Investigation on the Novel High-performance Copper/Graphene Composite Conductor for High Power Density Motor

High-performance Cu/Graphene composite wire synergistically strengthened by nano Cr_(3)C_(2) phase was directly synthesized via hot press sintering followed by severe cold plastic deformation, using liquid paraffin and CuCr alloy powder as the raw materials. Since graphene is in situ formed under the catalysis of copper powder during the sintering process, the problem that graphene is easy to agglomerate and difficult to disperse uniformly in the copper matrix has been solved. The nano Cr_(3)C_(2)-particles nailed at the interface favor to improve the interface bonding. The Cu/Graphene composite possesses high electrical conductivity, hardness, and plasticity. The composite wire exhibits high electrical conductivity of 96.93% IACS, great tensile strength of 488MPa, and excellent resistance to softening. Even after annealing at 400℃ for 1 h, the tensile strength can still reach 268 MPa with a conductivity of about 99.14% *** wire's temperature coefficient of resistance(TCR) is largely reduced to 0.0035/℃ due to the complex structure,which leads the wire to present low resistivity at higher temperatures. Such Cu/Graphene composite wire with excellent comprehensive performance has a good application prospect in high-power density motors.

为解决双向中继信道中采用低密度奇偶校验码LDPC(low density parity check code)或Turbo码的网络编码系统信道编码编译码算法及设备的复杂度太高这一问题,提出一种联合Polar编码与网络编码的中继转发策略.该策略利用无线通信中信号的叠加特性和Polar编码、网络编码的线性性质直接估计网络编码的码字,使得中继节点进行Polar译码的复杂度和信源节点之间的信息交换时间都比直接网络编码系统减少了50%.同时,由于基于信道极化理论的Polar码具有在离散无记忆信道BDMC(binary discrete memoryless channel)上达到信道容量及编译码算法简单等优点,使得所提方案不仅保证了系统的可靠性,而且更容易实现.仿真结果验证了该方案的有效性.

Background Studying the composition and developmental mechanisms in mammary gland is crucial for healthy growth of newborns. The mammary gland is inherently heterogeneous, and its physiological function dependents on the gene expression of multiple cell types. Most studies focused on epithelial cells, disregarding the role of neighboring *** Here, we constructed the largest transcriptomic dataset of porcine mammary gland cells thus far. The dataset captured 126,829 high-quality nuclei from physiological mammary glands across five developmental stages(d 90 of gestation, G90;d 0 after lactation, L0;d 20 after lactation, L20;2 d post natural involution, PI2;7 d post natural involution, PI7). Seven cell types were identified, including epithelial cells, adipocytes, endothelial cells, fibroblasts cells, immune cells, myoepithelial cells and precursor cells. Our data indicate that mammary glands at different developmental stages have distinct phenotypic and transcriptional signatures. During late gestation(G90), the differentiation and proliferation of adipocytes were inhibited. Meanwhile, partly epithelial cells were completely differentiated. Pseudo-time analysis showed that epithelial cells undergo three stages to achieve lactation, including cellular differentiation, hormone sensing, and metabolic activation. During lactation(L0 and L20), adipocytes area accounts for less than 0.5% of mammary glands. To maintain their own survival, the adipocyte exhibited a poorly differentiated state and a proliferative capacity. Epithelial cells initiate lactation upon hormonal stimulation. After fulfilling lactation mission, their undergo physiological death under high intensity lactation. Interestingly, the physiological dead cells seem to be actively cleared by immune cells via CCL21-ACKR4 pathway. 为了研究Polar码在编码调制(CM)系统中的性能,提出了一种基于Polar码的比特交织编码调制(BICM)系统.分析了高斯白噪声(AWGN)信道中不同调制方式对系统误比特率(BER)性能的影响,并将所提系统的BER性能与基于低密度奇偶校验(LDPC)码的BICM系统性能进行了对比.仿真结果表明,在QPSK调制下,基于Polar码的BICM系统与基于Polar码的无编码调制系统的BER曲线几乎完全重合;而在16QAM调制下,当码长较大时,基于Polar码的BICM系统较基于Polar码的无编码调制系统最大节省0.8 d B的比特信噪比.当信道编码码长为1 024、码率为0.5时,在中高比特信噪比区域上,基于Polar码的BICM系统可比基于LDPC码的BICM系统获得至少2 d B的比特信噪比增益.

姜黄素对脂多糖诱导的心肌功能障碍小鼠PI3K-γ表达的影响

目的:探讨姜黄素(Curcumin)对脂多糖(lipopolysaccharide,LPS)诱导的脓毒症心肌功能障碍(sepsis induced myocardial dysfunction,SIMD)小鼠磷脂酰肌醇-3-激酶-γ(phosphoinositide-3-kinases-γ,PI3Kγ)表达的影响。方法:将60只雄性c57bl/6小鼠按随机数字表法随机分为正常对照组(Con组)、脓毒症组(Sep组)、姜黄素组(Cur组)和二甲基亚砜(DMSO)组,每组15只,Sep、DMSO和Cur组采用LPS 10 mg/kg腹腔注射制备SIMD模型,造模30 min后,Cur组经腹腔注射200 mg/kg姜黄素,Con组和Sep组经腹腔注射等量生理盐水,DMSO组经腹腔注射等量DMSO。于给药后6、12、24 h,各组小鼠经右颈动脉插管采用BL-410多功能监护仪监测血流动力学指标,包括左心室收缩压(left ventricular systolic pressure,LVSP)、左心室舒张末期压(left ventricular end-diastolic pressure,LVEDP)、左室内压力变化最大上升和下降速率(maximum rate of left ventricular pressure development and decay,LV±dp/dt-max);HE染色观察心肌组织病理改变;ELISA法检测小鼠血清中心肌肌钙蛋白Ⅰ(cardiac troponin,CTnⅠ)和肿瘤坏死因子(tumor necrosis factor,TNF-α)含量的变化;Western blot检测心肌组织中PI3K-γ、p-akt蛋白的表达。结果:Cur组心脏血流动力学指标(LVSP、LVEDP和LV±dp/dt-max)在各时间点与Sep组比较,均明显上升(P=0.000);心肌组织的病理学改变与Sep组相比,损伤明显减轻;心肌组织中PI3K-γ蛋白的表达量较Sep组明显下降,p-akt蛋白的表达量较Sep组升高(P=0.000);小鼠血清中CTnⅠ和TNF-α含量较sep组降低(P=0.000,P=0.000)。DMSO组与Sep组比较,各指标差异均无统计学意义(P=0.586)。结论:姜黄素对SIMD小鼠的心肌保护作用与抑制PI3K-γ蛋白的表达有关。

Activation of the Ras/MAPK pathway is prevalently involved in the occurrence and development of hepatocellular carcinoma（HCC）.However,its effects on the deregulated cellular metabolic processes involved in HCC in vivo remain *** the present study,a mouse model of HCC induced by hepatocyte-specific expression of the Hras12 V oncogene was investigated using an integrative analysis of metabolomics and transcriptomics *** with the phenotype of abundant lipid droplets in HCC,the lipid biosynthesis in HCC was significantly enhanced by（1） a sufficient supply of acetyl-CoA from enhanced glycolysis and citrate shuttle activity;（2） a sufficient supply of NADPH from enhanced pentose phosphate pathway（PPP） activity;（3） upregulation of key enzymes associated with lipid biosynthesis;and（4） down-regulation of key enzymes associated with bile acid *** addition,glutathione（GSH） was significantly elevated,which may result from a sufficient supply of 5-oxoproline and L-glutamate as well as an enhanced reduction of the process of GSSG being turned into GSH by *** high level of GSH along with elevated Bcl2 and Ucp2 expression may contribute to a normal level of reactive oxygen species（ROS） in *** conclusion,our results suggest that the lipid metabolism,glycolysis,PPP,tricarboxylic acid（TCA） cycle,citrate shuttle activity,bile acid synthesis,and redox homeostasis in the HCC induced by ras oncogene are significantly perturbed,and these altered metabolic processes may play crucial roles in the carcinogenesis,development and pathological characteristics of HCC.

利用荧光光谱法和傅里叶变换红外光谱法,研究中性条件下黑豆皮中的花青素(矢车菊素-3-O-葡糖苷(cyanidin-3-O-glucoside,C3G))与小麦蛋白麦醇溶蛋白(gliadin,Gli)及麦谷蛋白(glutenin,Glu)的相互作用.荧光结果表明:C3G对Gli、Glu均有较强的荧光猝灭作用,对Glu的荧光猝灭机制属于静态猝灭,而与Gli的猝灭方式为动态猝灭和静态猝灭的结合,C3G与Gli和Glu的结合常数(KA)分别为20.827×104、14.690×104 L/mol,结合位点(n)分别为1.263和1.159(298 K),说明与Gli作用较强.热力学研究表明:C3G与Gli主要通过疏水作用结合;与Glu作用主要通过范德华力和氢键作用结合.同步荧光光谱分析表明:C3G与Gli的结合位点更接近色氨酸残基,而与Glu的结合位点更接近酪氨酸残基.傅里叶变换红外光谱表明:C3G能够与Gli、Glu结合并相互作用,使蛋白构象发生变化.
