Lithium metal battery, one of the most promising candidates for high-energy-density storage system, has attracted extensive interest due to its extremely high theoretical specific capacity, low gravimetric density and lowest negative redox potential. However, the formation of lithium dendrites, uncontrolled interfacial reactions, and huge volume change during the cycles of charging and discharging lower the Coulombic efficiency and cause harsh safety issues; they are the major hurdles towards the practical applications of lithium metal batteries. This review presents the recent advances in lithium metal battery and focuses on the functional hybrid electrodes, which are constructed to boost the electrochemical performance of metallic lithium and suppress the growth of lithium dendrites. Their general design rules, fabrication strategies, enhanced performances, and potential applications are summarized and analyzed. An outlook of the challenges and the potentials of lithium metal battery is also provided, which facilitates the future development of lithium metal batteries

Quality Analysis of Herbal Medicine Products Prepared from Herba Sarcandrae by Capillary Electrophoresis with Electrochemical Detection

A capillary electrophoresis with electrochemical detection（CE-ED） method was developed for the quality analysis of herbal medicine products prepared from the same herb of Herba Sarcandrae： Fufang Caoshanhu tablets, Qingrexiaoyanning capsules, and Xuekang oral liquids. Under the optimal analysis conditions, the low detection limit[l.0×10^-7 mol/L（S/N=3）] and the wide linear range（1.0×10^-7-1.0×10^-4 mol/L） were obtained for quality standard compound of isofraxidin. The precisions of the peak current and the migration time（as RSDs） for the real sample analysis were 2.0%-2.6%, and 1.2%-1.8% for isofraxidin, respectively. The contents of isofraxidin detected were 15.77 μg/tablet, 0.48 mg/capsule, 1.2 mg/ampoule（Jiangxi）, and 0.44 mg/ampoule（Dalian） for Fufang Caoshanhu tablets, Qingrexiaoyanning capsules, and Xuekang oral liquids from different manufacturers, respectively. Quality estimate was conducted by comparing the contents of isofraxidin in the herbal medicine products with the demanded values of Chinese pharmacopeia. In addition, based on their own unique CE-ED profiles（namely, CE-ED electropherograms） the Xuekang oral liquids from the different manufacturers could be easily identified.

Background:Rosa chinensis *** Rosa rugosa *** not only of ornamental value,but also edible flowers and the flower buds have been listed in the Chinese Pharmacopoeia as traditional *** two plants have some differences in efficacy,but the flower buds are easily confused for similar *** addition,large-scale cultivation of ornamental rose flowers may lead to a decrease in the effective components of medicinal ***,it is necessary to study the chemical composition and make quality evaluation of Rosae Chinensis Flos(Yueji)and Rosae Rugosae Flos(Meigui).Methods:In this study,40 batches of samples including Meigui and Yueji from different regions in China were collected to establish high-performance liquid chromatography ***,the fingerprints data was analyzed using principal component analysis,hierarchical cluster analysis,and partial least squares discriminant analysis analysis chemometrics to obtain information on intergroup differences,and non-targeted metabolomic techniques were applied to identify and compare chemical compositions of samples which were chosen from groups with large *** compounds were screened by orthogonal partial least-squares discriminant analysis and S-plot,and finally multi-component quantification was performed to comprehensively evaluate the quality of Yueji and ***:The similarity between the fingerprints of 40 batches roses and the reference print R was 0.73 to 0.93,indicating that there were similarities and differences between the *** principal component analysis and hierarchical cluster analysis of fingerprints data,the samples from different origins and varieties were intuitively divided into four *** least-squares discriminant analysis analysis showed that Meigui and Yueji cluster into two categories and the model was reliable.A total of 89 compounds were identified by high resolution mass spectrometry,mainly were flavonoids and flavon

Lead-free Na0.5Bi0.5TiO 3（NBT） nanofibers with the perovskite structure were prepared by the electrospinning *** nanofibers were about 200-300 nm in diameter and up to several hundred microns in *** crystal structures and morphologies of the nanofibers were characterized by X-ray diffraction（XRD）,Raman spectroscopy,scanning electron microscopy（SEM）,and transmission electron microscopy（TEM）.The effective piezoelectric property of individual NBT nanofiber was examined by piezoresponse force microscopy（PFM）.The NBT nanofibers crystallized in pure perovskite phase after annealing above 700℃in air and comprised a great number of fine particles with size of 60-80 *** addition,the electromechanical energy conversion models for NBT nanofibers were built and demonstrated high voltage output as high as several *** a result qualifies NBT nanofibers as a promising candidate for leadfree electromechanical conversion devices.

A multi-objective parametric design method that based on the robust observer is proposed for the attitude control of satellites with super flexible netted antennas. First, a parametric observer-based controller is obtained based on the eigen-structure assignment theory. The closed-loop poles are assigned to desired positions or regions, and full degrees of freedom of the design, which are characterized by a set of parameters, are preserved under the proposed control law. Second, the obtained parameters are comprehensively optimized to make the closed-loop system have lower eigenvalue sensitivity, a smaller control gain, and stronger tolerance to high-order unmodeled dynamics and external disturbances. Finally, comparative simulations are carried out based on practical engineering parameters of a satellite in order to verify the effect of the proposed method, and also to show their superiority over the traditional proportional-integral-derivative(PID) controller with filters and the traditional dynamic compensators.

The unique cathodic electrochemiluminescence（ECL） emission of Ru（bpy）3^2＋（bpy=2,2′-bipyridine） was observed via Nation film at Au electrode[Au/Nafion/Ru（bpy）3^2＋] at about 0.20 V（vs. Ag/AgCl） and applied to the determination of several amino acids without prior derivatization with high sensitivity. The cathodic electrochemiluminescence（ECL） exhibits the detection limits and linear ranges of several amino acids comparable to or better than those of capillary electrophoresis with conventional ECL detection method（at 1.10-1.20 V vs. Ag/AgCl） based on precolumn derivatization. The results suggest that the cathodic ECL is promising for the detection of amino acids in bioanalysis.
