Microwave-assisted One-pot Synthesis of Ag NPs/C and Its Application in H2O2 and Glucose Detection

The facile preparation of Ag NPs/C via a one-pot strategy was carried out by microwave treatment of a mixed aqueous solution of AgNO3 and glucose at 180 ℃ for 20 min without the presence of extra reducing agent. The as-synthesized Ag NPs/C showed high catalytic performance toward the reduction of H2O2. The H2O2 sensor constructed with as-synthesized Ag NPs/C exhibited a short amperometric response time of less than 2 s. The linear range was approximately （0.1-50） mmol/L（r=0.997）, and the detection limit was approximately 3.3 μmol/L at a signal-to-noise ratio of 3. A glucose biosensor was fabricated by immobilizing glucose oxidase onto Ag NPs/C- modified glassy carbon electrode to detect glucose. The glucose sensor had a wide linear response range of 2-22 mmol/L（r=0.999） and a detection limit of 190 μmol/L.

目的 :探讨闭合复位微创治疗儿童肱骨干骨折的临床疗效。方法 :2011年7月至2015年4月采用手法闭合复位结合外固定架固定治疗39例儿童肱骨干骨折,男27例,女12例;年龄3~14岁,平均8.6岁;受伤至治疗时间2 h^7 d,平均2.7 d;其中上段骨折6例,中段骨折21例,下段骨折12例。所有患儿为闭合性损伤,损伤后出现疼痛、肿胀、局部畸形及活动受限等症状,X线检查提示肱骨干骨折。采用肩关节功能Neer评分及肘关节功能HSS评分记录并对比分析治疗前后肩肘关节疼痛、功能、活动度。结果:39例患者均获随访,时间6~12个月,平均8.6个月。术后2例出现针道浅表感染,经换药愈合;其他病例针孔愈合良好。治疗前后肩关节Neer各项评分和总分比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01),治疗前后肘关节HHS疼痛、功能及总分比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。末次随访患者肩关节功能Neer评分为88.82±2.50,其中优29例,良9例,可1例;肘关节功能HSS评分为91.51±5.09,其中优秀30例,良好7例,一般2例。结论:手法闭合复位结合外固定架治疗儿童肱骨干骨折,具有创伤小、复位效果确切、固定可靠、利于肩肘关节早期功能锻炼等优点,此疗法可作为临床上治疗儿童肱骨干骨折的方法之一。

An optimization method for sound absorption of gradient(multi-layered) sintered metal fiber felts is presented. The theoretical model based on dynamic flow resistivity is selected to calculate the sound absorption coefficient of the sintered metal fiber felts since it only requires three key morphological parameters: fiber diameter, porosity and layer thickness. The model predictions agree well with experimental measurements. Objective functions and constraint conditions are then set up to optimize separately the distribution of porosity, fiber diameter, and simultaneous porosity and fiber diameter in the metal fiber. The optimization problem for either a sole frequency or a pre-specified frequency range is solved using a genetic algorithm method. Acoustic performance comparison between optimized and non-optimized metal fibers is presented to confirm the effectiveness of the optimization method. Gradient sintered metal fiber felts hold great potential for noise control applications particularly when stringent restriction is placed on the total volume and/or weight of sound absorbing material allowed to use.

Large-eddy simulation of shock-wave/turbulent boundary layer interaction with and without Spark Jet control

The efficiency and mechanism of an active control device ＂＇Spark Jet＂ and its application in shock-induced separation control are studied using large-eddy simulation in this paper. The base flow is the interaction of an oblique shock-wave generated by 8° wedge and a spatially-developing Ma = 2.3 turbulent boundary layer. The Reynolds number based on the incoming flow property and the boundary layer displacement thickness at the impinging point without shock-wave is 20000. The detailed numerical approaches were presented. The inflow turbulence was generated using the digital filter method to avoid artificial temporal or streamwise periodicity. The , merical results including velocity profile, Reynolds stress profile, skin friction, and wall pressure were sys- tematically validated against the available wind tunnel particle image velocimetry （PIV） measure- ments of the same flow condition. Further study on the control of flow separation due to the strong shock-viscous interaction using an active control actuator ＂＇Spark Jet＇＂ was conducted. The single-pulsed characteristic of the device was obtained and compared with the experiment. Both instantaneous and time-averaged flow fields have shown that the jet flow issuing from the actuator cavity enhances the flow mixing inside the boundary layer, making the boundary layer more resis- tant to flow separation. Skin friction coefficient distribution shows that the separation bubble length is reduced by about 35% with control exerted.

Recent studies have indicated that the injection of carbon dioxide(CO_(2))can lead to increased oil recovery in fractured shale reservoirs following natural *** advancements in understanding mass exchange processes in subsurface formations,there remains a knowledge gap concerning the disparities in these processes between the matrix and fractures at the pore scale in formations with varying *** study aims to experimentally investigate the CO_(2) diffusion behaviors and in situ oil recovery through a CO_(2) huff‘n’puff process in the Jimsar shale oil *** achieve this,we designed three matrix-fracture models with different permeabilities(0.074 mD,0.170 mD,and 0.466 mD)and experimented at 30 MPa and 91℃.The oil concentration in both the matrix and fracture was monitored using a low-field nuclear magnetic resonance(LF-NMR)technique to quantify in situ oil recovery and elucidate mass-exchange *** results showed that after three cycles of CO_(2) huff‘n’puff,the total recovery degree increased from 30.28%to 34.95%as the matrix permeability of the core samples increased from 0.074 to 0.466 mD,indicating a positive correlation between CO_(2) extraction efficiency and matrix *** similar fracture conditions,the increase in matrix permeability further promoted CO_(2) extraction efficiency during CO_(2) huff‘n’***,the increase in matrix permeability of the core had the greatest effect on the extraction of the first-cycle injection in large pores,which increased from 16.42%to 36.64%.The findings from our research provide valuable insights into the CO_(2) huff‘n’puff effects in different pore sizes following fracturing under varying permeability conditions,shedding light on the mechanisms of CO_(2)-enhanced oil recovery in fractured shale oil reservoirs.

In order to efficiently explore the nearly infinite composition space in multicomponent solid solution alloys for reaching higher mechanical performance,it is important to establish predictive design strategies using computation-aided ***,using ab initio calculations we systematically study the effects of magnetism and chemical composition on the generalized stacking fault energy surface(γ-surface) of Cr-Co-Ni medium entropy alloys and show that both chemistry and the coupled magnetic state strongly affect the γ-surface,consequently,the primary deformation *** relations among various stable and unstable stacking fault energies are revealed and *** present findings are useful for studying the deformation behaviors of Cr-Co-Ni alloys and facilitate a density functional theory based design of transformation-induced plasticity and twinning-induced plasticity mechanisms in Cr-Co-Ni alloys.
