From 20 January to 20 July 2023, a study was carrie. out on the.Lobé Cre.k, a wate.way subje.t to conside.able.natural and man-made.pre.sure., with a ne.ative.impact on its biodive.sity and habitats. The.aim was to e.aluate.the.growth rate.of invasive.aquatic macrophyte. and the.r contribution to the.use.of organic fe.tilise.s: a case.of e.cchornia crassipe. (Mart.) Solms, 1883 in the.Lobé Cre.k (Littoral-Came.oon) with a vie. to its appropriate.use.in agronomy. The.spe.ific obje.tive.was to e.amine.the.impact of anthropoge.ic actions on Lobé Cre.k, characte.ise.physico-che.ical e.vironme.t of the.study are., and e.aluate.the.growth rate.of e. crassipe. and its che.ical composition with a vie. to producing an organic biofe.tilise.. The.re.ults show that e. crassipe. re.re.e.ts a conside.able.thre.t to the.populations of the.e.localitie.. As for the.physico-che.ical parame.e.s, the.te.pe.ature.value. vary from 24 ± 1.41˚C to 26.5 ± 1.13˚C;pH from 6.3 ± 0.1 to 7.2 ± 0.07;conductivity and dissolve. oxyge. vary re.pe.tive.y from 40.7 ± 1.83 µS/cm to 19.6 ± 3.11 µS/cm and from 7.3 ± 0.14 mg/l to 5.8 ± 1.55 mg/l. Its ave.age.growth rate.varie. from 0.69 fe.t/day to 0.63 fe.t/day. With re.ard to the.nitroge., phosphorus and potassium conte.t of wate. hyacinth plants, the.re.ults show that the.ave.age.total nitroge. conte.t range. from 6.11 ± 1.59 g/kg to 5.2 ± 2.03 g/kg;total phosphorus, from 0.52 ± 0.54 g/kg to 0.88 ± 0.38 g/kg;and potassium, from 1.43 ± 0.45 g/kg to 2.61 ± 0.89 g/kg.

Plane.strain forming limit strain （also known as FLD0） is an important data point on a forming limit diagram （FLD）. Apoptosis is ce.tral for the.control and e.imination of viral infe.tions. In chronic he.atitis C virus (HCV) infe.tion, e.hance. he.atocyte.apoptosis and upre.ulation of the.de.th inducing ligands CD95/Fas, TRAIL and TNFα occur. Ne.e.the.e.s, HCV infe.tion pe.sists in the.majority of patie.ts. The.impact of apoptosis in chronic HCV infe.tion is not we.l unde.stood. It may be.harmful by trigge.ing live. fibrosis, or e.se.tial in inte.fe.on (IFN) induce. HCV e.imination. For virtually all HCV prote.ns, pro- and anti-apoptotic e.fe.ts have.be.n de.cribe., e.pe.ially for the.core.and NS5A prote.n. To date. it is not known which HCV prote.n affe.ts apoptosis in vivo and whe.he. the.infe.tious virions act pro- or anti- apoptotic. The.majority of pre.nancy loss in ruminants occurs during the.first thre. we.ks afte. conce.tion, particularly during the.pe.iod of conce.tus e.ongation that occurs prior to pre.nancy re.ognition and implantation. This re.ie. inte.rate. e.tablishe. and ne. information on the.biological role.of ovarian proge.te.one.（P4）, prostaglandins （PGs）, inte.fe.on tau （IFNT） and cortisol in e.dome.rial function and conce.tus e.ongation. Proge.te.one.is se.re.e. by the.ovarian corpus lute.m （CL） and is the.une.uivocal hormone.of pre.nancy. Prostaglandins （PGs） and cortisol are.produce. by both the.e.ithe.ial ce.ls of the.e.dome.rium and the.trophe.tode.m of the.e.ongating conce.tus. In contrast, IFNT is produce. sole.y by the.conce.tus trophe.tode.m and is the.mate.nal re.ognition of pre.nancy signa that inhibits production of lute.lytic pulse. of PGF2α by the.e.dome.rium to maintain the.CL and thus production of P4. Available.re.ults in she.p support the.ide. that the.individual, inte.active. and coordinate. actions of P4, PGs, IFNT and cortisol re.ulate.conce.tus e.ongation and implantation by controlling e.pre.sion of ge.e. in the.e.dome.rium and/or trophe.tode.m.
