We complete the determination of the maximum sizes of (k,n)-arcs,n≤12,in the projective Hjelmslev planes over the two (proper) chain rings Z 9=Z/9Z and S 3=f 3 [X]/(X 2) of order 9 by resolving the hitherto open cases n=6 and n=*** of our proofs rely on decidedly geometric properties of the planes such as Desargues' theorem and the existence of certain subplanes.

The Soft X-ray Imager(SXI)is part of the scientific payload of the Solar wind Magnetosphere Ionosphere Link Explorer(SMILE)*** is a joint science mission between the European Space Agency(ESA)and the Chinese Academy of Sciences(CAS)and is due for launch in *** is a compact X-ray telescope with a wide field-of-view(fOV)capable of encompassing large portions of Earth’s magnetosphere from the vantage point of the SMILE *** is sensitive to the soft X-rays produced by the Solar Wind Charge eXchange(SWCX)process produced when heavy ions of solar wind origin interact with neutral particles in Earth’s *** provides a mechanism for boundary detection within the magnetosphere,such as the position of Earth’s magnetopause,because the solar wind heavy ions have a very low density in regions of closed magnetic field *** sensitivity of the SXI is such that it can potentially track movements of the magnetopause on timescales of a few minutes and the orbit of SMILE will enable such movements to be tracked for segments lasting many *** is led by the University of Leicester in the United Kingdom(UK)with collaborating organisations on hardware,software and science support within the UK,Europe,China and the United States.

在含有C12EO8(Octaethyleneglycol Monododecyl Ether)的H1溶致液晶相中Pt微电极上电沉积Rh介孔膜.该电极在中性、低浓度(CH2O2<10 mmol.L-1)条件下,对H2O2有较好的氧化还原响应及稳定性.由于电流磁滞效应,H2O2在Rh介孔膜微电极上的氧化与电位相关,且遵循与Rh(OH)3有关的CEE(Chemical reaction step by two sequential electrochemical steps)反应机制.H2O2浓度较大时,由于孔电极表面其结合点位趋于饱和或孔内溶液酸化的反应限制,电流呈现一平台.Rh介孔膜厚度小于200 nm的电极,H2O2浓度校正曲线符合膜孔反应一维扩散模型.

在2013年发布的美国国家体育标准中,"体育素养"这一术语代替了"体育教育"。遗憾的是,在本专业领域内关于"体育素养"这一术语的论述基本上是在它被采用之后才出现。尽管我们赞同此术语的精神与目标,但讨论潜在的得失也极其重要。本文阐述了"体育教育"和"体育素养"这两个术语的相似性。从定义的角度来看两者几乎没有区别,但两者能否互换?我们对这些标准提出批判性论述,总结出从"体育教育"到"体育素养"这一术语的变化导致从注重运动技能结果到注重认知结果的转变。这方面我们有颇多顾虑,最重要的是在体育教育中需要强调"身体"的部分。我们认为提升体育教育行业以及维持并增加对其支持的关键,是促进和提供身体的活动能力。没有体力活动和体质健康作为主要成果,体育教育就更有可能失去其作为美国K-12教育课程中的常规部分。

Many high dimensional data mining problems can be formulated as minimizing an empirical loss function with a penalty proportional to the number of variables required to describe a model. We propose a graduated non-convexification method to facilitate tracking of a global minimizer of this problem. We prove that under some conditions the proposed regularization problem using the continuous piecewise linear approximation is equivalent to the original 0 l regularization problem. In addition, a family of graduated nonconvex approximations are proposed to approximate its 1 l continuous approximation. Computational results are presented to illustrate the performance.

Anti-hepatitis B virus(HBV)therapy leads to the emer- gence of mutant viral strains during the treatment of chronic hepatitis B with nucleos(t)ides analogues. The existence of HBV variants with primary antiviral resistance may be important for treatment choice. We studied two patients with chronic HBV infection by sequencing the HBV polymerase *** had adefovir-and tenofovir-related mutations in the viral polymerase,although they had never been treated. These mutations were rtV214A/rtN238T in one patient and rtA194T in the ***,mutations in untreated patients deserve cautious *** data indicate that mutations that can theoretically confer adefovir or tenofovir resistance may emerge in treatmentnaive patients.

烧结过程可改进压制-烧结的铁基材料的物理-力学性能。烧结时因扩散产生颗粒结合与合金化;随着烧结时间增长,强化材料性能。烧结的作用通过显微组织特征(诸如颗粒边界与孔隙边缘)的变化可以看出。烧结的一些改进表现为颗粒边界消失,孔隙边缘变得较平滑和颗粒间尖角特征数量减少。一般将这些特征与特性的外观和它们发生的频率一起当做是烧结程度。用众所周知的体视技术(Stereological practies)与适当制备的金相试样,可以判定烧结程度。关于判定与区分烧结程度不同的材料,将讨论3种试验方法。另外,将用烧结时间不同的铁-铜-碳预混合粉材料的图像来说明这些显微组织的变化。

The impact of the composition of blends comprising low‐density polyethylene(LDPE),isotactic polypropylene(PP)and a styrenic copolymer additive on the thermomechanical properties as well as the direct‐current(DC)electrical and thermal conductivity is *** presence of 5 weight percent(wt%)of the styrenic copolymer strongly reduces the amount of PP that is needed to enhance the storage modulus above the melting temperature of LDPE from 40 to 24 wt%.At the same time,the copolymer improves the consistency of the thermomechanical properties of the resulting ternary *** both the DC electrical and thermal conductivity strongly decrease with PP content,the addition of the styrenic copolymer appears to have little influence on either ***,PP in combination with small amounts of a styrenic copolymer not only allows to reinforce LDPE at elevated temperatures but also functions as an electrical conductivity‐reducing additive,which makes such thermoplastic ternary formulations possible candidates for the insulation of high‐voltage power cables.

In order to study omithopter flight and to improve a dynamic model of flapping propulsion, a series 0f tests are conducted on a flapping-wing blimp. The blimp is designed and constructed from mylar plastic and balsa wood as a test platform for aerodynamics and flight dynamics. The blimp, 2.3 meters long and 420 gram mass, is propelled by its flapping wings. Due to buoyancy the wings have no lift requirement so that the distinction between lift and propulsion can be analyzed in a flight platform at low flight speeds. The blimp is tested using a Vicon motion tracking system and various initial conditions are tested including accelerating flight from standstill, decelerating from an initial speed higher than its steady state, and from its steady-state speed but disturbed in pitch angle. Test results are used to estimate parameters in a coupled quasi-steady aerodynamics/Newtonian flight dynamics model. This model is then analyzed using floquet theory to determine local dynamic modes and stability. It is concluded that the dynamic model adequately describes the vehicle＇s nonlinear behavior near the steady-state velocity and that the vehicle＇s linearized modes are akin to those of a fixed-wing aircraft.

Internet of things (IoT) has been significantly raised owing to thedevelopment of broadband access network, machine learning (ML), big dataanalytics (BDA), cloud computing (CC), and so on. The development of IoTtechnologies has resulted in a massive quantity of data due to the existenceof several people linking through distinct physical components, indicatingthe status of the CC environment. In the IoT, load scheduling is realistictechnique in distinct data center to guarantee the network suitability by fallingthe computer hardware and software catastrophe and with right utilize ofresource. The ideal load balancer improves many factors of Quality of Service(QoS) like resource performance, scalability, response time, error tolerance,and efficiency. The scholar is assumed as load scheduling a vital problem inIoT environment. There are many techniques accessible to load scheduling inIoT environments. With this motivation, this paper presents an improved deerhunting optimization algorithm with Type II fuzzy logic (IDHOA-T2f) modelfor load scheduling in IoT environment. The goal of the IDHOA-T2f is todiminish the energy utilization of integrated circuit of IoT node and enhancethe load scheduling in IoT environments. The IDHOA technique is derivedby integrating the concepts of Nelder Mead (NM) with the DHOA. Theproposed model also synthesized the T2L based on fuzzy logic (fL) systemsto counterbalance the load distribution. The proposed model finds usefulto improve the efficiency of IoT system. for validating the enhanced loadscheduling performance of the IDHOA-T2f technique, a series of simulationstake place to highlight the improved performance. The experimental outcomesdemonstrate the capable outcome of the IDHOA-T2f technique over therecent techniques.
