Background Aicardi-Goutieres syndrome(AGS)is an inflammatory disorder belonging to the type I interferonopathy *** clinical diagnosis of AGS is difficult,which can lead to a high mortality ***,there is a lack of large-sample research data on AGS in *** aim to summarize the clinical characteristics of Chinese patients with AGS and provide clues for clinical *** The genetic and clinical features of Chinese patients with AGS were ***-time polymerase chain reac-tion was used to detect expression of interferon-stimulated genes(ISGs).Results A total of 23 cases were included,consisting of 7 cases of AGS1 with three prime repair exonuclease 1 mutations,3 of AGS2 with ribonuclease H2 subunit B(RNASEH2B)mutations,3 of ASG3 with RNASEH2C,1 of AGS4 with RNASEH2A mutations,2 of AGS6 with adenosine deaminase acting on RNA 1 mutations,and 7 of AGS7 with interferon induced with helicase C domain 1 *** before the age of 3 years occurred in 82.6%.Neurologic involvement was most common(100%),including signs of intracranial calcification which mainly distributed in the bilateral basal ganglia,leukodystrophy,dystonia,epilepsy,brain atrophy and *** disability,language disability and motor skill impairment were also *** manifestations(60.87%)were dominated by a chilblain-like *** such as microcephaly(47.62%),short stature(52.38%),liver dysfunction(42.11%),thyroid dysfunction(46.15%),positive autoimmune antibod-ies(66.67%),and elevated erythrocyte sedimentation rate(53.85%)were also *** phenotypes of 2 cases fulfilled the diagnostic criteria for systemic lupus erythaematosus(SLE).One death was *** expression were *** AGS is a systemic disease that causes sequelae and mortality.A diagnosis of AGS should be considered for patients who have an early onset of chilblain-like rash,intracranial calcification,leukodystrophy,dystonia,developmental delay,positive autoimm

Isotopic dependence of the yield ratios of light fragments from different projectiles and their unified neutron skin thicknesses

The yield ratios of neutron-proton(R(n/p))and^(3)H-^(3)he(R(^(3)H∕^(3)he))with reduced rapidity from 0 to 0.5 were simulated at 50 MeV/u even-even ^(36−56)Ca+^(40)Ca,even-even ^(48−78)Ni+^(58)Ni,and ^(100−139)Sn(every third isotopes)+112 Sn for full reduced impact parameters using the isospin-dependent quantum molecular dynamics(IQMD)*** neutron and proton density distributions and root-mean-square radii of the reaction systems were obtained using the Skyrme-Hartree-Fock model,which was used for the phase space initialization of the projectile and target in *** defined the unified neutron skin thickness asΔRnp=^(1∕2) n−^(1∕2)p,which was negative for neutron-deficient *** unifiedΔRnp values for nuclei with the same relative neutron excess from different isotopic chains were nearly equal,except for extreme neutron-rich isotopes,which is a type of scaling *** yield ratios of the three isotopic chain-induced reactions,which depended on the reduced impact parameter and unified neutron skin thickness,were *** results showed that both R(n/p)and R(^(3)H∕^(3)he)decreased with a reduced impact parameter for extreme neutron-deficient isotopes;however,they increased with reduced impact parameters for extreme neutron-rich isotopes,and increased with theΔRnp of the projectiles for all reduced impact *** addition,a scaling phenomenon was observed betweenΔR np and the yield ratios in peripheral colli-sions from different isotopic chain projectiles(except for extreme neutron-rich isotopes).Thus,R(n/p)and R(^(3)H∕^(3)he)from peripheral collisions were suggested as experimental probes for extracting the neutron or proton skin thicknesses of non-extreme neutron-rich nuclei from different isotopic chains.

Surface-induced Microstructure and Performance Changes in P3HT Ultrathin Films

In this work,poly(3-hexylthiophene)(P3HT)ultrathin films(P3HT-T)were prepared by spin-coating a dilute P3HT solution(in a toluene:o-dichlorobenzene(Tol:ODCB)blend with a volume ratio of 80:20)with ultrasonication and the addition of the nucleating agent bicycle[2.2.1]heptane-2,3-dicarboxylic acid disodium salt(HPN-68L)on glass,Si wafers and indium tin oxide(ITO)*** electrical and mechanical properties of the P3HT-T ultrathin films were investigated,and it was found that the conductivity and crack onset strain(COS)were simultaneously improved in comparison with those of the corresponding pristine P3HT film(P3HT-0,without ultrasonication and nucleating agent)on the same substrate,regardless of what substrate was ***,the conductivity of P3HT-T ultrathin films on different substrates was similar(varying from 3.7 S·cm^(-1)to 4.4 S·cm^(-1)),yet the COS increased from 97%to 138%by varying the substrate from a Si wafer to *** grazing-incidence wide-angle X-ray diffraction(GIXRD),UV-visible(UV-Vis)spectroscopy and atomic force microscopy(AFM),we found that the solid order and crystallinity of the P3HT-T ultrathin film on the Si wafer are highest,followed by those on glass,and much lower on ***,the surface energy and roughness of three substrates were investigated,and it was found that the polar component of the surface energyγp plays a critical role in determining the crystalline microstructures of P3HT ultrathin films on different *** work indicates that the P3HT ultrathin film can obviously improve the stretchability and simultaneously retain similar electrical performance when a suitable substrate is *** findings offer a new direction for research on stretchable CP ultrathin films to facilitate future practical applications.

Large eddy simulations generally are used to predict 3D wind field characteristics in complex mountainous *** simulation boundary conditions,such as the height and length of the computational domain or the characteristics of inflow turbulence,can significantly impact the quality of *** this study,we examined these boundary conditions within the context of the mountainous terrain around a long-span cable-stayed bridge using a wind tunnel *** sizes of computational domains and turbulent incoming wind velocities were used in large eddy *** results show that when the height of the computational domain is five times greater than the height of the terrain model,there is minimal influence from the top wall on the wind field characteristics in this complex mountainous *** the length of the wake region of the computational domain has negligible effects on the wind *** in the inlet boundary reduces the length of the wake region on a leeward hill with a low slope,but has less impact on the mean wind velocity of steep hills.

Global well-posedness for 2D inhomogeneous asymmetric fluids with large initial data

In this paper, by using time-weighted global estimates and the Lagrangian approach, we first investigate the global existence and uniqueness of the solution for the 2D inhomogeneous incompressible asymmetric fluids with the initial(angular) velocity being located in sub-critical Sobolev spaces H^(s)(R^(2))(0he initial density being bounded from above and below by some positive constants. The global unique solvability of the 2D incompressible inhomogeneous asymmetric fluids with the initial data in the critical Besov space(u_(0), w_(0))∈˙B^(0)_(2,1)(R^(2))andρ^(−1)−1∈˙B^(ε)_(2/ε),1(R^(2))is established. In particular, the uniqueness of the solution is also obtained without any more regularity assumptions on the initial density which is an improvement on the recent result of Abidi and Gui(2021) for the 2D inhomogeneous incompressible NavierStokes system.

pH Induced Self-assembly of AIE Fluorescent Probe for Tumor Imaging

This work reported an AIE fluorescent probe for tumor imaging based on the p H induced self-assembly strategy. The fluorescent probe was composed of an acid-responsive soluble copolymer PEG-b-PAMA-DMMA with a maleic acid amide group and an anionic soluble aggregation-induced emission fluorogen(AIEgen) TPE-2SO_(3)^(-). The polymer could be transformed into a protonated amine-containing polymer after the hydrolysis of maleic acid amide in acidic tumor microenvironment, which would be further self-assembled with TPE-2SO_(3)^(-)to form aggregated nanoparticles. The transition of TPE-2SO_(3)^(-)from dispersed state to aggregated state led to an obvious increase in fluorescence intensity due to its AIE characteristics.
