聚类分析是一种重要的数据挖掘工具，在传统意义上，聚类是准确地将数据样本分到不同的类当中，这就是所谓的硬划分。但生活中的多种事物属性都存在着一定的模糊性，也就是说事物之间没有明确的判断依据,无法准确地进行事物的划分与判断,因此模糊聚类就发挥了自己的作用。模糊聚类分析是数据挖掘领域中的一个重要分支，在工程、计算机科学、生命和医学科学、社会科学和经济学等领域得到了广泛的应用。由于模糊聚类中的样本同时属于不同的类别，而且在各个类别的隶属度不同，这种不确定性反映了样本类属的模糊性，更能客观地反映现实世界，因此研究模糊聚类的算法及其应用具有十分重要的价值。 Weka是新西兰Waikato大学开发的数据挖掘平台，它为数据挖掘领域研究者提供了多种分类、聚类和关联规则等数据挖掘方法，数据预处理功能，以及算法性能评估的多种方法。作为一个开源平台，Weka具有非常良好的扩展性和兼容性，有良好定义的数据结构和基本的统计接口，为开发者提供了一个非常便利的工具。本文主要从模糊聚类的现有问题中寻找有效措施，提高聚类结果的准确性，算法的稳定性和健壮性，减少人工的干预和对不同领域专业知识的依赖。因此，本文将基于和声搜索和谱分析的模糊聚类算法在Weka平台上实现了封装和应用，丰富该平台的聚类算法组合，扩大其使用范围。本文的工作和创新如下：首先，提出了全局动态自适应和声搜索自动模糊聚类（Global DynamicAdaptive Clustering Harmony Search K-Harmonic Means， GDACHSKHM）算法，它是基于和声搜索与KHM混合的元启发模糊聚类算法。GDACHSKHM利用了和声搜索的全局搜索能力，能够分析数据本身的特点来确定簇的数目而不需要任何先验知识，同时能自适应地找到问题的全局近似最优解。算法运行过程中，参数能够根据每次迭代的结果来更新其值而无需手动调整，减少了人工干预。经过实验证明GDACHSKHM具有良好的聚类效果和健壮性。其次，提出了谱差分进化调和K均值模糊聚类（Spectral DifferentialEvolution KHM，SPDEKHM）算法。该算法分为两步：谱映射和模糊聚类。谱映射实际上是Laplacian矩阵的特征求解过程，它将数据从原来空间映射到低维的解空间，减少了数据维数，让数据集的划分更加明显;映射过程中通过分析Laplacian矩阵的特征值梯度来自动确定簇个数。再利用DEKHM算法将映射空间的节点进行聚类，发挥DE和KHM各自的优点已达到最好的聚类结果。实验证实该算法在大多数的情况下能获得准确率较高的聚类结果。最后，将谱聚类的思想应用到复杂网络的社团结构检测问题中，提出了基于关联矩阵谱映射的自动社团检测（Correlation Spectral MappingAutomatic Community Detection, CSMACD）算法。该算法首先通过关联矩阵的谱映射将社团检测问题转换为聚类问题，再以模块度值为目标函数，通过DEKHM算法来寻找最优的社团数目和相应的网络划分方案。在模拟网络和真实网络上的实验表明CSMACD能够准确地分析结构复杂，社团大小不同的网络社团结构，具有良好的健壮性。

在中国传统思想中,和谐是传统思想中的核心思想之一,外来的佛教文化传入中国之后,以融合与继承的方式来融入中国文化精华思想,其中和谐思想也被佛教文化所接纳。六和敬理论思想是佛教的基本教义之一,是建构佛教僧团大厦的根基。六和敬思想体现了佛教建僧护法的目的,使僧团组织管理发挥内部的团结力量,使僧人们修身养心、弘法利生、铸造圣贤、主持佛教的团体力量,维持佛教久住世间,六和敬思想也是保持僧团清净和乐的法宝。佛教认为在我们这个世间,万物现象都不是独立存在的,而需要与其他因缘和合才能生存与发展,每个人的身、口、意的善恶行为都会对自己的命运产生影响,也会对他人和我们的生活环境产生影响,所以它要求人们从道德规范上严格克制自己,特别是从内心里控制好自己的欲望、无明、贪、嗔、痴,预防自身造作不善的行为,消除许多不符合道德准则的行为,起到维护社会和谐稳定发展的积极作用。然而,佛教的六和敬思想至今没有得到社会人士与伦理研究者的重视,只是把它看成佛教僧团内部的一种管理体系而已。在经济全球化迅速发达的今天,拜金主义越来越得到人们重视,尽管社会财富日益增长,但人们却不能否认当代社会出现了许多危机,产生了不和谐现象,这与制度、政策不完善密切相关,人们的心灵失衡甚至扭曲,道德思想日益变质甚至变异,人们过于自私和追求享乐主义思想,而忽视了内在的精神素养。社会人们只依靠宗教的信仰情感,而毫无真正宗教的道德思想,没有被宗教道德思想所约束,很容易遇到一些冲突问题,引致各种社会关系与团体关系日益恶化。佛教的六和敬思想恰恰给予社会人们的对治良药,能够治好人们心中的道德思想问题,使人们对自己的人生抱有希望,以致可以过一种完美的生活并能建设完美的世界。佛教的六和敬思想对人们的止恶扬善和确立道德信仰起到了积极作用,社会人们可以从其中汲取有价值的伦理资源,对建设新时期的道德信仰的事业具有极为重要的借鉴意义和启示作用。本文把论文内容分为五个部分进行研究探讨。第一章对佛教的六和敬思想的基础内容和重要特征进行了综述。佛陀建立佛教之前,印度已经存在了很严重的社会阶层分割。释加牟尼成佛之后,才形成了通过一种教理来对治现实社会的局面。佛教六和敬理论和其他教理体系中的理论是不可分割的,它们之间具有内在伦理的密切关系。因此,本章注重考察分析一下“六和敬”三个词的词源与用法以及它在印度和中国的形成过程。通过它与印度和中国的历史性、文化性、民族性等方面的不可分割的联系,我们才能够认识到佛教的六和敬的伦理思想,并领会到佛教六和敬思想的特色。第二章主要介绍了六和敬的理论基础和主要内容,阐述了六和敬思想提出的原因和过程,从印度佛教历史上的社会现状和僧团组织的现实问题中找出了佛陀提出了六和敬的原因与发展过程。第三章主要介绍了佛教与其他传统文化的和敬思想的比较,分析阐述了佛教的和敬与基督教的和敬思想,以此提出了它们之间的异同之处,找出了佛教的六和敬思想的主要特征。第四章探讨了佛教六和敬的伦理价值,注重分析了佛教六和敬思想的止恶扬善伦理价值与佛教六和敬思想和谐现代社会伦理价值以及佛教六和敬思想体现的慈悲博爱的精神价值。第五章探讨阐述了佛教六和敬思想的现代启示意义,也包括对人的自身修养的启示和对社会伦理的启示以及促进人类可持续性发展的启示,通过它们唤醒我们社会人们的高度责任感与责任心,同时强调了人们应对自己的所作所为负责。

EP Aquarii:A New Picture of the Circumstellar Envelope

New analyses of earlier ALMA observations of oxygen-rich AGB star EP Aquarii are presented,which complete a previously published analysis and offer a different interpretation of the morpho-kinematics of the circumstellar *** birth of the equatorial density enhancement(EDE)is shown to occur very close to the star where evidence for rotation has been *** to the star and where outflows have been observed:their interaction with the gas of the nascent EDE is seen to play an important role in the development of the wind and the evolution of its radial velocity from 8 to 10 km s^(-1) on the polar symmetry axis to~2 km s^(-1) at the *** implies complex morpho-kinematics:making reliable interpretations with reasonable confidence is *** particular,it questions an earlier interpretation implying the presence of a white dwarf companion orbiting the star at an angular distance of -0″4 from its *** proposes instead an interpretation in terms of a standard mass ejection associated with a shock wave leaving a void of emission in its *** Doppler velocity wings are seen to consist of two components,the upper velocity end of the global wind,reaching above±12 km s^(-1),and an effective line broadening,confined within 200 mas from the center of the star,reaching above±20 km s^(-1) and interpreted as caused by the pattern of shock waves resulting from the interaction between stellar pulsation and convective cell partition.

Food safety has become a growing concern for citizens in the modern society when consuming unsafe food that directly impacts public health,life quality and well-being of each *** of Vietnam in general and specially in Hue city have been facing challenge of vegetable unsafety.A survey concerning the consumption of safe vegetables was conducted in Hue city,*** were collected by using a well-structured questionnaire from representative of 30 consumers,30 producers and 10 *** results showed that lettuce,sweet potato and Chinese mustard were identified as the most important vegetables to consumers in Hue *** of the consumers purchased vegetable every *** cost of vegetable in every transaction was about 30,000 *** expenditure has not created a great motivation for developing safe vegetable *** of the consumers in Hue city showed high interest,demand,trust and satisfaction for safe ***,50%of the consumers reported that the price of the safe vegetable was quite expensive and price was not matched with their ***,there were some disadvantages in each stage of vegetable supply *** example,land,seed,capital,cultivation techniques,preliminary processing,preservation,brand name,trademark and place to consume have not met the requirement of high technology production for the supply chain of safe *** chain linking between the production and consumption of vegetables is not *** and consumers do not have closely *** can not be traced to origin and there is no safe *** consumers believe the quality of vegetables depending on the prestige suppliers,such as,the vegetable shops with foreign *** vegetables of farmers are very difficult to be certified for safe *** and suggestions to Hue city are proposed that it is necessary to establish the vegetable production area in Hue *** growers should be supported w

The compressive strength of self-compacting concrete(SCC)needs to be determined during the construction design *** paper shows that the compressive strength of SCC(CS of SCC)can be successfully predicted from mix design and curing age by a machine learning(ML)technique named the Extreme Gradient Boosting(XGB)algorithm,including non-hybrid and hybrid *** ML techniques,such as Linear regression(LR),K-Nearest Neighbors(KNN),Support Vector Machine(SVM),Decision Trees(DTR),Random Forest(RF),Gradient Boosting(GB),and Artificial Neural Network using two training algorithms LBFGS and SGD(denoted as ANN_LBFGS and ANN_SGD),are also compared with the XGB ***,the hybrid models of eight ML techniques and Particle Swarm Optimization(PSO)are constructed to highlight the reliability and accuracy of SCC compressive strength prediction by the XGB_PSO hybrid *** highest number of SCC samples available in the literature is collected for building the ML *** with previously published works’performance,the proposed XGB method,both hybrid and non-hybrid models,is the most reliable and robust of the examined techniques,and is more accurate than existing ML methods(R2=0.9644,RMSE=4.7801,and MAE=3.4832).Therefore,the XGB model can be used as a practical tool for engineers in predicting the CS of SCC.

Noise pollution tends to receive less awareness compared to other types of pollution,however,it greatly impacts the quality of life for humans such as causing sleep disruption,stress or hearing *** urban sound through the identification of noise sources in cities could help to benefit livability by reducing exposure to noise pollution through methods such as noise control,planning of the soundscape environment,or selection of safe living *** this paper,we proposed a self-attention long short-term memory(LSTM)method that can improve sound classification compared to previous *** attention mechanism will be designed solely to capture the key section of an audio data *** is practical as we only need to process important parts of the data and can ignore the rest,making it applicable when gathering information with long-term *** dataset used is the Urbansound8k dataset which specifically pertains to urban environments and data augmentation was applied to overcome imbalanced data and dataset *** audio sources in the dataset were normalized to mono *** the dataset above,an experiment was conducted to confirm the suitability of the proposed model when applied to the mel-spectrogram and MFCC(Mel-Frequency Cepstral Coefficients)datasets transformed from the original *** the classification accuracy depends on the machine learning models as well as the input data,therefore we have evaluated different class models and extraction methods to find the best *** combining data augmentation techniques and various extraction methods,our classification model has achieved state-of-the-art performance,each class accuracy is up to 98%.

Design constraints verification is the most computationally expensive task in evolutionary structural optimization due to a large number of structural analyses thatmust be *** a surrogatemodel to approximate the behavior of structures instead of the exact structural analyses is a possible solution to tackle this ***,most existing surrogate models have been designed based on regression *** paper proposes a novel method,called CaDE,which adopts a machine learning classification technique for enhancing the performance of the Differential Evolution(DE)*** proposed method is separated into two *** the first optimization stage,the original DE is implemented as usual,but all individuals produced in this phase are stored as inputs of the training *** on design constraints verification,these individuals are labeled as“safe”or“unsafe”and their labels are saved as outputs of the training *** collecting enough data,an AdaBoost model is trained to evaluate the safety state of *** model is then used in the second stage to preliminarily assess new individuals,and unpromising ones are rejected without checking design *** method reduces unnecessary structural analyses,thereby shortens the optimization *** benchmark truss sizing optimization problems are solved using the proposed method to demonstrate its *** obtained results show that the CaDE finds good optimal designs with less structural analyses in comparison with the original DE and four other DE *** reduction rate of five examples ranges from 18 to over 50%.Moreover,the proposed method is applied to a real-size transmission tower design problem to exhibit its applicability in practice.

Shear failure of slender reinforced concrete beams without stirrups has surely been a complicated occurrence that has proven challenging to adequately *** primary purpose of this work is to develop machine learning models capable of reliably predicting the shear strength of non-shear-reinforced slender beams(SB).A database encompassing 1118 experimental findings from the relevant literature was compiled,containing eight distinct *** Boosting(GB)technique was developed and evaluated in combination with three different optimization algorithms,namely Particle Swarm Optimization(PSO),Random Annealing Optimization(RA),and Simulated Annealing Optimization(SA).The findings suggested that GB-SA could deliver strong prediction results and effectively generalizes the connection between the input and output *** values and two-dimensional PDP analysis were then carried *** may use the findings in this work to define beam’s geometrical components and material used to achieve the desired shear strength of SB without reinforcement.

Importance:Nutritional status of infants,measured by birth weight and length,is an essential factor in neonatal *** in newborns may lead to a higher risk of mortality,neurological and cognitive impairment,and poor language ***:this study aims to assess the nutritional status of infants and related factors regarding maternal anthropometric characteristics and medical ***:A cross-sectional study was conducted at the National Hospital of Obstetrics and Gynecology,Vietnam from May 2021 to May 2022 on 340 infants and *** birth weight was defined following the Intergrowth-21 *** was evaluated using the Fenton growth chart when the length was below the 10%percentile line of the gestational *** regression models were applied to identify factors associated with the nutritional status of ***:We found that 12.4%and 14.1%of infants in our study fell into stunted and underweight categories,*** of mothers over 35 years old,having a height lower than 150 cm or experiencing anemia during pregnancy were more likely to be stunted or have low birth *** albumin deficiency during pregnancy was strongly associated with the infant being underweight(odds ratio[OR]=2.8,95%confidence interval[95%CI]1.1–7.3).Newborns were more likely to be stunted if their mothers had a history of preterm birth(OR=3.3,95%CI 1.1–10.2).Interpretation:Maternal nutritional status is closely related to infant malnutrition,particularly in preterm *** the understanding of mothers regarding prenatal care,reproductive healthcare,adequate nutritional diet,and multi-micronutrient supplements during pregnancy is therefore important.
