Herein we study the econom.c perform.nce of hydrochar and synthetic natural gas coproduction from.olive tree *** process entails a com.ination of hydrotherm.l carbonization and *** a previous work,we evidenced that standalone hydrochar production via HTC results ***,we propose a step forward on the process design by im.lem.nting a m.thanation,adding value to the gas effluent in an attem.t to boost the overall process techno-econom.c *** different plant capacities were analyzed(312.5,625 and 1250 kg/hr).The baseline scenarios showed that,under the current circum.tances,our circular econom. strategy in *** analysis of the revenues shows that hydrochar selling price have a high im.act on NPV and subsidies for renewable coal production could help to boost the profitability of the *** the contrary,the analysis for natural gas prices reveals that prices 8 tim.s higher than the current ones in Spain m.st be achieved to reach *** seem. unlikely even under the presence of a strong subsidy *** costs analysis suggests that a rem.rkable electricity cost reduction or electricity consum.tion of the HTC stage could be a potential strategy to reach profitability ***,significant reduction of green hydrogen production costs is deem.d instrum.ntal to im.rove the econom.c perform.nce of the *** results show the form.dable techno-econom.c challenge that our society faces in the path towards circular econom. societies.

This study presents a rapid and versatile low-cost sam.le-to-answer system.for SARS-CoV-2 *** system.integrates the extraction and purification of nucleic acids,followed by am.lification via either reverse transcriptionquantitative polym.rase chain reaction(RT–qPCR)or reverse transcription loop-m.diated isotherm.l am.lification(RT–LAm.).By m.eting diverse diagnostic and reagent needs,the platform.yields testing results that closely align with those of com.ercial RT-LAm. and RT‒qPCR *** advantages of our system.include its speed and *** assay is com.leted within 28 m.n,including sam.le loading(5 m.n),ribonucleic acid(RNA)extraction(3 m.n),and RT-LAm.(20 m.n).The cost of each assay is≈$9.5,and this pricing is com.etitive against that of Food and Drug Adm.nistration(FDA)-approved com.ercial *** som. The study of the propagation of infectious diseases in urban centers finds a close connection with their population's social characteristics and *** work perform. a spatial analysis of dengue cases in urban centers based on the basic reproduction num.ers,R0,and incidence by planning areas(PAs),as well as their correlations with the Hum.n Developm.nt Index(HDI)and the num.er of *** analyzed dengue epidem.cs in 2002 at two Brazilian urban centers,Belo Horizonte(BH)and Rio de Janeiro(RJ),using PAs as spatial *** results reveal heterogeneous spatial scenarios for both cities,with very weak correlations between R0 and both the num.er of trips and the HDI;in BH,the values of R0 show a less spatial heterogeneous pattern than in *** BH,there are m.derate correlations between incidence and both the num.er of trips and the HDI;m.anwhile,they weakly correlate for ***,the absence of strong correlations between the considered m.asures indicates that the transm.ssion process should be treated considering the city as a whole.

m.re than 5000 landslides or potential landslides have been triggered in the Three Gorges Reservoir （TGR） area since the im.oundm.nt in 2003. Aim.d at investigating the reservoir-induced landslides spatiotem.oral and size distribution and its influence factors in the TGR by taking 790 landslides as statistical sam.les. The landslides exhibit significant regional and sub-regional differences in spatially， and num.rous landslides occurred at the initial three im.oundm.nt stages and the corresponding following 2–3 cycles of reservoir operations， but the landslide frequency decreased dram.tically after 2010 in tem.orally. The relationship between landslide developm.nt and topographical， geological as well as hydrological factors were analyzed qualitatively. The reservoir-induced landslides in TGR area exhibit self-organized criticality and the rollover is nearly 2.5×104m.， which could not attribute to the data m.ssing but the coupled influences im.osed by affecting factors. Both the double Pareto and inverse gam.a functions are m.re suitable than the power-law function to present the landslide size characteristics. In term.of the fitting precious， the adaptability of the inverse gam.a function is better if the landslide inventories are lim.ted. The research results provide foundation for the landslide susceptibility m.ps and hazard risk assessm.nt.
