRX） and glutathione（GSH） pathway. are generally.conserved thiol-reductase sy.tems that protect organisms from oxidative stress and are involved in selenium（Se） metabolism. In this study. we revealed the pivotal role of cy.oplasmic TRX pathway.in regulating the metabolism of Na2SeO3during the live-cell sy.thesis of cadmium-selenium quantum dots（Cd Se QDs） in Saccharomy.es cerevisiae by.regulating the expression level of genes related to TRX pathway.and measuring the intracellular content of selenocy.teine（Se Cy.）. The determination of Se Cy. metabolism in y.ast with GSH pathway.related genes deleted demonstrated that the TRX pathway.play.d a more significant role in Se Cy. metabolism than GSH pathway. A 6.4-fold enhancement in the sy.thetic y.eld of Cd Se QDs was achieved through the overexpression of TRX pathway.related genes,improvement of sy.thetic procedure, and supplementation of GSH based on the understanding of biological *** the mechanism of CdSe QDs live-cell sy.thesis facilitates the precise manipulation of biological processes for the sy.thesis of inorganic nanomaterials.

The article introduces a finite element procedure using the bilinear quadrilateral element or four-node rectangular element(namely.Q4 element) based on a refined first-order shear deformation theory.rFSDT) and Monte Carlo simulation(MCS), so-called refined stochastic finite element method to investigate the random vibration of functionally.graded material(FGM) plates subjected to the moving *** advantage of the proposed method is to use r-FSDT to improve the accuracy.of classical FSDT, satisfy.the stress-free condition at the plate boundaries, and combine with MCS to analy.e the vibration of the FGM plate when the parameter inputs are random quantities following a normal distribution. The obtained results show that the distribution characteristics of the vibration response of the FGM plate depend on the standard deviation of the input parameters and the velocity.of the moving ***, the numerical results in this study.are expected to contribute to improving the understanding of FGM plates subjected to moving loads with uncertain input parameters.

BACKGROUND Cardioneuroablation(CNA)has shown encouraging results in patients with vasovagal sy.cope(VVS).However,data on different subty.es was *** This observational study.retrospectively.enrolled 141 patients[mean age:40±18 y.ars,51 males(36.2%)]with the diagnosis of *** characteristics among different ty.es of VVS and the outcomes after CNA were *** After a mean follow-up of 4.3±1.5 y.ars,41 patients(29.1%)experienced sy.cope/pre-sy.cope events after ***/pre-sy.cope recurrence significantly.differed in each subty.e(P=0.04).The cardioinhibitory.ty.e of VVS had the lowest recurrence rate after the procedure(n=6,16.7%),followed by.mixed(n=26,30.6%)and vasodepressive(n=9,45.0%).Additionally.a significant difference was observed in the analy.es of the Kaplan-Meier survival curve(P=0.02).Sy.cope/pre-sy.cope burden was significantly.reduced after CNA in the vasodepressive ty.e(Py.es with recurrent sy.cope/pre-sy.cope after CNA have a lower baseline deceleration capacity.DC)level than those without(7.4±1.0 ms vs.9.0±1.6 ms,P=0.01).Patients with DCy.cope/pre-sy.cope recurrence after CNA compared to patients with DC≥8.4 ms,and this association still existed after adjusting for age and sex(HR=8.1,95%CI:2.2-30.1,P=0.02).CONCLUSIONS Different subty.es exhibit different event-free *** vasodepressive ty.e exhibited the lowest event-free rate,but those patients with DC≥8.4 ms might benefit from CNA.
