国内国际疾病分类编码质量与效率分析

对国内以提高国际疾病分类(ICD)编码质量与效率为主题的研究论文进行统计、分析与总结。目前,关注ICD质量与效率的研究成果不多,其研究的内容大致可分为ICD编码质量与效率影响因素的分析及提高ICD编码质量与效率的途径两大部分。影响因素包括编码人员的自身因素、临床医师因素及其他因素三大类,而解决这些问题可通过提高编码人员综合素质、提高临床医师病历书写质量及对其ICD知识的了解、建立ICD字典库、改变编码的模式及应用现代化技术等途径。最后,文章指出现有研究的不足,并提出"学科编码员"的观点。"学科编码员"基于学科服务的ICD编码模式,是提高编码人员的责任心与业务能力、加强编码人员与临床医师沟通的有效途径;自动化编码、疾病与手术命名标准化亦是值得进一步探讨的问题。

This research was conducted to develop an effective approach to sort off-ground harvested almonds for efficient drying based on their physical and aerodynamic *** popular varieties were studied,including Nonpareil,Monterey,and *** insect damage,axial dimensions,weight ratio,moisture content,bulk density and terminal velocity of in-hull almonds,in-shell almonds and loose hull at harvest were *** results indicated that the insect infestation percentage in the off-ground harvested almonds ranged from 2.5%to 6.3%,which was about half of those in the conventional on-ground dried *** hulls and in-hull almonds had higher moisture content and wider moisture distribution than those of in-shell almonds,suggesting that sorting of the almonds and drying them separately are necessary for efficient handling and *** was the smallest axial dimension of an almond,and thus could be used for *** cut-off sizes of 16.5 mm,21.3 mm and 21.1 mm could separate 100%of the in-shell almonds from the rest for Nonpareil,Monterey and Fritz varieties,respectively,as the first *** the second step,applying terminal velocities of 12.3 m/s,11.8 m/s and 12.2 m/s could efficiently separate the in-hull almonds and loose hulls for Nonpareil,Monterey and Fritz varieties,***,up to 76.7%of the loose hulls could be removed,and up to 3.3%in-hull almonds may be lost during the sorting *** experimental results provided important information for developing efficient sorting and drying methods with improved throughput,energy efficiency,better quality and safety of off-ground harvested almonds.

Naringin exists in a wide range of Chinese herbal medicine and has proven to possess several pharmacological *** this study,PC12,HepG2 cells,and female Drosophila melanogaster were used to investigate the antioxidative and anti-aging effects of naringin and explore the underlying *** results showed that naringin inhibited H_(2)O_(2)-induced decline in cell viability and decreased,the content of reactive oxygen species in ***,naringin prolonged the lifespan of flies,enhanced the abilities of climbing and the resistance to stress,improved the activities of antioxidant enzymes,and decreased malondialdehyde *** also improved intestinal barrier dysfunction and reduced abnormal proliferation of intestinal stem ***,naringin down-regulated the mRNA expressions of inr,chico,pi 3k,and akt-1,and up-regulated the mRNA expressions of dilp2,dilp3,dilp5,and foxo,thereby activating autophagy-related genes and increasing the number of ***,the mutant stocks assays and computer molecular simulation results further indicated that naringin delayed aging by inhibiting the insulin signaling(IIS)pathway and activating the autophagy pathway,which was consistent with the result of network pharmacological predictions.

Filterless light-ellipticity-sensitive optoelectronic response generally has low discrimination,thus severely hindering the development of monolithic polarization ***,we achieve a breakthrough based on a configurable circular-polarization-dependent optoelectronic silent state created by the superposition of two photoresponses with enantiomerically opposite ellipticity *** zero photocurrent and the significantly suppressed noise of the optoelectronic silent state singularly enhance the circular polarization extinction ratio(CPER)and the sensitivity to light ellipticity *** CPER of our device approaches infinity by the traditional *** newly established CPER taking noise into account is 3-4 orders of magnitude higher than those of ordinary integrated circular polarization detectors,and it remains high in an expanded wavelength *** noise equivalent light ellipticity difference goes below 0.009° Hz-1/2 at modulation frequencies above 1000 Hz by a light power of 281 *** scheme brings a leap in developing monolithic ultracompact circular polarization detectors.

Contact infection of bacteria and viruses has been a critical threat to human health. The worldwideoutbreak of COVID-19 put forward urgent requirements for the research and development of the selfantibacterial materials, especially the antibacterial alloys. Based on the concept of high-entropy alloys, thepresent work designed and prepared a novel Co_(0.4)FeCr_(0.9)Cu_(0.3) antibacterial high-entropy alloy with superior antibacterial properties without intricate or rigorous annealing processes, which outperform the antibacterial stainless steels. The antibacterial tests presented a 99.97% antibacterial rate against Escherichiacoli and a 99.96% antibacterial rate against Staphylococcus aureus after 24 h. In contrast, the classic antibacterial copper-bearing stainless steel only performed the 71.50% and 80.84% antibacterial rate, respectively. The results of the reactive oxygen species analysis indicated that the copper ion release and theimmediate contact with copper-rich phase had a synergistic effect in enhancing antibacterial ***, this alloy exhibited excellent corrosion resistance when compared with the classic antibacterialstainless steels, and the compression test indicated the yield strength of the alloy was 1015 MPa. Thesefindings generate fresh insights into guiding the designs of structure-function-integrated antibacterial alloys.

Strained Hg Te thin films are typical three-dimensional topological insulator *** works have focused on Hg Te(100)films due to the topological properties resulting from uniaxial *** this study,strained Hg Te(111)thin films are grown on Ga As(100)substrates with Cd Te(111)buffer layers using molecular beam epitaxy(MBE).The optimal growth conditions for Hg Te films are determined to be a growth temperature of 160℃and an Hg/Te flux ratio of *** strains of Hg Te films with different thicknesses are investigated by highresolution x-ray diffraction,including reciprocal space mapping *** critical thickness of Hg Te(111)film on Cd Te/Ga As is estimated to be approximately 284 nm by Matthews'equations,consistent with the experimental *** high-energy electron diffraction and high-resolution transmission electron microscopy investigations indicate that high-quality Hg Te films are *** exploration of the MBE growth of Hg Te(111)films provides valuable information for further studies of Hg Te-based topological insulators.

Nonlinear holography has recently emerged as a novel tool to reconstruct the encoded information at a new wavelength,which has important applications in optical display and optical ***,this scheme still struggles with low conversion efficiency and ineffective *** this work,we demonstrate a quasi-phasematching(QPM)-division multiplexing holography in a three-dimensional(3D)nonlinear photonic crystal(NPC).3D NPC works as a nonlinear hologram,in which multiple images are distributed into different Ewald spheres in reciprocal *** reciprocal vectors locating in a given Ewald sphere are capable of fulfilling the complete QPM conditions for the high-efficiency reconstruction of the target image at the second-harmonic(SH)*** can easily switch the reconstructed SH images by changing the QPM *** multiplexing capacity is scalable with the period number of 3D *** work provides a promising strategy to achieve highly efficient nonlinear multiplexing holography for high-security and high-density storage of optical information.
