Catalyst-free InGaAs nanowires grown by selective area epitaxy are promising building blocks for future optoelectronic devices in the infrared spectral *** progress,the role of pattern geometry and growth parameters on the composition,microstructure,and optical properties of InGaAs nanowires is still ***,we present an optimised growth parameter window to achieve highly uniform In1-xGaxAs nanowire arrays on GaAs(111)B substrate over an extensive range of Ga concentrations,from 0.1 to 0.91,by selective-area metal-organic vapor-phase *** observe that the Ga content always increases with decreasing In/(Ga+In)precursor ratio and group V flow rate and increasing growth *** increase in Ga content is supported by a blue shift in the photoluminescence peak *** geometry of the nanowire arrays also plays an important role in the resulting ***,increasing the nanowire pitch size from 0.6 to 2μm in a patterned array shifts the photoluminescence peak emission by up to 120 *** of these growth and geometry parameters,the Ga content determines the crystal structure,resulting in a predominantly wurtzite structure for xGa≤0.3 and a predominantly zinc blende phase for xGa≥*** insights on the factors controlling the composition of InGaAs nanowires grown by a scalable catalyst-free approach provide directions for engineering nanowires as functional components of future optoelectronic devices.

中越贸易关系的实证研究

在区域经济一体化和世界经济格局的快速变化背景下,中越两国的贸易关系发展一直是亟待研究的课题。通过行业内贸易指数、显性比较优势指数、互补性指数分析了中越贸易近期发展状况。研究表明,中越贸易发展迅速,但同时也存在不少问题:贸易严重失衡,双方出口商品结构过于集中,产业内贸易比较松散等。最后,基于分析结果提出三点建议:一是进一步利用优势互补,扩大两国贸易。重视政府在促进双方经贸合作中的作用,加强相关部门的配合力度。二是中国应加大对越南投资规模,实施"走出去"战略,中国通过在越南投资实现产业转移对中越两国都有巨大利益,可以实现两国政府提出的"共利双赢"。三是抓住中国—东盟自由贸易区的机会,完善交通运输等基础设施,加强边境区域的合作。两国还需要进一步简化各自政府审批程序,改善行政环境,进一步降低非关税壁垒。

A New Species of Rhacophorus(Amphibia:Anura:Rhacophoridae)from Vietnam

We describe a new species of Rhacophorus based on two adult specimens collected from Hoa Binh Province, northern Vietnam. Rhacophorus hoabinhensis sp. nov. is distinguishable from its congeners on the basis of a combination of the following morphological characters： size small （SVL 31.1-32.5 mm in males）; head slightly longer than wide; vomerine teeth absent; snout short （SNL/SVL 0.16）; dorsal skin smooth; forearm and tarsus with dermal fringes; dermal appendage at vent present; webbing formula on fingers I12/3-12/3II1-2III1-1IV and on toes I3/4-1II1/2- IIII1/2-1IVI-1/2V; dorsal surface grey yellow with brown spots; lower jaw region dark grey, throat, chest and belly cream; anterior and posterior thighs, as well as ventral surface of tibia orange. The interspecific uncorrected genetic distances （16S rRNA gene） between the new species from Hoa Binh and other analyzed congeners varied from 9.8% to 17.4%. In the phylogenetic analyses, the new species revealed to be a representative of Rhacophorus and was nested within the R. hoanglienensis-orlovi species group.

Sphenomorphus incognitus is recorded for the first time outside of China. The new locality record is from the Tay Yen Tu Nature Reserve in Bac Giang Province, northeastern Vietnam at elevations between 200–450 m. Based on the newly collected specimens, we present an expanded description and provide data on the natural history of this species in northern Vietnam.

An improved CRNN for Vietnamese Identity Card Information Recognition

This paper proposes an enhancement of an automatic text recognition system for extracting information from the front side of the Vietnamese citizen identity(CID)***,we apply Mask-RCNN to segment and align the CID card from the ***,we present two approaches to detect the CID card’s text lines using traditional image processing techniques compared to the EAST ***,we introduce a new end-to-end Convolutional Recurrent Neural Network(CRNN)model based on a combination of Connectionist Temporal Classification(CTC)and attention mechanism for Vietnamese text recognition by jointly train the CTC and attention objective functions *** length of the CTC’s output label sequence is applied to the attention-based decoder prediction to make the final label *** process helps to decrease irregular alignments and speed up the label sequence estimation during training and inference,instead of only relying on a data-driven attention-based encoder-decoder to estimate the label sequence in long *** may directly learn the proposed model from a sequence of words without detailed *** evaluate the proposed system using a real collected Vietnamese CID card dataset and find that our method provides a 4.28%in WER and outperforms the common techniques.

A phylogeny of the Tylototriton asperrimus group (Caudata: Salamandridae) based on a mitochondrial study: suggestions for a taxonomic revision

A phylogenetic hypothesis for the Asian newts of the Tylototriton asperrimus group was generated using data from two mitochondrial fragments including COI and the ND1-ND2 regions. Four distinct clades （A, B, C, D） were resolved with high nodal support within this monophyletic group. Clade A included T. asperrimus, T. hainanensis, T. notialis, ＂T. vietnamensis＂, and two unnamed salamander populations from Vietnam. Clade A, constituted the sister group of clades B ＋ C. Newly identified clade C likely represents a new cryptic species. Clade C was the sister group of T. wenxianensis. The true 7： vietnamensis exclusively constituted clade D. Our results bring into question some previous taxonomic decisions, and a revision is required. This study illustrates the necessity to include samples from type localities in taxonomic studies, and highlights the importance of fine-grained geographical sampling.

The main objective of this study was to evaluate ability of growth and yield of introduced bitter gourd accessions in winter-spring 2016-2017 in Thua thien Hue province.A total of seven accessions were used in this *** these,six accessions were provided by the World Vegetable Center(AVRDC),namely,AVRDC 1329,AVRDC 1330,AVRDC 1331,AVRDC 1333,AVRDC 1334,AVRDC 1335 and one Vietnam local accession(control)from Dien Hai commune,Phong Dien district,Thua thien Hue *** results showed that experiment accessions can grow under Thua thien Hue *** 1329,AVRDC 1330,and AVRDC 1335 were considered as displaying good growth and development *** those,AVRDC 1330 was the most suitable to consumer as regards to appearance and bitter *** 1330,the control check and AVRDC 1331 had the high actual yield with 16.57,10.65 and 7.88 tons/ha,respectively,and these two introduced accessions can be used for breeding and cultivation under local condition.

Plants which contain unisexual flowers are subjected to genetic degradation and yield capacity reduction due to the easily *** gourd,one of species of the Cucurbitaceae which is predominantly cross-pollinating,is cultivated to widely use as vegetable in Vietnamese daily *** aim of this experiment was to evaluate the growth potential and fruit quality including fruit aroma of sponge gourd inbred *** line selection has been performed using self-pollinated method,so that sponge gourd lines would be recovered with high yielding and aroma and thereby recommended for further crop system in Thua thien Hue province,Central *** experiment was conducted in a randomized complete block design(RCBD)with three replications during the winter-spring season in *** data were observed and analyzed on seven inbred lines(1-MN1,1-MN2,5-MN1,7-MN1,13-MN2,15-MN1 and 15-MN2)derived from B29 accession(GBVN006904).The results indicated that inbred lines 13-MN2,1-MN2 and 15-MN1 attained more highly fruit weight and yield compared to the *** inbred lines consisting of 5-MN1,7-MN1,15-MN1 and 15-MN2 still retained the light aroma after *** inbred lines 1-MN2,7-MN1,13-MN2 and 15-MN1 are considered for appropriately using in breeding program of new luffa.

The main objective of this study was to select the best accessions for use as potential breeding sources in Thua thien Hue province.A total of 16 accessions were used in this study,of which three accessions from Ho Chi Minh city in Vietnam,four accessions supplied by Japan,six accessions collected from China,two accessions provided by the United States and one MèVàng local accession(control)from Thua thien *** field experiment was conducted from August 2016 to November 2016 and laid out in a random complete block design(RCBD)for three replications at Huong Long ward,Hue city,Thua thien Hue *** accession was observed 10 plants per *** size of each plot was 10 m2 and the spacing of 25 cm×10 cm was *** results showed that experiment accessions can grow under Thua thien Hue *** those,the actual yield of VV12,VDM21,VH12,VDM50,VH01 and VDM45 were higher than the other accessions with 1.65,1.64,1.55,1.54,1.52 and 1.45 tons/ha,*** content of these six accessions was above 50%.Therefore,VV12,VDM21,VH12,VDM50,VH01 and VDM45 can be used for breeding and cultivation under local condition.

The experiment was conducted in winter-spring 2015-2016 in Thua thien Hue to identify different foliar fertilizer for Petunia hybrida having good growth and development,beautiful colors and long lifetime under local *** experiment included four treatments with three kinds of forliar fertilizers—Dau Trau MK 30-10-5,gibberellin 25-10-10 and abscisic *** control treatment(T0)used sterilized water without foliar *** results showed that all the foliar fertilizers influenced well on growth and development of Petunia *** Trau MK 30-10-5 helped Petunia hybrida have high quality and high value/cost ratio than the others.
