A large ground-based optical/infrared telescope is being planned for a world-class astronomical site in *** cloud-free night percentage is the primary meteorological consideration for evaluating candidate *** data from GMS and NOAA satellites and the MODIS instrument were utilized in this research,covering the period from 1996 to *** data analysis benefits from overlapping results from different independent teams as well as a uniform analysis of selected sites using GMS+NOAA *** significant ground-based monitoring is needed to validate these findings,we identify three different geographical regions with a high percentage of cloud-free conditions(~83%on average),which is slightly lower than at Mauna Kea and Cerro Armazones(~85%on average)and were chosen for the large international projects TMT and ELT *** study finds evidence that cloud distributions and the seasonal changes affected by the prevailing westerly winds and summer monsoons reduce the cloud cover in areas influenced by the *** is consistent with the expectations from climate change models and is suggestive that most of the identified sites will have reduced cloud cover in the future.

考察了2,4,6-三氯苯酚(TCP)和饮用水相关材料(PVC管和一次性塑料水杯)的浸泡液致Vero细胞变形的灵敏度与相关性,并与四氮甲唑蓝(MTT)比色法进行了比较。结果表明:TCP对Vero细胞的毒性响应浓度为0.5mg/L,且变形细胞的比例与TCP浓度呈正相关,而MTT比色法测定低浓度TCP(<1.0mg/L)致Vero细胞增殖抑制率的结果不稳定;流式细胞仪AN-NEXINV-FITC/PI双染色法的检测结果显示,细胞膜损伤是Vero细胞毒性的早期表现特征,比细胞凋亡和坏死更灵敏;Vero细胞暴露于饮用水相关材料的浸泡液时,其变形细胞的比例随浸泡温度的升高而增加,而在相同条件下,MTT比色法测定的浸泡液对Vero细胞的增殖抑制率则呈现不规律变化。

Objective： To investigate the possible mechanism of San-Cao Granule（SCG, 三草颗粒） mediating antiliver fibrosis. Methods： A total of 60 male Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into the normal control group, porcine serum-treated group, ursodesoxycholic acid（UDCA, 60 mg/kg）, SCG（3.6 g/kg） group, SCG（1.8 g/kg） group and SCG（0.9 g/kg） group, with 10 rats in each group. Liver fibrosis was induced with porcine serum by intraperitoneal injection for 8 weeks, except for the normal control group. Then, the rats in the three SCG-treated groups and UDCA group were administered SCG and UDCA respectively for 4 weeks. The serum levels of alanine transaminase（ALT）, aspartate transaminase（AST）, albumin（ALB）, total bilirubin（TBIL）, hyaluronic acid（HA）, laminin（LN）, and type Ⅳcollagen（ⅣC） were examined using commercial kits and hepatic histopathology was examined with hematoxylin and eosin and Masson staining. Moreover, the protein expression levels of high mobility group box-1 protein（HMGB1）, transforming growth factor β1（TGF-β1）, phosphorylated mothers against decapentaplegic homolog 3（p-Smad3）, Smad7, toll-like receptor 4（TLR4）, myeloid differentiation factor 88（My D88）, nuclear factor-kappa B（NF-κB） and α-smooth muscle actin（α-SMA） were determined by western blot, immunohistochemistry and real time quantitativereverse transcription polymerase. Results： Both SCG（3.6 and 1.8 g/kg） and UDCA significantly ameliorated the liver fibrosis induced by porcine serum as indicated by retarding the serum levels increasing of ALT, AST, TBIL, HA, LN and ⅣC and preventing the serum level reducing of ALB compared with the model group（all P〈0.01）. Meanwhile, the collagen deposition was attenuated by SCG and UDCA treatment. Furthermore, SCG markedly reduced the expressions of HMGB1, TGF-β1, p-Smad3, TLR4, My D88, NF-κB and α-SMA, and enhanced the expression of the Smad7 compared with the model group（all P〈0.01）. Conclusion： SCG ameliorates hepatic fibrosis possibly through inhibiting HMGB1, TLR

The Large sky Area Multi-Object Fiber Spectroscopic Telescope（LAMOST） general survey is a spectroscopic survey that will eventually cover approximately half of the celestial sphere and collect 10 million spectra of stars, galaxies and QSOs. Objects in both the pilot survey and the first year regular survey are included in the LAMOST DR1. The pilot survey started in October 2011 and ended in June 2012, and the data have been released to the public as the LAMOST Pilot Data Release in August 2012. The regular survey started in September 2012, and completed its first year of operation in June 2013. The LAMOST DR1 includes a total of 1202 plates containing 2 955 336 spectra, of which 1 790 879 spectra have observed signalto-noise ratio（SNR） ≥ 10. All data with SNR ≥ 2 are formally released as LAMOST DR1 under the LAMOST data policy. This data release contains a total of 2 204 696 spectra, of which 1 944 329 are stellar spectra, 12 082 are galaxy spectra and 5017 are quasars. The DR1 not only includes spectra, but also three stellar catalogs with measured parameters： late A,FGK-type stars with high quality spectra（1 061 918 entries）, A-type stars（100 073 entries）, and M-type stars（121 522 entries）. This paper introduces the survey design, the observational and instrumental limitations, data reduction and analysis, and some caveats. A description of the FITS structure of spectral files and parameter catalogs is also provided.

为了精确高效地计算非均匀传输线中的电磁暂态过程,提出了一种称为任意差分精细积分法的新型时域计算方法来计算非均匀传输线中的电磁暂态过程,该方法是空间域任意差分法和时间域精细积分法的结合,既能根据非均匀传输线的特性来任意地构建差分方程,同时又能够消除时间稳定性条件(CFL)的限制。采用该方法计算垂直导体中的电磁暂态过程,并与有限差分法和EMTP方法所得的结果比较。结果表明,由于该方法能够实现局部点加密,同时时间步长的选取不受稳定性条件的限制,该方法在相同的计算精度下具有更高的效率。

We investigate high time resolution data obtained by the Gravitational wave high-energy Electromagnetic Counterpart All-sky Monitor(GECAM)during the flare event on 2022 April 21 at 01:52 *** subpeaks with durations of 4-6 s have been detected in the hard X-ray precursor phase,and the key feature is that they appear in pairs and seem like double-peak *** subpeaks are rarely observed in hard X-ray band and confirmed by the microwave obtained by Nobeyama Radio Polarimeters(NoRP)and Radio Solar Telescope Network(RSTN).While an exponential function can describe the continuum component of the time profile from the precursor to part of the impulsive *** periods of quasi-periodic pulsations(QPPs)are detected to be about 7.3 and 12.8 s for the precursor and impulsive phase,respectively,with at least 95%confidence *** paired QPPs are assumed to be double-peak QPPs and then the scenario of current loop coalescence model is found to be in good agreement with our *** precursor phase can be interpreted as the oscillating coalescence of two islands,while the impulsive phase can be interpreted as more islands to coalesce one by one to form larger islands.

BACKGROUND Acupuncture promotes the recovery of gastrointestinal function and provides analgesia after major abdominal *** effects of transcutaneous electrical acupoint stimulation(TEAS)remain *** To explore the potential effects of TEAS on the recovery of gastrointestinal function after gastrectomy and colorectal *** Patients scheduled for gastrectomy or colorectal resection were randomized at a 2:3:3:2 ratio to receive:(1)TEAS at maximum tolerable current for 30 min immediately prior to anesthesia induction and for the entire duration of surgery,plus two 30-min daily sessions for 3 consecutive days after surgery(perioperative TEAS group);(2)Preoperative and intraoperative TEAS only;(3)Preoperative and postoperative TEAS only;or(4)Sham *** primary outcome was the time from the end of surgery to the first bowel *** In total,441 patients were randomized;405 patients(58.4±10.2 years of age;247 males)received the planned *** time to the first bowel sounds did not differ among the four groups(P=0.90;log-rank test).On postoperative day 1,the rest pain scores differed significantly among the four groups(P=0.04;Kruskal–Wallis test).Post hoc comparison using the Bonferroni test showed lower pain scores in the perioperative TEAS group(1.4±1.2)than in the sham sti-mulation group(1.7±1.1;P=0.04).Surgical complications did not differ among the four *** TEAS provided analgesic effects in adult patients undergoing major abdominal surgery,and it can be added to clinical practice as a means of accelerating postoperative rehabilitation of these patients.

A multi-nucleon transfer and cluster decay experiment,^(7)Li(^(11)B,^(14)C^(*)→α+^(10)Be)α,is conducted at an incident beam energy of 55 *** reaction channel has a significantly large 0-value,which favors populating the high lying resonant states in ^(14)*** decay paths,from these resonances to various states of the final nucleus ^(10) Be,can be selected,owing to the experimentally achieved optimal resolution of the Q-value spectrum.A number of resonant states are reconstructed from the forward emitting 10Be+α fragments,and their major molecular structures can be detected according to the selective decay paths and relative decay widths.A state at 22.4(2)MeV validates the previously measured and theoretically predicted band head of the positive-parity σ-bond linear-chain mo-lecular *** additional resonances at 22.9(2)and 24.2(2)MeV are identified and consistent with the predicted 2^(+) and 4^(+) members of the same molecular band,thus providing novel evidences for the existence of the exotic clustering chain structure in neutron-rich carbon isotopes.A few high energy resonances,which also indicate the presence of the σ-bond molecular structure,are observed;however,further studies are still required to clarify their ascription in band systematics.

Based on previous site testing and satellite cloud data,Ali,Daocheng and Muztagh-ata have been selected as candidate sites for the Large Optical/Infrared Telescope(LOT) in *** present the data collection,processing,management and quality analysis for our site testing based on using similar *** analyze meteorological data,seeing,background light,cloud and precipitable water vapor data from 2017 March 10 to 2019 March *** also investigated the relative usefulness of our all-sky camera data in comparison to that from the meteorological TERRA satellite data based on a night-by-night comparison of the correlation and consistency between *** find a 6% discrepancy arising from a wide range of factors.
