29例可评估的复发性或对早期诱导治疗（阿糖胞苷,正定霉素±表鬼臼毒甲醛糖甙）无效的急非淋白血病（ANLL）,使用ATA方案治疗100mg/M2/天,静脉滴注×2～5天,每例使用1—6个疗程（中位数2）,7例（24％）获完全缓解,缓解期分别2.***.2.5.9+.19.24+个月,以往缓解期超过6个月（6/13,46％）的病例,其完全缓解率显著高于（X2=4.25,P<0.05）6个月以内复发或对早期诱导化疗无效的病例（1/16,6％）,主要毒性反应为骨髓抑制,非血液系统的毒性反应很轻.

Germplasm collections are a crucial resource to conserve natural genetic diversity and provide a source of novel traits essential for sustained crop *** collection,preservation and utilization of these materials depends upon knowledge of the genetic variation present within the *** we use the high-throughput genotyping-by-sequencing(GBS)technology to characterize the United States National Plant Germplasm System(NPGS)collection of cucumber(cucumis sativus L.).The GBS data,derived from 1234 cucumber accessions,provided more than 23 K high-quality single-nucleotide polymorphisms(SNPs)that are well distributed at high density in the genome(~1 SNP/10.6 kb).The SNP markers were used to characterize genetic diversity,population structure,phylogenetic relationships,linkage disequilibrium,and population differentiation of the NPGS cucumber *** results,providing detailed genetic analysis of the *** collection,complement NPGS descriptive information regarding geographic origin and phenotypic *** also identified genome regions significantly associated with 13 horticulturally important traits through genome-wide association studies(GWAS).Finally,we developed a molecularly informed,publicly accessible core collection of 395 accessions that represents at least 96%of the genetic variation present in the ***,the information obtained from the GBS data enabled deep insight into the diversity present and genetic relationships among accessions within the collection,and will provide a valuable resource for genetic analyses,gene discovery,crop improvement,and germplasm preservation.

Lycopene is a naturally occurring red carotenoid compound that is found in *** has antioxidant *** content,sugar content and hollowheart resistance are subject to significant genotype×environment interaction(G×E),which makes breeding for these fruit quality traits *** objectives of this study were to(i)evaluate the influence of years and locations on lycopene content,sugar content and hollowheart resistance for a set of watermelon genotypes,and(ii)identify genotypes with high stability for lycopene,sugar,and hollowheart resistance.A diverse set of 40 genotypes was tested over 3 years and 8 locations across the southern United States in replicated,multi-harvest *** was tested in a subset of 10 *** were analyzed using univariate and multivariate stability statistics(BLUP-GGE biplot)using SASGxE and RGxE *** were strong effects of environment as well as G×E interaction on watermelon quality *** the basis of stability measures,genotypes were classified as stable or unstable for each quality trait.'crimson Sweet'is an inbred line with high quality trait performance as well as trait stability.'Stone Mountain','Tom Watson','crimson Sweet'and'Minilee'were among the best genotypes for lycopene content,sugar content and hollowheart *** developed a stability chart based on marketable yield and average ranking generated from different stability measures for yield attributes and quality *** chart will assist in choosing parents for improvement of watermelon *** http://***/cucurbit/wmelon/***.

BAcKGROUND: Surgery for intracranial aneurysm often results in postoperative neurologic deficits. We conducted a randomized trial at 30 centers to determine whether intraoperative cooling during open craniotomy would improve the outcome among patients with acute aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage. METHODS: A total of 1001 patients with a preoperative World Federation of Neurological Surgeons score of I, II, or III (“ good- grade patients"), who had had a subarachnoid hemorrhage no more than 14 days before planned surgical aneurysm clipping, were randomly assigned to intraoperative hypothermia (target temperature, 33° c, with the use of surface cooling techniques) or normothermia (target temperature, 36.5° c). Patients were followed closely postoperatively and examined approximately 90 days after surgery, at which time a Glasgow Outcome Score was assigned. RESULTS: There were no significant differences between the group assigned to intraoperative hypothermia and the group assigned to normothermia in the duration of stay in the intensive care unit, the total length of hospitalization, the rates of death at follow- up (6 percent in both groups), or the destination at discharge (home or another hospital, among surviving patients). At the final follow- up, 329 of 499 patients in the hypothermia group had a Glasgow Outcome Score of 1 (good outcome), as compared with 314 of 501 patients in the normothermia group (66 percent vs. 63 percent; odds ratio, 1.14; 95 percent confidence interval, 0.88 to 1.48; P=0.32). Postoperative bacteremia was more common in the hypothermia group than in the normothermia group (5 percent vs. 3 percent, P=0.05). cONcLUSIONS: Intraoperative hypothermia did not improve the neurologic outcome after craniotomy among good- grade patients with aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage.

Objective:To better evaluate tertiary Gleason pattern reporting and to evaluate the impact of tertiary Gleason pattern 5(TP5)on prostate cancer pathological features and biochemical recurrence at our large single ***:We retrospectively reviewed 1962 patients who underwent radical prostatectomy(RP)for prostate cancer;TP5 was reported in 159 cases(8.1%).Men with Gleason score(GS)7 and GS 8 disease were divided into subgroups with and without TP5,and histopathological features were *** analyses were conducted to assess the impact on TP5 on biochemical-free survival(BFS).Results:Tumors possessing GS 3+4 with TP5 were more likely to exhibit extraprostatic extension(EPE)and had a larger tumor diameter(TD)than GS 3+4 *** 3+4 with TP5 was also associated with positive surgical margins(SM),seminal vesicle involvement(SVI),and higher pre-operative prostate-specific antigen(PSA)values,but without statistical *** 4+3 with TP5 more commonly presented with EPE,positive SM,SVI,and greater TD and pre-operative PSA level than GS 4+3 *** multivariate analysis,Gleason score,EPE,and TP5 were overall independent risk factors for PSA recurrence in this ***,GS 4+3 with TP5 was associated with shorter time to recurrence versus GS 4+3 ***:Our results emphasize the importance of TP5 and suggest that criteria for tertiary pattern reporting in prostate cancer should be *** studies are needed to evaluate the role of tertiary patterns in prognostic models.
