In this study, a novel layer-by-layer polyaniline/graphene （PANi/Gr） structure for electrochemical detec- tion of atrazine was developed. Gr film was synthesized by thermal chemical vapor deposition （CVD） method and transferred onto the PANi-predeposited microelectrode. The properties of PANi/Gr film were thoroughly investigated by high-resolution transmission electron microscopy and Raman techniques. The most attractive feature of this system is a suitable microenvironment, which could provide an amplifi- cation of the conductive signal, thus may contribute to enhancing electron transfer and subsequently improve the sensitivity in electrochemical measurements. With low detection limit （- 43 × 10 -12 g/L）, ac-ceptable stability and good reproducibility, the proposed electrochemical immunosensor could be advantageously extended for multiplexed detection of other agents of environmental pollution.

We investigated the accumulation and effects of cyanobacterial crude extract（CCE）containing microcystins（MCs） on the edible clam Corbicula leana P. Toxic effects were evaluated through the activity of antioxidant and detoxification enzymes： catalase（CAT）,superoxide dismutase（SOD）, and glutathione-S-transferases（GSTs） from gills, foot, mantle and remaining soft tissues. Clams were exposed to CCE containing 400 μg MC-LReq/L for10 days and were then kept in toxin-free water for 5 days. Clam accumulated MCs（up to 3.41 ± 0.63 μg/g dry weight（DW） of unbound MC and 0.31 ± 0.013 μg/g DW of covalently bound MC）. Detoxification and antioxidant enzymes in different organs responded differently to CCE during the experiment. The activity of SOD, CAT, and GST in the gills and mantle increased in MC-treated clams. In contrast, CAT and GST activity was significantly inhibited in the foot and mostly only slightly changed in the remaining tissues. The responses of biotransformation, antioxidant enzyme activity to CCE and the fast elimination of MCs during depuration help to explain how the clam can survive for long periods（over a week） during the decay of toxic cyanobacterial blooms in nature.

Cold roll forming process design based on the induction of analytical knowledge by considering material and geometry effects is proposed. The analysis engine, a finite element based program, is used to analyze various multi-stage cold roll forming processes based on pre-defined process parameters and tooling geometry. According to the simulation result, a knowledge-acquisition procedure based on the construction of a neural network model is organized, in which the multi layer network and back propagation algorithm are utilized to learn the training examples from the simulation results. Materials, bending angle and flange width (F) divided by thickness (t) have been used as the input layer; outside angle between right flange and web (Spr) and outside angle between left flange and web (Spl) have also been used as the output layer. The study introduced Artificial Neural Network (ANN) technique for modeling the springback angle in the cold roll forming. 216 results were used as data sets to train the network from the 36 simulation cases. The best results were obtained from No-Regularization with single hidden layer in the Spr-Spl. These ANN predicted results can be considered within acceptable limits. The results show good agreement between the predicted and the experimental values.

Objective:To evaluate the impact of prolonged post-thaw embryos culture on pregnancy outcome during frozen embryo transfer ***:This prospective cohort study evaluated 324 thaw transfer cycles with 819 embryos from 269 patients at the Center for Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility of Hue University Hospital in *** frozen embryo transfer cycles were divided into two groups at the time of thawing:the short culture group(2-hour post-thaw culture)and the overnight culture group(overnight culture for 18 h)before the embryo was transferred into the *** rates of embryo intact,grade A embryo at frozen and transfer time and continuing cleavage were *** clinical outcomes including serum beta-human chorionic gonadotropin,clinical pregnancy and implantation rate were evaluated after 14 days,4 weeks,6 weeks,respectively,after embryo ***:Human chorionic gonadotropin positive occurred in 39.5%of patients in the short culture group compared to 25.9%in the overnight culture group with risk difference(RD)=13.6%,relative risk(RR)=1.343,95%confidence interval(CI)1.085-1.663,P<*** pregnancy rate of the short culture group and overnight culture group was 33.3%and 24.1%,respectively(RD=9.2%,RR=1.242,95%CI 0.996-1.549,P=0.06)and the implantation rate in the short culture group and overnight culture group was 16.5%and 11.0%,respectively(RD=5.5%,RR=1.244,95%CI 1.046-1.479,P=0.01).In women of advanced age(≥35 years)and women who received 3 embryos,pregnancy outcomes were found to be significantly(P<0.05)higher in the short culture than in the overnight culture ***:The prolonged post-thaw culture period does not increase pregnancy outcome in comparison with the short culture.

Synthesis, Antioxidant and Antimicrobial Activities of a Novel Series of Chalcones, Pyrazolic Chalcones, and Allylic Chalcones

A new series of chalcones (4a-c) and allylicchalcones (11a-b) have been prepared by the Claisen-Schmidt condensation. A novel series of pyrazolicchalcones (5a-c) have been synthesized by the reaction of respective chalcones (4a-c) and hydrazine hydrate. The structures of the compounds were confirmed by spectral data (infrared spectroscopy and 1H nuclear magnetic resonance). All of the compounds (4/5a-c and 11a-b) have been tested for their antimicrobial activities (agar disc-diffusion method) and antioxidant activities (1,1-biphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl free radical scavenging method). The test compounds failed to show antibacterial properties (4a-c, 5b, and 11a-b) or exhibited such properties poorly (5a and 5c). None of the test compounds displayed antifungal properties. Of the compounds tested, compounds 5a-c and 11a-b exhibited promising antioxidant activities.

This study proposed a novel object-based hybrid classification model named GMNN that combines Grasshopper Optimization Algorithm(GOA)and the multiple-class Neural network(MNN)for urban pattern detection in Hanoi,*** bands of SPOT 7 image and derivable NDVI,NDWI were used to generate image segments with associated attributes by PCI Geomatics *** segments were classified into four urban surface types(namely water,impervious surface,vegetation and bare soil)by the proposed ***,three training and validation datasets of different sizes were used to verify the robustness of this *** all tests,the overall accuracies of the classification were approximately 87%,and the Area under Receiver Operating Characteristic curves for each land cover type was ***,the performance of this model was examined by comparing several statistical indicators with common benchmark *** results showed that GMNN out-performed established methods in all comparable *** results suggested that our hybrid model was successfully deployed in the study area and could be used as an alternative classification method for urban land cover *** a broader sense,classification methods will be enriched with the active and fast-growing contribution of metaheuristic algorithms.
