Fabrication and Characterization of Multi-layer Heat Mirror with Photocatalytic Properties

A novel TiO2（5）/TiO2（buffer）/Ti（4）/Ag（3）/Ti（2）/TiO2（1） multi-layer film coating with corning glass is designed and fabricated by a dc magnetron sputtering method as a renovation of the well-known TiO2/Ti/Ag/Ti/TiO2 system in order to obtain a heat mirror system with photocatalytic properties due to sufficient thickness of the Ti02 layer. The outer TiO2 layer is fabricated in two steps, possibly claimed as two layers TiO2（5） and TiO2（buuer）, among which TiO2（buffer） the 70-nm-thick layer deposited in poor oxygen effectively minimizes the oxidation toward its neighbor Ti（4） layer. The optimal total thickness of the TiO2（5） and TiO（buffer） di-layer is found to be 300nm to yield a highly photo-catalytic property of the film without affecting the optical properties considerably. This multi-layer film can transmit light of above 75-85% in the visible spectrum （380 ≤ λ≤ 760 nm） and reflect radiation of above 90% in the infrared spectrum （ λ≥760 nm）. Such multi-layer coatings are strongly recommended not only as promising transparent heat mirrors but also as photo-catalytic films for architectural window coatings.

This paper proposes an enhancement of an automatic text recognition system for extracting information from the front side of the Vietnamese citizen identity(CID)***,we apply Mask-RCNN to segment and align the CID card from the ***,we present two approaches to detect the CID card’s text lines using traditional image processing techniques compared to the EAST ***,we introduce a new end-to-end Convolutional Recurrent Neural Network(CRNN)model based on a combination of Connectionist Temporal Classification(CTC)and attention mechanism for Vietnamese text recognition by jointly train the CTC and attention objective functions *** length of the CTC’s output label sequence is applied to the attention-based decoder prediction to make the final label *** process helps to decrease irregular alignments and speed up the label sequence estimation during training and inference,instead of only relying on a data-driven attention-based encoder-decoder to estimate the label sequence in long *** may directly learn the proposed model from a sequence of words without detailed *** evaluate the proposed system using a real collected Vietnamese CID card dataset and find that our method provides a 4.28%in WER and outperforms the common techniques.

Nowadays, the electrochemical water treatments are very important methods used for the removal of organic and inorganic impurities from fresh, drinking water and wastewater. The method consists of carrying out the oxidation reaction at the anode where pollutants are transferred into non-toxic substances, by decomposing into simpler compounds or transferring into oxidation form. RuO2-based Dimensional Stable Anode （DSA） is a technologically good and important electrode for water treatment because of its unique characteristics such as high thermal and chemical stability, low resistivity and low overpotential. This paper reviews the methods for fabricating RuO2-based electrodes that can be used in electrochemical water treatment. Depending on the different fabrication routes, RuO2 electrodes will possess the different electro-catalytic property and stability.

本研究（于2008至2011年）连续三年在陕西杨凌夏家沟村进行。以17年生华优猕猴桃为试材，进行了施肥对猕猴桃产量及品质影响研究、猕猴桃营养状况及施肥建议研究、猕猴桃黄化病营养诊断与土壤养分相关性的研究。取得了以下重要结果。 1.施肥对猕猴桃产量和品质的影响以华优猕猴桃为供试材料，研究不同施肥条件(氮磷钾有机肥配施(NPK+M)、氮磷钾配施(NPK)、减氮(PK+0.5N)、减磷(NK+0.5P)、减钾(NP+0.5K)、减量氮磷钾配施(0.5NPK)、增量氮磷钾配施(1.5NPK))对猕猴桃产量和品质的影响。结果表明：NPK+M处理的产量及经济收益均最高，分别为49.1t/hm2和167.07万元/hm2;其次是NPK处理，其产量和经济收益分别为46.6t/hm2和15.57万元/hm2;1.5NPK处理产量及经济收益分别为45.3t/hm2和14.56万元/hm2，与NPK和NPK+M处理相比，三者产量没有显著性差异，但其肥料成本较高，不作为最佳选择;偏施、少施处理（PK+0.5N、NK+0.5P、NP+0.5K、0.5NPK）产量及收益均较低。同时NPK+M处理提高了果实的可溶性糖、可溶性固性物、Vc等品质指标;而低钾处理（NP+0.5K、0.5NPK）不仅产量降低，而且单果重、果实Vc及可溶性固形物均有下降的趋势。氮磷钾化肥与有机肥配合施用，是猕猴桃果园养分管理的有效方法。 2.猕猴桃叶面营养诊断及施肥建议试验在周至县和杨凌区随机选取猕猴桃果园30个，并于2011年5月25日(初果期)、6月25日(果实迅速膨大期)、7月25日（果实膨大末期），采集猕猴桃叶片样品进行分析，旨在通过叶面营养诊断结果衡量果园养分状况，为追肥提供依据。结果表明，大量元素在5月份叶片营养元素的变化幅度以N最小，为10.05%，P变化幅度最大，为24.07%。其变幅大小顺序表现为P> Ca> Mg>K>N。6月份叶片营养元素的变化幅度以N最小（5.62%），K最大（17.42%），Mg、P、Ca依次为15.71%、16.22%、16.62%，大小顺序表现为K>Ca>P>Mg>N。7月份叶片营养元素含量大小顺序表现为Ca>Mg>P>K>N。总体来说，钙磷和镁的变异系数较大。微量元素含量分析结果显示，在5月份的叶片铜含量变化幅度最小（21.76%），Zn、Fe依次为24.12%、26.35%，锰的变化幅度最大（39.94%），大小顺序表现为Mn>Fe>Zn>Cu;6月份的叶片微量元素大小顺序表现为Fe>Zn>Cu>Mn;7月份叶片微量元素含量大小顺序表现为Fe> Zn> Mn>Cu。利用高产园对低产园诊断结果显示，五月份的低产园中猕猴桃叶片，除了K含量处在低水平，其它营养元素含量都属于适宜水平。六月份的低产园中猕猴桃叶片的N和Mg偏高，P、K、Ca、Cu、Fe、Zn适宜，Mn偏低。七月份的低产园中猕猴桃叶片，除了P偏低，各个元素都在适宜范围内。 3.猕猴桃黄化病营养诊断与土壤养分相关性的研究西北地区以石灰性土壤为主，土壤微量元素有效性较低，猕猴桃易出现黄化现象。本研究采集正常和黄花猕猴桃叶片及其树冠下土壤样品进行营养诊断分析。结果表明，除Ca外，黄化叶片中N、P、K、（Cu、Fe含量均较低，与正常叶片含量相比差异达极显著，其中Cu和Fe分别为正常叶片的66.85%与65.61%。铁是叶绿素合成的必需元素，表明黄化原因与缺铁有关。正常和黄化树体下土层各养分测定值差异不显著;说明植株叶片养分缺乏是植株根系吸收养分受阻，与土壤养分丰缺无关。需要通过改善土壤的其它条件(如pH，水分，通气状况等)或叶面喷肥来促进树体吸收。

Sweet potato [Ipomoea batatas （L.） Lam.] is an important food crop in the world as well as in Vietnam. It is well known as a recalcitrant crop for gene transformation and tissue culture because of its genotype dependent in vitro responses. In present study, Agrobacterium-mediated transformation of cry8Db from Bacillus thuringiensis into KB 1 sweet potato variety has been studied. The C58cv strain carrying a pBl 121 backbone which contained cry8Db delta-endotoxin gene regulated under 35 S CaMV prom oter, and the selection marker gene, neomycin phosphotransferase （npt11） gene, was subjected for plant transformation. Callus induced from shoot tips and leaf explants were inoculated and cocultured with A. tumefaciens. The selection occurred during callus producing and plant regenerating steps. A total of 201 transgenic putative plant lines were produced, and 21 transgenic lines were positively confirmed by PCR and finalized by Southern blot. Four putative transgenic lines confirming a single copy of the crySEIb gene were transferred into soil pots in greenhouse. Biological activity evaluation for the insecticidal capacity of these transgenic lines under controlled conditions showed that the level of infestation by sweet potato weevils （Cylasformicarius） in untransformed plants was higher than that of transgenic lines.

Dear Editor,Influenza A viruses cause pandemics at an interval of approximately 10-40 years,and pigs are regarded as a＂mixing vessel＂because they are easily infected with avian and human influenza viruses（Ito et al.,1998）.According to previous studies,H3N2,H1N2,and H1N1 subtypes o（swine influenza viruses have been detected in Korean pigs （Pascua et al., 2013; Kim et al., 2014; Song et al., 2007）. Moreover, a novel H3N2 influenza virus containing the matrix （34） gene from a 2009 pandemic influenza virus was detected in Korean pigs in 2013 （Pascua et al., 2013）, an H1N2 influenza virus con- taining the internal genes from a 2009 pandemic influ- enza virus was found in Korean pigs in 2014 （Kim et al., 2014）, and an H1N1 influenza virus containing all genes from the classical swine influenza viruses was isolated from Korean pigs in 2007 （Song et al., 2007）.

Glycinebetaine(GB),an osmotic substance,could improve some stress tolerance in *** gene,originating from bacteria,could translate choline oxidase which stimulates the synthesis of GB in *** create lily lines resistant to heat,Belladonna lily and Yelloween lily had been transferred CodA gene through Agrobacterium *** bacteria harbored a binary vector carrying the hygromycin phosphotransferase,choline oxidase(CodA)and intron-containingβ-glucuronidase(Gus)genes were co-cultivated with lily bulb scales *** result showed that most the bulb scales had developed into bulblets in a regulator-free growth medium,while some expressed the hygromycin-resistance,heat tolerance and Gus gene *** them,one line demonstrated primarily the transcription level expression through reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR).Moreover,they were tested with the accumulation of GB which was evident that the transferred line had four times of GB volumes higher than that of wild *** original evidence could open a right approach to enhance stress tolerance in lily plants.

Applied Biofloc Technology for Target Species in the Mekong Delta in Vietnam： A Review

BFT （Biofloc Technology） has been currently applied in Cantho University to a number of targeted species from fresh-to marine and saline water species in the Mekong Delta, e.g. striped catfish （Pangasianodon hypophthalmus）, white leg shrimp （Litopenaeus vannamei）, tiger shrimp （Penaeus monodon） and Artemia Vinhchau strain （Artemia franciscana） for both in the lab-scales or production scales. The best growth and survival rate of striped catfish was obtained in 6%o. For white leg shrimp, the results indicated：（1） C （Carbon） source e.g. rice-flour or molasses supplementary based on the feed provided to promote survival, growth and shrimp biomass harvested; （2） it was fed less than 20% as usual but showed similar to those in the control; （3） combination of rice-flour and molasses at a ratio of 70：30 by weight of C and N （Nitrogen） in a ration of 15：1 enhanced shrimp survival and growth; （4） in intensive culture, shrimp could be against the infection of disease and end up with higher survival, growth in earthen ponds. For tiger shrimp, a set up for larvae till post larvae at different ratios of C and N and C：N of 30 PLI5 displayed with better survival rate （49.73 ± 7.07%） and production （74,596 ± 10.608 PL/m3）. Artemiafranciscana was set up at C：N = 10：1 and salinities from 35, 60, 80 and 100 ppt. After two weeks, there were no significant difference among treatment and the control （without biofloc） in term of survival and growth. Moreover, total embryos per female was not significant different with the control and even the number of embryos as cysts tended to be higher. BFT displayed its advantages when applied on culture system of different targeted species and there is no doubt that it could help to sustain aquaculture and save environment in the Mekong Delta in near future.
