Understanding the relationship between fish parental age and offspring performance over their life cycle is crucial for *** study investigates the effect of parental age for both 1-and 2-year-old fish on the growth and survival rates of their larval to grow-out stages for two wild and domesticated strains of bighead catfish(Clarias macrocephalus).Fish were sampled from the Vietnamese Mekong Delta where wild adult fish were collected from a conservation area in Ca Mau Province and domesticated fish were taken from a hatchery in Can *** offspring treatments of 1-and 2-year-old broodstock strains were reared for 3 successive periods:40 days for fingerling rearing in static tanks with water exchange,60 days for juveniles,and 90 days for grow-out in recirculating *** final weight of fish at 190 days varied from 96.7 to 144.7 *** growth of offspring was not affected by parental age(P>0.05),over the 3 rearing ***,the domesticated fish strain showed significantly better growth rates than the wild fish strain(P<0.05).Feed conversion ratios were comparable across fish *** rates did not differ at the fingerling(21.8%-36.4%)and juvenile(69.0%-73.3%)***,significant differences were found at the grow-out stage(69.3%-84.0%),with offspring from 2-year-old parents of both strains having greater survival ***,1-and 2-year-old fish appear to be suitable for bighead catfish breeders.

Environmental degradation is one of the most debatable topics at international forums and it is considered a prime concern for the entire ***,researchers and policymakers have turned their attention from conventional economic growth to green *** the existing literature has discussed several determinants of green growth,the impact of economic policy uncertainty(EPU),renewable energy consumption(RENE),and institutional quality(IQ)on green growth(GGDP)is relatively ***,this study is the earliest attempt to investigate the impact of EPU,IQ,and RENE on GGDP for emerging seven(E-7)countries from 1996 to *** doing so,we apply panel quantile regression(PQR).The empirical findings delineate that EPU has a negative impact on GGDP,whereas IQ and RENE enhance the GGDP in E-7 *** on the outcomes,this study suggests policy implications for achieving targets of the SDG 07,SDG 08,SDG 13,and SDG *** governments of these countries can achieve higher GGDP by ensuring political stability and reliable macroeconomic policies and through making such flexible policies that can easily control or address unpredictable future economic issues.

The main objective of this study is to predict soil erosion in the Lattakia Governorate(W Syria) using the Water Erosion Prediction Project model(WEPP) and to compare the result with that of the RUSLE. Field survey and data collection were carried out, and 44 soil samples were analyzed. In addition, all the necessary input files were prepared for use in the WEPP model and RUSLE. Results show that more than of 80% of the locations studied experience slight to moderate erosion(less than 5 t/ha/y), whereas the rest of the locations experience severe soil erosion hazard. Moreover, the volume of runoff estimated by the WEPP model is in the range of 51 e321 mm, and the R~2 between the simulated soil erosion and the predicted runoff reached 0.68. Interestingly, the R~2 between the WEPP model and RUSLE is 0.56, which indicates a good correlation between the two models.

Objective:To evaluate the effects of wedelolactone,a major flavonoid from Vietnamese Eclipta prostrata(L)L.,on inflammation and insulin ***:Wedelolactone was extracted from the leaves of Vietnamese Eclipta prostrata(L.)*** methanol by *** effects of wedelolactone on lipopolysaccharide(LPS)-induced cytokine production,reactive oxygen species(ROS)generation,and nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide phosphate(NADPH)oxidase activities in Raw 264.7 cells were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA),specific immunofluorescent dyes and luminometric analysis,*** addition,its effects on glucose uptake and the protein expression of insulin receptor substrate 1(IRS1)and glucose transporter 4(GLUT4)were examined in 3T3-L1 cells by immunofluorescent dyes and Western ***:Wedelolactone at 30μg/mL significantly inhibited LPS-induced production of tumor necrosis factor-α,interleukin(IL)-6,and IL-8(P<0.01)with no noticeable effects on IL-10 *** also reduced ROS generation and NADPH oxidase activities in LPS-stimulated Raw 264.7 cells(P<0.01).Furthermore,wedelolactone showed anti-insulin resistance activity,as evidenced by improved glucose uptake and the upregulated expression of IRS1 and GLUT4 in 3T3-L1 cells(P<0.01).Conclusions:Wedelolactone exhibits anti-inflammation and anti-insulin resistance effects,which may be used for the treatment of diabetes and inflammation-associated diseases.

AIM:To report the etiologies,risk factors,treatments,and outcomes of infectious keratitis(IK)at a major Vietnamese eye ***:This is a retrospective review of all cases of IK at Vietnam National Eye Hospital(VNEH)in Hanoi,*** histories,demographics,clinical features,microbiological results,and treatment outcomes were ***:IK was diagnosed in 1974 eyes of 1952 patients,with ocular trauma being the greatest risk factor for IK(34.2%),frequently resulting from an agriculturerelated injur y(53.3%).The mean duration between symptom onset and presentation to VNEH was 19.3±14.4 d,and 98.7%of patients had been treated with topical antibiotic and/or antifungal agents prior to evaluation at *** on smear results of 1706 samples,the most common organisms identified were bacteria(n=1107,64.9%)and fungi(n=1092,64.0%),with identification of both bacteria and fungi in 614(36.0%)***-five of 374 bacterial cultures(14.7%)and 426 of 838 fungal cultures(50.8%)were positive,with the most commonly cultured pathogens being Pseudomonas aeruginosa,Streptococcus pneumonia,Fusarium spp.,and Aspergillus *** perforation and descemetocele developed in 391(19.8%)and 93(4.7%)eyes,*** treatment was successful in resolving IK in 50.4%eyes,while 337(17.1%)eyes underwent penetrating or anterior lamellar *** was performed in 7.1%of eyes,most commonly in the setting of fungal ***:Ocular trauma is a major risk factor for IK in Vietnam,which is diagnosed in almost 400 patients each year at *** this,and as approximately one quarter of the eyes that develop IK require corneal transplantation or evisceration,greater emphasis should be placed on the development of prevention and treatment programs for IK in Vietnam.

信息技术的普及和飞速发展给我们的生活带来了巨大的改变,这种改变也体现在新闻和通讯领域。将技术应用置于新闻活动之中,是目前最流行的一种趋势,这种趋势也越来越趋向于借用与发挥信息图表的优势。1982年“信息图表”诞生,它最先见诸于爱德毕·塔夫特撰写的《定量信息的视觉显示》一书中。自此,信息图表成为多媒体不可缺少的技术工具。这种戏剧性的发展,主要来源于观众需要在很短的时间内掌握全面的消息。信息图表不仅适用于传统媒体,如报纸或蓬勃发展的在线互联网,还为除了使用文本和记录场景的电视提供了巨大便利。信息图表已在世界多个著名的电视频道有了长足发展,如：彭博社,CNN,BBC,NBC,NHK等。然而,对于包括越南的许多发展中国家来说,它仍然是一个全新的用于改变广播叙事形式的新技术。因此,将信息图表应用到越南的广播节目很可能具有市场。为什么它没有受到那么多关注,信息图表成为新闻记者的首要挑战又是什么?本文特别涉及到那些利用编辑业务信息图表作为故事的越南电视节目,尤其是国家电视台(VTV)专业渠道的新形式的真实情况：娱乐和体育新闻频道(VTV3);科学教育频道(VTV2);政治新闻频道(VTV1);越南国家,有线电视,健康通道(VCTV10);金融业务渠道(VITV),越南河内和图形中央。本文重点关注这些主题：什么样的信息图表会被使用,什么样的电视节目使用信息图表的视觉效果最好,以及记者自身为使用信息图标需要适应哪些信息工具。此外,本文还研究了全体广播工作人员为了达到同时精通写作与创造可视化成果,成为“富媒体型技术工人”的努力,以及他们与图形设计者的和谐沟通工作方式。论文还讨论了新闻生产的改变,即信息图表打破了传统的内容和图形部门之间需要衔接的主要障碍。它挖掘出技术的应用,任务分配精确的困难,劳作分配,管理制度以及对视觉新闻制作团队员工之间的文化因素。它已经被那些具有一定理由和一定要求,愿意为多技能记者的培训付出高成本的新闻机构所采用。为了产生全面的结果,本文在研究方法上采用了问卷调查和深度访谈相结合的方法,此外,本文还附加了一些额外的问题。根据测量结果,一些解决方案和有效的建议提出应将可视化新闻生产纳入越南电视频道的一体化进程之中。它们包括基于一系列的职业技能活动方式的技术途径,任务分配以及从事信息图表生产操作的管理程序,即解决方案：信息图表推广,管理体系,人力资源求职,培训课程等,工作环境布置,在线TV与社会网络整合后续研究可以增加量化技术途径,用量化的方法评估大量涉及生产信息图表和集成活动的电视频道。研究还可以在分析上做一些提升,如开展和提供关于类型和视觉的电视节目在使用信息图表有效性方面的级别深度评估。为了部分地实现信息图表在电视节目中的普及,在不久的将来,一个研制课题“一个为儿童设计的信息图表型电视娱乐节目”将在不久后实现。我们设计该节目的目的为了给孩子提供一个不那么严肃的、有利于孩子学习和玩耍的舒适环境。该系统在后台中采用了Motessori教育,这种教育被认为是早期儿童教育中最科学的文件。

Objective:To evaluate the antitumor activity both in vitro and in vivo of saponin–phospholipid complex of Panax ***:The in vitro cytotoxic effect of saponins extract and saponin–phospholipid complex against human lung cancer NCI-H460 and breast cancer cell lines BT474 was examined using MTS *** in vivo evaluation of antitumor potential,saponin and saponin–phospholipid complex were administered orally in rats induced mammary carcinogenesis by 7,12-dimethylbenz(a)anthracene,for 30 ***:Our data showed that saponin–phospholipid complex had stronger anticancer effect compared to saponin *** IC50 values of saponin–phospholipid complex and saponin extract for NCI-H460 cell lines were 28.47 mg/m L and 47.97 mg/mL,respectively and these values for BT474 cells were 53.18 mg/mL and 86.24 mg/mL,*** vivo experiments,administration of saponin,saponin–phospholipid complex and paclitaxel(positive control) effectively suppressed 7,12-dimethylbenz(a) anthracene-induced breast cancer evidenced by a decrease in tumor volume,the reduction of lipid peroxidation level and increase in the body weight,and elevated the enzymatic antioxidant activities of superoxide dismutase,catalase,glutathione peroxidase in rat breast ***:Our study suggests that saponin extract from Panax notoginseng and saponin–phospholipid complex have potential to prevent cancer,especially breast cancer.
