Enteroviruses(EVs)species A are a major public health issue in the Asia–Pacific region and cause frequent epidemics of hand,foot and mouth disease(HFmD)in *** infections are common in children;however,HFmD can also cause severe illness that affects the central nervous *** molecularly characterize EVs,a prospective HFmD virological surveillance program was performed in China between 2013 and *** swabs,rectal swabs and stool samples were collected from suspected HFmD patients at participating *** were detected using generic real-time and nested reverse transcription-polymerase chain reactions(RT-PCRs).Then,the complete VP1 regions of enterovirus A71(EV-A71),coxsackievirus A16(CVA16)and CVA6 were sequenced to analyze amino acid changes and construct a viral molecular *** the 2836 enrolled HFmD patients,2,517(89%)were EV *** most frequently detected EVs were CVA16(32.5%,819),CVA6(31.2%,785),and EV-A71(20.4%,514).The subgenogroups CVA16B1 b,CVA6D3 a and EV-A71C4 a were predominant in China and recombination was not observed in the VP1 *** analysis revealed amino acid variations at the 30,29 and 44 positions in the VP1 region of EV-A71,CVA16 and CVA6(compared to the respective prototype strains Br Cr,G10 and Gdula),***,in 21 of 24(87.5%)identified EV-A71 samples,a known amino acid substitution(D31 n)that may enhance neurovirulence was *** study provides insights about the genetic characteristics of common HFmD-associated ***,the emergence and virulence of the described mutations require further investigation.

To the Editor:Recent randomized controlled trials,as well as high-quality systematic reviews and meta-analyses,strongly support the use of corticosteroids in patients with coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)who require oxygen support.[1]The use of pulse cor-ticosteroid therapy has been reported in case series and studies,showing significant improvement in patients and a reduction in mortality rate.[2]In this letter,we report the mortality rate among patients with severe COVID-19 receiving pulse corticos-teroids with methylprednisolone(500 mg/day)for≥3 days and≥24 h before intubation(median duration of therapy:3 days)compared with standard of care.

Objective:To characterize viral co-infections among representative hospitalized measles cases during the 2014 Hanoi ***:Throat swabs were collected from 54 pediatric patients with confirmed measles,and molecular diagnostics performed for 10 additional viral respiratory pathogens(Influenza A/H1n1pdm09;A/H3n2 and influenza B;Parainfluenza 1,2,3;Respiratory Synctial Virus,RSV;human metapneumovirus,hm PV;Adenovirus and Picornavirus).Results:Twenty-one cases(38.9%) showed evidence of infection with other respiratory viruses:15 samples contained measles plus one additional virus,and 6 samples contained measles plus 2 additional *** was detected as a predominant cause of co-infections(13 cases;24.1%),followed by RSV(6 cases;11.1%),A/H1n1pdm09(3 cases;5.6%),PIV3(3 cases;3.7%),Rhinovirus(3 cases;3.7%) and hm PV(1 case;1.96%).Conclusions:Viral co-infections identified from pediatric measles cases may have contributed to increased disease severity and high rate of fatal *** treatment of measles cases may require control of multiple viral respiratory pathogens.

公益旅游是结合旅游活动和志愿活动的一种新旅游类型,通过公益旅游可以帮助那些贫穷和经济不发展的农村及山区地区。公益旅游活动能带来多方面的益处,对公益旅游游客而言,游客在进行旅游享受自然景色的过程中,还可以深入与当地居民交流、学习当地特色文化、品尝当地的特色饮食,更有意义的是为改善当地居民生活条件、教育等方面奉献自己的一份力量;对旅游目的地居民而言,公益旅游活动可以增长居民的知识、提高经济收入和改善生活水平;对政府当局和公益旅游目的地而言,公益旅游促进当地经济发展、吸引投资,有利于保护当地文化、保护环境、提高目的地旅游形象和知名度;对公益旅游组织者而言,通过组织或参与公益旅游活动,能体现组织的社会责任意识并且提高组织的社会地位。总体来说,公益旅游是一种新旅游类型,但它是可特续的旅游形式,带给各个对象大多利益。本文首先通过查阅、分析国内外公益旅游研究成果,提出了公益旅游的概念:公益旅游是结合慈善与旅游活动,在贫穷落后地区做一些他们需要的活动如教育、建筑、自然环保等等活动,将公益旅游与其他旅游类型(大众旅游、选择性旅游、扶贫旅游、志愿者旅游)进行概念剖析和对比。其次,对越南公益旅游的宏观产业环境并进行评估,探讨了公益旅游在越南和平省梅州县的发展优势与机遇,分析了越南和平省梅州县公益旅游发展的现状。再次,通过对梅州县5个村(B(?)n Lác1、B(?)n Lác 2、Pom Coong、nàPhòn、nàThia)进行问卷调查,以了解公益旅游目的地居民对公益旅游是的认知情况以及公益旅游游客的满意度,并运用SPSS软件对相关数据进行处理分析,根据调查结果来分析越南梅州公益旅游产品的情况以及公益旅游存在的问题,进而提出相关对策建议。通过研究,形成结论如下:(1)越南具有稳定的政治环境、经济不断发展,社会文化水平提高,拥有良好的自然环境和优越的地理位置,为越南的公益旅游发展提供了良好的宏观环境;越南拥有丰富的自然旅游资源和人文旅游资源,交通等基础设施以及酒店等旅游设施不断完善,旅游客源市场总量不断增长,为公益旅游发展打下了一定的基础。(2)目前越南公益旅游多集中于越南中北部和北部的山区,游客类型涉及各个阶层,开展公益旅游活动的规模较小,多以教育、捐赠为主。(3)越南梅州5个案例村居民对公益旅游的认可在“提供工作机会(m=4.58)”、“应受政府的支持(m=4.72)”、“希望来更多游客(m=5.00)”三个方面的认可度高,在“公益旅游改变了当地的传统文化与风俗习惯(m=2.43)”、“公益旅游引发了盗窃、赌博等社会问题(m=2.47)”两方面认可度低。公益旅游游客对目前越南公益旅游产品在“水电交通等基础设施(m=3.11)”、“商品及购物设施(m=3.13)”、“电话网络通讯条件(m=2.96)”三方面的满意度明显低于其他方面。(4)目前越南梅州公益旅游主要存在水电交通等基础设施亟待改善、电话网络等通讯设施不尽人意、商品及购物设施有待优化、住宿设施有待完善、环境卫生有待改观的问题,其主要原因在于政府当局对公益旅游的认识不足、公益旅游缺乏全局性规划引领、公益旅游投入有限、公益旅游专业人才不足几方面。(5)根据以上研究结果,笔者认为应当越南梅州强化政府当局以及居民对公益旅游的认识,制定合理的发展规划引导公益旅游的发展;政府应加大投入,改善公益旅游地的基础设施;引入社会资本,优化公益旅游旅游的服务设施;强化人才队伍建设,以促进越南公益旅游的对策健康发展。

The mmTV-PyVT Transgenic mouse as a multistage model for mammary Carcinoma and the Efficacy of Antineoplastic Treatment

Animal models are commonly used to analyze the mechanism of carcinogenesis as well as the development and screening of potent drugs. Although numerous animal models of breast cancer have been used in research, few display multiple stages of tumorigenesis. The transgenic strain FVB/n-Tg(mmTV-PyVT) 634 mul/J (also known as PyVT) was established to determine the effect of mammary gland-specific expression of the polyomavirus middle T antigen. Here the PyVT model with three distinct stages of tumor development (Pre, Early, and Late stages) was used as a model system for measuring tumor growth, tumor burden, and metastasis of mammary carcinomas. Additionally the expression profile of the molecular markers, survivin and Ki-67, was determined. Three antineoplastic compounds were tested over a 14-day period to determine their efficacy at attenuating tumor growth at each stage of development. Interestingly cisplatin and paclitaxel were determined to be ineffective anticancer drugs, while tamoxifen significantly reduced tumor growth in the Pre and Early stages of tumor formation.

目的：通过联合调查正颌患者心理特征以及正颌患者术前术后的心理状态的变化和术后患者的满意程度。为正颌手术治疗中的提供心理评估参照,减少医疗纠纷。方法：选取2014年6月-2016年3月年在广西医科大学附属口腔医院正颌中心就诊,并接受正颌手术的严重颌面部畸形患者30例。分析正常人群(C)、术前1-2周(T1)、及手术后3个月(T2)。30例正颌手术患者和100名正常人群进行填写症状自评量表(Symptoms Checklist -90,SCL-90),EPQ (Eysenck Personality Questionnaire)问卷,在手术后3个月填写术后满意度问卷测评。采用SPSS19.0统计软件分析比较其不同时期的心理变化,Pn=100)比较,在SCL-90问卷调查显示,性别、年龄、婚姻因素的比较均无统计学意义(P>0.05),具有可比性。正颌患者术前组F2(强迫症)、F5(焦虑症)、F6(敌对症)、F7(恐怖症)、F8(偏执性)、F9(精神病性)因素的分数比较差异有统计学意义(Pn(神经质)比较差异有统计学意义(Pn(神经质)因素分数显著降低。3、正颌患者术后3个月,术后满意度问卷结果显示满意(88.5%),不肯定(11.4%),不满意(6.66%)。满意组与不满意组在强迫性,恐怖性差异有统计学意义(Pn神经质,F1躯体化,F2强迫症,F3人际关系敏感、F4忧郁感、F6敌对性、F8偏执性、F9精神病性因素与满意度之间呈负相关性。4、正颌患者术后(术后3个月)与正常组(n=100)比较,在SCL-90问卷调查显示,F6(敌对性)、F7(恐怖性)分数比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05)而两组分数较接近。在EPQ问卷调查显示E(外-内向)、n(神经质)因素比较分数差异有统计学意义(Pn(神经质)因素明显降低,而E(外-内向)因素显著升高。结论：1、正颌手术前患者人格特征多为焦虑,忧郁,强迫症,人际关系敏感,具有精神质,提示手术前应对患者进行心理评估或干预。术后患者心理症状明显改善,提示正颌手术治疗既能改善患者的颌面面容,也能引起患者有益的心理改变。2、经过手术治疗后,颌面部畸形患者心理状态可以恢复至正常人群的心身健康水平。3. Scl-90,EPQ,术后满意度问卷调查的结合适用于颌面部畸形患者的心理学评估,合理的心理干预可以提高手术满意度。

To sustain plant growth,development,and crop yield,sucrose must be transported from leaves to distant parts of the plant,such as seeds and *** identify genes that regulate sucrose accumulation and transport in maize(Zea mays),we isolated carbo/iydrafe part/f/ofi/ngf defecf/Ve33(cpd33),a recessive mutant that accumulated excess starch and soluble sugars in mature *** cpd33 mutants also exhibited chlorosis in the leaf blades,greatly diminished plant growth,and reduced ***33 encodes a protein containing multiple C2 domains and transmembrane *** localization experiments showed the CPD33 protein localized to plasmodesmata(PD),the plasma membrane,and the endoplasmic *** also found that a loss-of-function mutant of the CPD33 homolog in Arabidopsis,QUIRKY,had a similar carbohydrate hyperaccumulation *** labeled sucrose transport assays showed that sucrose export was significantly lower in cpd33 mutant leaves relative to wild-type ***,PD transport in the adaxial-abaxial direction was unaffected in cpd33 mutant ***,transmission electron microscopy revealed fewer PD at the companion cell-sieve element interface in mutant phloem tissue,providing a possible explanation for the reduced sucrose export in mutant ***,our results suggest that CPD33 functions to promote symplastic transport into sieve elements.

In this study,water-dispersible graphitic carbon nitride(g-C_(3)n_(4))photocatalysts were successively prepared through the chemically oxidative etching of bulk g-C_(3)n_(4) that was polymerized thermally in different calcination atmospheres such as air,CO_(2),and n_(2).The different calcination atmospheres directly influenced the physicochemical and optical properties of both bulk and water-dispersible g-C_(3)n_(4),changing the photocatalytic degradation behavior of methylene blue(mB)and tetracycline hydrochloride(TCHCl)for water-dispersible g-C_(3)n_(4).The bubble-burst process in the thermal polymerization of thiourea produced defective edges containing C=O groups that preferred substituting the C-nHx groups over bulk g-C_(3)n_(4).In the oxygen-free n_(2) atmosphere among the different calcination atmospheres,more C=O functional groups were generated on the defective edges of bulk g-C_(3)n_(4),resulting in the highest n vacancy of the tri-s-triazine *** the successive chemical oxidation,S-or O-containing functional groups were introduced onto water-dispersible g-C_(3)n_(4).The water-dispersible g-C_(3)n_(4) photocatalyst from the oxygen-free n_(2) atmosphere(nTw)contained the most O-and S-functional groups on the g-C_(3)n_(4) ***,nTw exhibited the highest photocatalytic activity in the mB and TC-HCl photodegradation because of its slowest recombination process,which was ascribed to the unique surface properties of nTw such as abundant functional groups on the defective edges and n-deficient property.

【目的】探讨在高钙诱导细胞氧化应激下,高表达衰老标记蛋白30(SmP30)对人晶状体上皮细胞(HLEC)株SRA01/04增殖活力及抗氧化能力的影响。【方法】实验分3组:SmP30高表达组(OE,实验组)、nCOE组(阴性对照组)及SRA01/04组(空白对照组)。用OE及nCOE慢病毒载体分别转染SRA01/04细胞。15 mmol/LCaCl2处理细胞24 h建立高钙诱导模型。BrdU法检测细胞增殖、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、氧化型谷胱甘肽(GSSG)/总谷胱甘肽(T-GSH)法检测细胞氧化指标。【结果】荧光显微镜下可见各组转染细胞有大量绿色荧光蛋白(GFP)表达,转染效率接近80%,提示SmP30高表达SRA01/04细胞模型构建成功。在高钙状态下,OE组细胞相对增殖活力(3.89±0.20)和SOD活力(U/mg,47.5±4.3)均高于nCOE组(2.82±0.34、30.6±4.2)及SRA01/04组(2.96±0.25、26.8±1.5),OE组GSSG/T-GSH比值(2.36±0.51)低于nCOE组(16.36±2.48)及SRA01/04组(20.12±2.54),上述差异均有统计学意义(n=3,PnCOE组与SRA01/04组相比差异均无统计学意义(n=3,P>0.05)。【结论】高表达SmP30增加SRA01/04(HLEC)细胞增殖活力、SOD活力及下降GSSG/T-GSH水平,提示SmP30在一定程度上可缓解高钙诱导细胞氧化损伤的进程,可能对HLEC有保护作用。
