Developing highly-efficient bifunctional oxygen evolution reaction(OER)and oxygen reduction reaction(ORR)electrocatalysts is crucial for the widespread application of rechargeable Zn-air batteries(ZABs).Herein,an efficiency electrodeposition and pyrolytic strategy to synthesize the three-dimensional(3D)N-doped carbon coating multiple valence Co and MnO heterostructures supported on carbon cloth substrate(Co-MnO@NC/CC).It contains Co-Co,Co-N,and Co-O bonds,which synergistically enhance the oxygen reaction activity with *** exhibits a working potential of 1.473 V at 10 mA·cm^(−2)for OER and onset potential of 0.97 V for *** calculations demonstrate that the synergy between cobalt and manganese species could optimize the d-band center and reduce the energy barrier of Co-MnO@NC/CC for both OER and ORR ***,the MnO acts as the main OER active site could significantly optimize the energy barrier of O*→OOH*,thus further promoting the OER *** can be directly used as the air-cathode for both liquid-state and solid-state ZABs,which could afford a small voltage gap of 0.75 V at 10 mA·cm^(−2),a high power density of 172.5 mW·cm^(−2)and a long-term durability for 400 h,surpassing those of the Pt/C+RuO_(2)-based ***,the assembled batteries show potential applications in portable devices.

The social transformation brought aboutby digital technology is deeply impacting various *** education products, with core technologiessuch as 5G, AI, IoT (Internet of Things),etc., are continuously penetrating areas such as teaching,management, and evaluation. Apps, miniprograms,and emerging large-scale models are providingexcellent knowledge performance and flexiblecross-media output. However, they also exposerisks such as content discrimination and algorithmcommercialization. This paper conducts anevidence-based analysis of digital education productrisks from four dimensions: “digital resourcesinformationdissemination-algorithm design-cognitiveassessment”. It breaks through corresponding identificationtechnologies and, relying on the diverse characteristicsof governance systems, explores governancestrategies for digital education products from the threedomains of “regulators-developers-users”.

Currently, a decision tree is the most commonly used data mining algorithm for classification tasks. While a significant number of studies have investigated privacy-preserving decision trees, the methods proposed in these studies often have shortcomings in terms of data privacy breach or efficiency. Additionally,these methods typically only apply to symmetric frameworks, which consist of two or more parties with equal privilege, and are not suitable for asymmetric scenarios where parties have unequal privilege. In this paper,we propose SecureCART, a three-party privacy-preserving decision tree training scheme with a privileged party. We adopt the existing pMPL framework and design novel secure interactive protocols for division,comparison, and asymmetric multiplication. Compared to similar schemes, our division protocol is 93.5–560.4× faster, with the communication overhead reduced by over 90%; further, our multiplication protocol is approximately 1.5× faster, with the communication overhead reduced by around 20%. Our comparison protocol based on function secret sharing maintains good performance when adapted to pMPL. Based on the proposed secure protocols, we implement SecureCART in C++ and analyze its performance using three real-world datasets in both LAN and WAN environments. he experimental results indicate that SecureCART is significantly faster than similar schemes proposed in past studies, and that the loss of accuracy while using SecureCART remains within an acceptable range.

Elemental doping is an effective strategy to enhance photocatalytic activity and extend the light absorption range of single-component *** this work,a series of La-doped CeO_(2) nanorods(La-CeO_(2)-x) with La content of 1 wt%-15 wt% are synthesized by a simple hydrothermal method and further used as photocatalyst for sulfamerazine(SMR) *** prepared La-CeO_(2)-x nanorods exhibit a great improvement in electron-hole pair migration and visible-light response due to the synergistic effect of abundant oxygen vacancies and heterogeneous elements(La).Consequently,La-CeO_(2)-x exhibited excellent visible-light photocatalytic performances and chemical stability for SMR degradation,the La-CeO_(2)-5 sample achieved the highest SMR degradation rate of 81%,which was 3.4 times higher than that of the original CeO_(2).Furthermore,three possible degradation pathways of SMR in La-CeO_(2) photocatalytic reactions were proposed by liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry ***,density functional theory calculations were carried out to provide an in-depth understanding of the structure-performance *** its excellent properties and better photocatalytic performance,this study demonstrates that La doping in CeO_(2) is an effective way to increase oxygen vacancy and improve the photochemical properties of photocatalysts.

This study aims to study parents＇ attitude, perceptions, and behaviours towards bilingual education in Singapore＇sbilingual social context. The study involves 78 young Singapore＇s Chinese parents, using mixed methodologiesincluding multiple choice questionnaire, interview, checklist, and focus group discussion to collect data. Qualitativeand quantitative researches have shown four important findings. First, young parents acknowledge the importanceof learning mother tongue to maintain cultural heritage. They also realize that Chinese could become their nextgeneration＇s crucial social capital in the future. Those families have great potential in raising bilingual ***, more attention should be paid to the gap between young parents＇ positive attitude and passive behaviourin supporting children＇s bilingual learning. Third, there are some misunderstandings about bilingual learning.

Efforts to develop innovative water harvesting strategies offer powerful solutions to alleviate the water crisis,especially in remote and arid *** by the hydrophobic/hydrophilic pattern of desert beetles and water self-propulsion property of spider silks,a double-strand hydrophobic PVDF-HFP/hydrophilic PAN nanofibers yarn is proposed by electrospinning and twisting *** double-strand cooperation approach allows for water deposition on hydrophobic PVDF-HFP segment and transport under the asymmetric capillary driving force of hydrophilic PAN segment,thus speeded up the aggregation and growth of *** effects of the composition and the diameter ratio of the two primary yarns were studied and optimized for boosting fog collection *** double-strand anisotropic yarn not only provide an effective method for water harvesting,but also hold the potential to inspire innovative design concepts for fog collection materials in challenging environments.
