This paper reviews positioning systems in the context of communication systems. First, the basic positioning technique is described for location based ser- vice （LBS） in mobile communication systems. Then the high integrity global posi- tioning system （iGPS） is introduced in terms of aspects of what it is and how the low Earth orbit （LEO） Iridium telecommunication satellites enhance the global posi- tioning system （GPS）. Emphasis is on the Chinese Area Positioning System （CAPS） which is mainly based on commercial geostationary （GEO） communication satellites, including decommissioned GEO and inclined geosynchronous communication satel- lites. Characterized by its low cost, high flexibility, wide-area coverage and ample frequency resources, a distinctive feature of CAPS is that its navigation messages are generated on the ground, then uploaded to and forwarded by the communication satellites. Fundamental principles and key technologies applied in the construction of CAPS are presented in detail from the CAPS validation phase to its experimental system setup. A prospective view of CAPS has concluded it to be a seamless, high ac- curacy, large capacity navigation and communication system which can be achieved by expanding it world wide and enhancing it with LEO satellites and mobile base stations. Hence, this system is a potential candidate for the next generation of radio navigation after GPS.

By presenting a counterexample, the author of paper （ZHAO Li-feng. J. Math. Res. Exposition, 2007, 27（4）： 949-954） declared that some assertions in papers of LU Yun-xia, ZHANG Shu-qing （J. Math. Res. Exposition, 1999, 19（3）： 598-600）, HE gan-tong （J. Math. Res. Exposition, 2002, 22（1）： 79-82） and YUAN Hui-ping （J. Math. Res. Exposition, 2001, 21（3）： 464-468） are wrong. In this note, we point out that the counterexample is wrong. Further discussion on these assertions and some related results are also given.

The rapid growth of mobile data trafﬁc has caused great pressure on the limited spectrum resources,and there must be some better methods to deal with this *** innovative technology of Long-Term Evolution(LTE)using the unlicensed spectrum,known as LTE-Unlicensed(LTE-U),has been proposed to effectively alleviate the shortage of authorized band ***-U has explored a lot of potential capacity in mobile communication systems with limited authorized spectrum resources,and improved the spectrum utilization of unauthorized frequency ***,LTE-U is still facing challenges in its *** this paper,we summarize the key features of LTE-U and the coex-istence of LTE-U with Wi-Fi in the unlicensed *** analyze the key technologies(including carrier aggregation,HARQ,interference cancelation,and centralized scheduling),the operating modes and deployment scenarios(including carrier aggregation LTE-U,duty cycle LTE-U,and standalone LTE-U),and the advantages(including anchored LTE-U and Standalone LTE-U scenarios),as well as main technical *** then address the different management mechanisms of LTE-U and Wi-Fi(including the differences between the MAC layer and physical layer),the types of coexistence technology classiﬁcation(including channel separation and channel sharing technologies),and directions for future *** hope that this comprehensive survey spurs further research in this promising area.

Research on the next generation network architecture is a hot topic. To meet the requirements of the new Internet environment and eliminate the shortcomings of the existing network, integrated network is presented. In the naming system part, a system based on Chord algorithm was used, and multi-path is introduced to improve the name resolution reliability. In this paper, we mainly pay attention to the reliability model of integrated naming network system which can be attributed as a multi-path transmission issue, and the name resolution paths used in the network path may be cut off by attacks or other events. This paper focuses on parallel multi-path, which is recoverable when failure happens, transmission reliability, and proposes a corresponding reliability model to get the probability of successful transmission in such conditions. Finally, a numerical simulation is devised to demonstrate the multi-path name resolution's high reliability.

Semantic scene completion(SSC) can express both the semantics and geometry of an entire 3D scene,which contributes a lot to the scene understanding capabilities of the autonomous driving ***,the generated semantic 3D voxels also depict the specific shapes of objects and enable the system to perceive the obstacles more ***,due to the sparsity of the LiDAR point clouds and the lack of depth information in the images,it's challenging to complete the scene from a single *** rapid advancements in multi-modality fusion within the field of 3D object detection prompt us to explore its application to the SSC *** this paper,we present a multi-modality fusion network designed for semantic scene completion named Learnable Fusion Semantic Scene Completion(LFSSC).Specifically,our model integrates the image features and point cloud features on the BEV(bird's-eye view) with a Learnable Fusion Module(LFM).The combined features are subsequently passed through a Learnable Skip Connection-based Up-sample Network(LSCUN) and a completion head to finish the perception *** experiments prove that our method achieves competitive performance on the SemanticKITTI dataset.

Recently, redactable blockchain has been proposed and leveraged in a wide range of real systems for its unique properties of decentralization, traceability, and transparency while ensuring controllable on-chain data redaction. However, the development of redactable blockchain is now obstructed by three limitations, which are data privacy breaches, high communication overhead, and low searching efficiency, respectively. In this paper, we propose PriChain, the first efficient privacy-preserving fine-grained redactable blockchain in decentralized settings. PriChain provides data owners with rights to control who can read and redact on-chain data while maintaining downward compatibility, ensuring the one who can redact will be able to read. Specifically, inspired by the concept of multi-authority attribute-based encryption, we utilize the isomorphism of the access control tree, realizing fine-grained redaction mechanism, downward compatibility, and collusion resistance. With the newly designed structure, PriChain can realize O（n） communication and storage overhead compared to prior O（n2） schemes. Furthermore, we integrate multiple access trees into a tree-based dictionary, optimizing searching efficiency. Theoretical analysis proves that PriChain is secure against the chosen-plaintext attack and has competitive complexity. The experimental evaluations show that PriChain realizes 10× efficiency improvement of searching and 100× lower communication and storage overhead on average compared with existing schemes.
