In order to solve the problem that current theory models cannot accurately describe thick-hard roof(ThR)elastic energy and assess the mine tremor disasters,a theoretical method,a Timoshenko beam theory on Winkler foundation was adopted to establish the ThR’s periodic breaking *** superposition principle was used for this complex model to derive the calculation formulas of the elastic energy and impact load on hydraulic ***,the influence of roof thickness h,cantilever length L_(1),and load q on ThR’s elastic energy and impact load was ***,the effect of mine tremor disasters was ***,it is revealed that:(1)The ThR’s elastic energy U exhibits power-law variations,with the fitted relationships U=0.0096L_(1)^(3.5866^),U=5943.9h^(-1.935),and U=21.049q^(2).(2)The impact load on hydraulic supports F_(ZJ) increases linearly with an increase in the cantilever length,thickness,and applied *** fitted relationships are F_(ZJ)=1067.3L_(1)+6361.1,F_(ZJ)=125.89h+15100,and F_(ZJ)=10420q+3912.6.(3)Ground hydraulic fracturing and liquid explosive deep-hole blasting techniques effectively reduce the ThR’s cantilever length at periodic breakages,thus eliminating mine tremor disasters.

The emergence of severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2(SARS-CoV-2)in 2019 prompted scientific,medical,and biotech communities to investigate infection-and vaccine-induced immune responses in the context of this pathogen.B-cell and antibody responses are at the center of these investigations,as neutralizing antibodies(nAbs)are an important correlate of protection(COP)from infection and the primary target of SARS-CoV-2 vaccine *** addition to absolute levels,nAb longevity,neutralization breadth,immunoglobulin isotype and subtype composition,and presence at mucosal sites have become important topics for scientists and health policy *** recent pandemic was and still is a unique setting in which to study de novo and memory B-cell(MBC)and antibody responses in the dynamic interplay of infection-and vaccine-induced *** also provided an opportunity to explore new vaccine platforms,such as mRNA or adenoviral vector vaccines,in unprecedented cohort *** with the technological advances of recent years,this situation has provided detailed mechanistic insights into the development of B-cell and antibody responses but also revealed some unexpected *** this review,we summarize the key findings of the last 2.5 years regarding infection-and vaccine-induced B-cell immunity,which we believe are of significant value not only in the context of SARS-CoV-2 but also for future vaccination approaches in endemic and pandemic settings.

以分离自传统发酵乳制品中的嗜热链球菌IMAU80809为研究对象,利用亚硝基胍对菌株进行诱变处理。通过对与半乳糖代谢相关酶活性的测定、基因序列比对分析,筛选得到1株可代谢半乳糖的突变株——嗜热链球菌IMAU80809Y。在此基础上,制备嗜热链球菌IMAU80809和突变株发酵乳,分析发酵乳中ph值、滴定酸度、黏度、持水力、活菌数以及关键代谢产物的变化情况。研究结果表明,与原始株相比,突变株发酵乳的凝乳时间缩短至7 h,β-半乳糖苷酶和半乳糖激酶的活性分别提升了76.16%和21.13%,而丙酮酸激酶和葡萄糖激酶的活性分别下降了46.89%和18.83%。此外,与原始株相比,突变株发酵乳中乳糖和半乳糖的含量分别降低了0.599 g/100 g和0.208 g/100 g,说明其代谢乳糖/半乳糖的能力高于原始株。本研究的顺利进行为低半乳糖发酵乳制品的生产提供了理论依据。

In this paper, we obtain a version of subordination lemma for hyperbolic disk relative to hyperbolic geometry on the unit disk D. This subordination lemma yields the distortion theorem for Bloch mappings f ∈ h（B^n） satisfying ｜｜f｜｜0 = 1 and det f＇（0） = α ∈ （0, 1], where｜｜f｜｜0 = sup{（1 - ｜z｜^2 ）n＋1/2n det（f＇（z））[1/n ： z ∈ B^n}. here we establish the distortion theorem from a unified perspective and generalize some known results. This distortion theorem enables us to obtain a lower bound for the radius of the largest univalent ball in the image of f centered at f（0）. When a = 1, the lower bound reduces to that of Bloch constant found by Liu. When n = 1, our distortion theorem coincides with that of Bonk, Minda and Yanagihara.

Detecting Android Malware Using Clone Detection

Android is currently one of the most popular smartphone operating systems. however, Android has the largest share of global mobile malware and significant public attention has been brought to the security issues of Android. In this paper, we investigate the use of a clone detector to identify known Android malware. We collect a set of Android applications known to contain malware and a set of benign applications. We extract the Java source code from the binary code of the applications and use NiCad, a near-miss clone detector, to find the classes of clones in a small subset of the malicious applications. We then use these clone classes as a signature to find similar source files in the rest of the malicious applications. The benign collection is used as a control group. In our evaluation, we successfully decompile more than 1 000 malicious apps in 19 malware families. Our results show that using a small portion of malicious applications as a training set can detect 95% of previously known malware with very low false positives and high accuracy at 96.88%. A new self-repairing membrane for inflatable light weight structures such as rubber boats or Tensairity constructions is presented. Inspired by rapid self-sealing processes in plants, a thin soft cellular polyurethane foam coating is applied on the inside of a fabric substrate, which closes the fissure if the membrane is punctured with a spike. Experimental tests are carried out with a purpose built setup by measuring the air mass flow through a leak in a damaged membrane sample. It is shown that the weight per unit area of the self-repairing foam as well as the curing of the two component PU-foam under an overpressure influence the repair efficiency. Curing the foam under overpressure affects the relative density as well as the microstructure of the foam coatings. Maximal median repair efficiencies of 0.999 have been obtained with 0.16 *** 2 foam cured at 1 bar overpressure. These results suggest that the bio-inspired technique has the potential to extend the functional integrity of injured inflatable structures dramatically.

Aim:Chronic persistent hepatitis B virus carriers are generally asymptomatic until the advanced stage of the ***"hepatitis B-Carrier Clinics"of Chang Gung Memorial hospital has been using alpha-fetoprotein(AFP)and liver ultrasound for early detection of hepatocellular carcinoma(hCC)in hepatitis B surface antigen(hBsAg)carriers since ***:We evaluated the results of surveillance between 1980 and 2012 by collecting clinic data,matched cancer registry status,and national mortality database ***:Of 15,235 hBsAg carriers,238 instances of hCC(1.5%or 156.2/100,000 person-years)were detected over a mean follow-up period of 10.0±7.6 *** were more men(89.1%)and patients with liver cirrhosis(70.2%)in the hCC group(Ph the initial and maximal alanine aminotransferase(ALT)levels were higher in this group(Phundred and thirty cases of hCC(54.6%)were identified during regular follow-up sessions,55(23.1%)were detected after the regular schedule had lapsed("out-of-schedule"),and 53(22.3%)were lost to follow-up *** mean tumor size was smaller in the regular group than in the out-of-schedule group(2.72 cm vs.4.59 cm,Phe survival rate was higher(43.8%vs.30.9%,Phe incidence of hCC was relatively low in the hBsAg-Carrier Clinics *** for early diagnosis of hCC improved the survival of high-risk hBsAg *** ensure cost-effectiveness,we suggest using different screening strategies according to the individual risk of hepatocarcinogenesis.

The electric field in the crystal planar channels is studied by the thomas-Fermi method. The thomas-Fermi equation and the corresponding boundary conditions are derived for the crystal planar channels. The numerical solution for the electric field in the channels between (110) planes of the single crystal silicon and the critical angles of channelling protons in them arc shown. Reasonable agreements with the experimental data are obtained. The results show that the thomas-Fermi method for the crystal works well in this study, and a microscopic research of the channel electric field with the contribution of all atoms and the atomic ionization being taken into account is practical.
