Growth and ordering of coherently strained Ge-rich islands in Ge/Si single layer and multilayer systems and the influence of island arrangements on the evolutio n of the surface morphology of Si cap layers during deposition by low-pressure c hemical vapour deposition(LPCVD) on Si(001) substrates at 700℃ have been invest igated by TEM of cross-section and plan-view specimens. At distances between the Ge layers of 35-50nm, vertical order of GeSi islands is observed for Ge-Si bila yer systems and for Ge-Si multilayer systems consisting of 5 layer pairs whereas lateral ordering parallel to substrate directions is observed for the lat ter case only. In agreement with earlier results the vertical ordering in the mu ltilayer system can be understood as result of the elastic interaction between i sland nuclei forming in the layers with close islands in a buried layer below. T he lateral ordering along may be attributed to the anisotropy of the elast ic interaction. Characteristic for all Si surfaces are the spatial correlation b etween the presence of island-induced lattice strain and the appearance of array s of larger square-shaped pyramids with distinct faceting and facet edges along . The results reflect the importance of the control of growth parameters an d of the island-induced strain state for the evolution of the Si top layer surfa ce morphology during LPCVD growth.

研究掺杂了0.1%Fe、0.2%Fe和0.5%Fe(摩尔分数)的电弧熔炼Ni Al-28Cr-6Mo共晶合金在室温和高温条件的显微组织和力学性能。合金的均匀化热处理在Ar气气氛中于1300℃条件下进行。采用金相分析技术、硬度测试、X射线衍射分析技术及压缩试验对合金样品进行表征。结果表明,铸态和均匀态合金均呈较细的晶内共晶结构和较粗的晶间共晶结构。Fe含量的增加导致共晶层粗化及共晶数量减少。在室温条件下所有实验合金均具有很高的压缩应力和应变。Fe的添加对室温条件下合金的强度和延展性的影响较小;然而,Fe的添加使合金的高温强度增加。高温条件下,X射线衍射峰向低Bragg角方向移动,这表明Fe的添加使合金的晶格常数增大。

Many gas turbine components are made from nickel alloy sheet. Most are used for directing or containing gases at high temperatures and pressures where metal temperatures can be as high as 1090℃ (2000°F). These applications included combustor systems, casings and liners, transition and exhaust ducting, afterburners, and thrust reversere. Light weight components and sub-assemblies call for alloy sheet with high levels of stength and oxidation resistance. Complex component design calls for excellent ductility and ease of *** wide range of nickel alloy sheet alloys presently used in aircraft and land-based gas turbines is briefly described and typical properties presented. New sheet alloy developments, involving INCONEL￣* alloys 625LCF, 718SPF and MA754, are presented including the process routes involved and material properties.

Aim： To determine the effect of sildenafil citrate on the nocturnal penile erections （i.e. time to onset, the duration of erection, and the interval between first and second erections） of healthy young men. Methods： Twenty-two potent men, 23-29 years old, were recruited for the study. All subjects completed three sessions over consecutive nights using the RigiScan monitoring device （Dacomed, Minneapolis, USA）. After a first night of adaptation, night 2 records were their baseline values, and on night 3 they received 100 mg of sildenafil citrate. Statistical comparisons were done between the second and third night data. Results： The mean time to onset of the first erection with sildenafil citrate was （34 ± 18） min, whereas it was （74 ± 24） min （P 〈 0.001） without sildenafil citrate. The number of erections observed during the first 5 h after sildenafil citrate medication was 3.6 ± 0.5 in contrast to 2.4 ± 0.5 with no medica- tion （P = 0.001）. The interval between first and second erections was shorter with sildenafil citrate：（52 ± 26） min vs. （85 ± 34） min （P = 0.01）. The duration of the last erection was statistically significantly longer with the sildenafil citrate：（64 ± 33） min vs. （42 ± 28） min （P 〈 0.01）. Conclusion： healthy young men achieved erection within 34 min after sildenafil citrate administration, which is shorter than the 1 h interval proposed by the manufacturer. The interval between the first and second erections was shorter and the duration of the last nocturnal erection was longer.

The infection and its management A high proportion of hepatitis B virus (hBV) infections, which lead to chronicity rather than being resolved, are infections occuring at birth or early childhood. Despite successful vaccination programs, the number of chronic carriers in creases worldwide. hepatocellular carcinoma (hCC) develops late in the course of a chronic infection, with its concomitant overall decrease in viral replication. however, stages associated with a particularly high risk to develop cancer are not described to this date. A still attractive model for the progression of infection points to a persistence of hepatocytes that contain chromosomally integrated, as well as free viral DNA, over hepatocytes containing only free replicating DNA.
