Micropeltidaceae species are flyspeck fungi which have been subjected to few systematic *** re-examined 27 genera which were accepted in the Micropeltidaceae and re-described them based on herbaria materials and *** on morphology and phylogenetic investigations,we transfer Micropeltidaceae to a new order,Micropeltidales(Lecanoromycetes).Genera with bluish or greenish upper walls(Dictyopeltella,Dictyothyriella,Dictyothyrina,Dictyothyrium,Haplopeltheca,Micropeltis,Scolecopeltidium and Stomiopeltopsis)are accepted in the new taxonomic concept for Micropeltidaceae.A molecular clock approach estimated the divergence time of the Micropeltidaceae crown group at 130(165–104)Mya,which also supports its rank as an order(diverging from 220–100 Mya).The evolutionary histories between Micropeltidaceae species and host plants are interpreted by cophylogenetic analyses calibrated by their divergence *** result indicates that the diversification of Angiospermae(130–80 Mya)fosters the formation of genera of Micropeltidaceae mainly via cospeciation events,and this codivergent period would be an important reference when establishing generic boundaries of epifoliar fungi.

To clarify phylogenetic relationships among Aquanectria, Cosmospora, Fusicolla and other related taxa in Nectriaceae, we examined detailed morphological characters and performed cladistic analyses of a concatenated dataset based on the ITS, LSU and β-tubulin DNA sequences of fungal specimens collected from freshwater habitats in china. A new genus, Cosmosporella, is described to accommodate C. olivacea as its type *** obscura is transferred to Cosmosporella based on morphological similarities and phylogenetic support. Aquanectria jacinthicolor, a freshwater lignicolous taxon, characterized by its orange ascomata and ellipsoid ascospores with broad paraphyses is a newly described freshwater species. This species has affinities with other two known species of Aquanectria and can be distinguished based on ascospore morphology. A specimen with sexual morph of Fusicolla aquaeductuum is reported for the first time.

Different antagonistic bacteria strains were selected according to their inhibition effects on growth of Phytophthora infestans by using dual-culture method. The inhibition rates of 7 strains viz Bacillus amyloliquefaciens D1, Stenotrophomonas maltophilia he41, Bacillus amyloliquefaciens hd213, Bacillus subtilis H3, Bacillus amyloliquefaciens DEB-2, Brevundimonas bullata Hd13,Lysinibacillus fusiformis he14 against mycelial growth of Phytophthora infestans were tested via flat plate pair method. The inhibition rates of 4 strains viz he14, Hd213, Hd13 and D1 were greater than60%, and the inhibition effect of he14 was the strongest as 67%. The fermentation of most strains had significant inhibition effect on ***, and it enhanced with the increase of the concentrations of fermentation broth. When the concentration of fermentation broth was 4%, the inhibition rates of D1 and H3 strains reached 100.00%. In addition, the inhibition rates of all strains were 100.00% with 64%fermentation broth. Indicating that the 7 strains of bacteria have great application potential in the aspect of biological control of potato late blight.

In southwest china, Guizhou province has a well-known fame for its prolific biodiversity of medicinal plants. For solving the problems of plant shortage, environmental disruption and obtaining novel structural as well as bio-active natural products, we have been studying the fungal endophytes and their secondary metabolites from medicinal plants in Guizhou province for a number of years. We isolated over five thousand fungal strains from medicinal plants including Artemisia carvifolia, Artemisia japonica, Blumea balsamifera, Camptotheca acuminate, Dendrobium orchids, Ginkgo biloba, Nothapodytes pittosporoides, Reineckia carnea, Taxus *** even hundreds of different fungal isolates were obtained from each plant species. Most of the fungal endophytes belong to Ascomycota which mainly distribute in Pezizomycete, Dothediomycete and Sordariomycete.A few of them are classified into basidiomycota and Zygomycota. The status of fungal endophyte taxa depends on vary kinds of factors, for example, the age of host, organ, humidity of sample site, altitude, season, surrounding plant, extent of environmental contamination and so on. We combined in vitro bio-activity analysis, chemical composition identification and gene detection in fungal endophyte to screen and evaluate 1003 fungal ***-six of them showed anti-inflammatory, antitumor, antioxidant, anti-pathogen and P-gp inhibitory bio-activity to different extent. At present, we accomplished the study for secondary metabolites of ten fungal strains that possess high bio-activity. More than 200 bio-active compounds were isolated. Ten of them have new ***, there is a long way to produce bio-active compounds in large scale because of the low ***, it is necessary to improve cultivation methods or alter inner gene in fungal endophyte by genetic engineering for achieving novel chemical structure as potential new drug.

BACKGROUND Patients with BRAF V600E mutant metastatic colorectal cancer(mCRC)have a low incidence rate,poor biological activity,suboptimal response to conventional treatments,and a poor *** the previous cohort study on mCRC conducted by our team,it was observed that integrated chinese and Western medicine treatment could significantly prolong the overall survival(OS)of patients with colorectal ***,we further explored the survival benefits in the population with BRAF V600E mutant *** To evaluate the efficacy of integrated chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of BRAF V600E mutant metastatic colorectal *** A cohort study was conducted on patients with BRAF V600E mutant metastatic colorectal cancer admitted to Xiyuan Hospital of china Academy of chinese Medical Sciences and Traditional chinese Medicine Hospital of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region from January 2016 to December *** patients were divided into two *** A total of 34 cases were included,with 23 in chinese-Western medicine cohort(cohort A)and 11 in Western medicine cohort(cohort B).The median overall survival was 19.9 months in cohort A and 14.2 months in cohort B,with a statistically significant difference(P=0.038,hazard ratio=0.46).The 1-3-year survival rates were 95.65%(22/23),39.13%(9/23),and 26.09%(6/23)in cohort A,and 63.64%(7/11),18.18%(2/11),and 9.09%(1/11)in cohort B,*** analysis showed statistically significant differences in median OS between the two cohorts in the right colon,liver metastasis,chemotherapy,and first-line treatment subgroups(Pchinese and Western medicine can prolong the survival and reduce the risk of death in patients with BRAF V600E mutant metastatic colorectal cancer,with more pronounced benefits observed in patients with right colon involvement,liver metastasis,combined chemotherapy,and first-line treatment.
