Google Page Rank is a prevalent algorithm for ranking the significance of nodes or websites in a network,and a recent quantum counterpart for Page Rank algorithm has been raised to suggest a higher accuracy of ranking comparing to Google Page *** quantum Page Rank algorithm is essentially based on quantum stochastic walks and can be expressed using Lindblad master equation,which,however,needs to solve the Kronecker products of an O(N^(4))dimension and requires severely large memory and time when the number of nodes N in a network increases above ***,we present an efficient solver for quantum Page Rank by using the Runge-Kutta method to reduce the matrix dimension to O(N^(2))and employing Tensor Flow to conduct GPU parallel *** demonstrate its performance in solving quantum stochastic walks on Erdos-Rényi graphs using an RTX 2060 *** test on the graph of 6000 nodes requires a memory of 5.5 GB and time of 223 s,and that on the graph of 1000 nodes requires 226 MB and 3.6 *** with QSWalk,a currently prevalent Mathematica solver,our solver for the same graph of 1000 nodes reduces the required memory and time to only 0.2%and 0.05%.We apply the solver to quantum Page Rank for the USA major airline network with up to 922 nodes,and to quantum stochastic walk on a glued tree of 2186 *** efficient solver for large-scale quantum Page Rank and quantum stochastic walks would greatly facilitate studies of quantum information in real-life applications.

Seawater electrolysis is a highly promising method to produce high energy density hydrogen,especially in dry areas that have scarce freshwater ***,application of seawater electrolysis is confronted by two major problems associated with catalysts employed for the anodic oxygen evolution reaction （OER） including the competitive hypochlorite evolution reaction（HCER） and strong chloridion （Cl–） triggered *** studies aimed at overcoming these problems,a facile method has been developed to synthesize a homologous CoS2heterojunction as an OER *** to a difference in work functions at the interface and increased electron density,this material has directed electron transfer and strong chloridion repulsion properties,*** have shown that CoS2achieves low overpotentials of 289 and 322 mV at 10 mA cm-2current density in respective alkaline （1 M KOH） and alkaline simulated seawater ***,the outstanding stability of CoS2is reflected in a negligible decline in activity during promotion of the OER for 100 *** of density functional theory calculations reveal that the homologous CoS2heterojunction promotes directed electron transport for optimizing adsorption/desorption of reactive species and heightens the Cl-adsorption energy for strongly repulsing Cl-,phenomena that enhance OER performance in alkaline simulated seawater.

Transition metal dichalcogenides are nowadays appealing to researchers for their excellent electronic *** stacked nanosheet FET(NSFET)based on MoS_(2)are proposed and studied by Poisson equation solver coupled with semiclassical quantum correction model implemented in Sentaurus *** is found that,the 2D stacked NSFET can largely suppress short channel effects with improved subthreshold swing and drain induced barrier lowering,due to the excellent electrostatics of 2D MoS_(2).In addition,small-signal capacitance is extracted and *** MoS_(2)based NSFET shows great potential to enable next generation electronics.

Mercury pollution has caused severe damage to environment and great attention has been paid to its control. Phytoremediation may become one of the most efficient measures to recover the polluted soil since it is economical, highly efficient and friendly to environment. In this report, plant genetic engineering methods were employed to modify the DNA sequence of merB genes that catalyze the conversion of organomercurals into ionic mercury. The modified mer-Bhe genes were introduced into tobacco by Agrobacterium, and the resultant transgenic plants were verified by Southern and Northern hybridization. High level of organomercu-rial resistance was detected on progenies of transgenic plants, some of which were resistant to PMA (phenyl mercury acetate) of 2.5μmol/L whereas 0.1μmol/L PMA killed the seedlings of wild-type tobacco in soiless culrure. With the increase of PMA concentration, the inhibition of the seedling growth became apparent. This result makes it possible to breed mercury-resistant tobacco

The grown Ce doped potassium lithium tantalite niobate (KLTN) crystals and characterize their physical properties were reported. The top seeded solution growth method was described. The specifics of a particular KLTN∶Ce growth were presented. X-ray diffraction spectra of paraelectric and ferroelectric KLTN crystals were illustrated. Dielectric and absorption studies on KLTN∶Ce were carried out compared with pure KLTN.

In this paper,we present a distributed framework for the lidar-based relative state estimator which achieves highly accurate,real-time trajectory estimation of multiple Unmanned Aerial Vehicles(UAVs)in GPS-denied *** system builds atop a factor graph,and only on-board sensors and computing power are *** from the keyframe strategy,each UAV performs relative state estimation individually and broadcasts very partial information without exchanging raw *** complete system runs in real-time and is evaluated with three experiments in different *** results show that the proposed distributed approach offers comparable performance with a centralized method in terms of accuracy and real-time *** flight test demonstrates that the proposed relative state estimation framework is able to be used for aggressive flights over 5 m/s.

There are many heterogeneous sensing nodes in the sensing layer of the Internet of Things, and the amount of data transmission is huge, which puts high requirements on the allocation of network bandwidth. At the same time, untrusted sensing nodes maliciously invade network resources. Therefore, how to confirm whether a sensing node is trusted and reasonably allocate network resources is an urgent problem to be solved. To resolve this issue, this paper proposes a sensing network resource allocation model based on trusted groups. Through the sensing node computing environment and behavior measurement, we can identify and exclude untrusted nodes, so the trusted group can be built. Then the network resources are distributed from a global perspective. Based on the available bandwidth of the link, a network resource fusion model of IPv4 and IPv6 is proposed. On this basis, a global network resource allocation model is further proposed. Afterwards, real-time monitoring of data transmission behavior ensures data security during transmission. Simulation experiments show that this mechanism can effectively optimize the bandwidth allocation in the data transmission process and has little effect on the running efficiency of existing network applications. At the same time, it can effectively guarantee the trust of nodes and achieve trusted data transmission.

A novel hydrophilic copolymer P(NI-heMA) containing the pendant group of naphthalimide moiety has been prepared. In the aqueous buffer solution, its film on the glass substrate shows an obvious fluorescence change and excellent linear relevance in the pH range of 5.8-8.0. Specifically, using the isobestic point at 406 nm as excitation wavelength can avoid the UV irradiation and the tedious calibration process. The film stability and hydrophilicity of copolymer P(NI-heMA) were studied. Because of the easy synthesis, low price and high linear relevance to pH, the hydrophilic chemosensor film of P(NI- heMA) could be potentially applied as a low-cost pH indicator for high-throughput bioprocessing in microreactors.

Three main ambipolar compact models for Two-Dimensional(2D)materials based Field-Effect Transistors(2D-FETs)are reviewed:(1)Landauer model,(2)2D Pao-Sah model,and(3)virtual Source Emission-Diffusion(VSED)*** the Landauer model,the Gauss quadrature method is applied,and it summarizes all kinds of variants,exhibiting its *** the 2D Pao-Sah model,the aspects of its theoretical fundamentals are rederived,and the electrostatic potentials of electrons and holes are clarified.A brief development history is compiled for the VSED *** summary,the Landauer model is naturally appropriate for the ballistic transport of short channels,and the 2D Pao-Sah model is applicable to long-channel *** contrast,the VSED model offers a smooth transition between ultimate *** three models cover a fairly completed channel length range,which enables researchers to choose the appropriate compact model for their works.
