We investigate the bipolaron channel B＋＋＋ B-- → BX. The dynamical evolutions and transition probabilities of.this bipolaron luminescence channel are studied. It is f.und that this channel avoids the triplet and is able to enhance the ef.iciency. We suggest that choosing certain polymers and injection structures, in which B is easily f.rmed, can improve the luminescence ef.iciency. It is believed that these results will motivate f.rther experimental studies about the f.nction of.bipolarons in electroluminescence.

The interaction between auxin and cytokinin is important in many aspects of.plant *** measurements of.both auxin and cytokinin concentration and reporter gene expression clearly show the coexistence of.auxin and cytokinin concentration patterning in Arabidopsis root ***,in the context of.crosstalk among auxin,cytokinin,and ethylene,little is known about how auxin and cytokinin concentration patterns simultaneously emerge and how they regulate each other in the Arabidopsis *** work utilizes a wide range of.experimental observations to propose a mechanism f.r simultaneous patterning of.auxin and cytokinin *** addition to revealing the regulatory relationships between auxin and cytokinin,this mechanism shows that ethylene signaling is an important f.ctor in achieving simultaneous auxin and cytokinin patterning,while also predicting other experimental *** the mechanism with a realistic in silico root model reproduces experimental observations of.both auxin and cytokinin *** made by the mechanism can be compared with a variety of.experimental observations,including those obtained by our group and other independent experiments reported by other *** of.these predictions include patterning of.auxin biosynthesis rate,changes in PIN1 and PIN2 patterns in pin3,4,7 mutants,changes in cytokinin patterning in the pls mutant,PLS patterning,and various trends in dif.erent *** research reveals a plausible mechanism f.r simultaneous patterning of.auxin and cytokinin concentrations in Arabidopsis root development and suggests a key role f.r ethylene pattern integration.

Higher education plays an important role in all aspects of.*** climate change and sustainability into the curriculum is important to prepare f.ture health-care prof.ssionals f.r climate change and sustainability actions to build resilient health *** this study,we evaluated the preparedness,knowledge,and perception regarding climate change and its impact on human health among Indian nursing students.A quantitative descriptive survey was conducted among 644 undergraduate nursing students studying in three institutes in the southern,northern,and western parts of.*** used a structured online questionnaire with established validity and reliability to collect *** data were analyzed using Statistical Package f.r the Social Sciences version 26 *** results showed that more than half.of.the students reported experiencing excessive increase(362;56.2%)and decrease(374;58.1%)in temperature in recent *** more than three quarters of.the students(494;76.7%)accepted the general truth that climate change is mainly caused by human activities,only less than half.of.the students(309;48.0%)perceived the impact of.climate change to be *** quarters of.the students(483;75.0%)had a high level of.knowledge regarding climate *** students who had a high level of.knowledge about climate change exerted a high perceived impact of.climate change(χ^(2)=75.47;Pf.of.the students(50.9%)f.lt that they needed inf.rmation about climate change to be included in the nursing curriculum,and only one sixth of.the students(16.1%)were highly conf.dent about engaging in climate change-related conversation with *** of.the students who participated in the study had basic knowledge about climate change and its impact on human ***,there is an observed gap between knowledge and their preparedness and conf.dence to engage in climate change ***,we propose to strengthen the nursing curriculum by integra

Today, in the f.eld of.computer networks, new services have been developed on the Internet or intranets, including the mail server, database management, sounds, videos and the web server itself.Apache. The number of.solutions f.r this server is theref.re growing continuously, these services are becoming more and more complex and expensive, without being able to f.lf.ll the needs of.the users. The absence of.benchmarks f.r websites with dynamic content is the major obstacle to research in this area. These users place high demands on the speed of.access to inf.rmation on the Internet. This is why the perf.rmance of.the web server is critically important. Several f.ctors inf.uence perf.rmance, such as server execution speed, network saturation on the internet or intranet, increased response time, and throughputs. By measuring these f.ctors, we propose a perf.rmance evaluation strategy f.r servers that allows us to determine the actual perf.rmance of.dif.erent servers in terms of.user satisf.ction. f.rthermore, we identif.ed perf.rmance characteristics such as throughput, resource utilization, and response time of.a system through measurement and modeling by simulation. f.nally, we present a simple queue model of.an Apache web server, which reasonably represents the behavior of.a saturated web server using the Simulink model in Matlab (Matrix Laboratory) and also incorporates sporadic incoming traf.ic. We obtain server perf.rmance metrics such as average response time and throughput through simulations. Compared to other models, our model is conceptually straightf.rward. The model has been validated through measurements and simulations during the tests that we conducted.

Background Stroke aetiology remains cryptogenic in a relevant proportion of.patients with acute ischaemic stroke(AIS).We assessed whether enhanced diagnostic workup af.er AIS yields a higher rate of.prespecif.ed pathological f.ndings compared with routine diagnostic care *** Hospitalised patients with AIS were prospectively enrolled in the investigator-initiated observational HEart and BRain Interf.ces in Acute Ischaemic Stroke(HEBRAS)study at the Charité,Berlin,*** with AIS without known atrial f.brillation(Af.underwent cardiovascular MR imaging(CMR),MR-angiography of.the aortic arch and prolonged Holter-ECG monitoring on top of.routine diagnostic *** Among 356 patients with AIS(mean age 66 years,37.6%f.male),enhanced workup yielded a higher rate of.prespecif.ed pathological f.ndings compared with routine care(17.7%vs 5.3%;pf.wer patients were classif.ed as cryptogenic af.er enhanced diagnostic workup(38.5%vs 45.5%,pf.lly perf.rmed in 292(82.0%)patients and revealed more of.en a prespecif.ed pathological f.nding compared with routine echocardiography(16.1%vs 5.3%).f.rthermore,study-related ECG monitoring(median duration 162 hours(IQR 98–210))detected Af.in 16(4.5%)patients,while routine monitoring(median duration 51 hours(IQR 34–74))detected Af.in seven(2.0%)*** Enhanced diagnostic workup revealed a higher rate of.prespecif.ed pathological f.ndings in patients with AIS compared with routine diagnostic care and signif.cantly reduced the proportion of.patients with cryptogenic *** registration number NCT02142413.

Dear editor,Vaccines are the most ef.icient and ef.ective means to prevent inf.ctious diseases,but improving the long-term protective ef.icacy is still a major challenge in contemporary vaccine development.1 The waning immunity varies depending on the diversif.cation of.the pathogen and the number of.booster doses.1 Strategies to overcome this warrant is using adjuvants that amplif. the immune response,and drive the production of.memory B and T cells or long-lived plasma cells that recognize the pathogen f.r durable protection.2–4 Although existing adjuvants have achieved promising results,research on generating durable protective immunity is lacking in promoting vaccine development and staying ahead of.global pandemics such as coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19).The precisely designed nanoadjuvants can enhance lymph node targeting and increase antigenpresenting cell(APCs)uptake,achieving the co-delivery of.adjuvants and antigens and activating innate and adaptive immune responses.5 Previously,we reported a manganese nanoadjuvant(MnARK)and receptor-binding domain(RBD)monomer antigen f.rmulated nanovaccine.6 MnARK transported antigens to lymph nodes,activated the STING pathway,elicited strong neutralizing abilities and increased immune memory T cell percentage against the inf.ction of.severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2(SARS-CoV-2).6 Regarding the long-term protection potential of.MnARK f.r subunit vaccine development,we f.rther explored the durable immune regulation abilities of.MnARK to a SARS-CoV-2 RBD dimer antigen,which has been used in an approved COVID-19 subunit vaccine Zf.001 with aluminum adjuvant(alum).7,8 TEM result revealed that RBD dimer could interact with BSA on MnARK surf.ce and epitope can be well preserved(Supplementary f.g.1a).The size and zeta potential of.MnARK-RBD dimer nanovaccine was~58 nm and-14 mV,respectively(Supplementary f.g.1b,c).
