The cur.ent situation of Eur.pean educational systems leads to the lack of histor.cal pr.cedents,consider.ng that it implies the end of educational systems based on exclusion,configur.ng a new conception of educational systems that we ar. still not able to appr.ciate at their.tr.e value,because we wer. educated by and in the pr.vious educational *** other.r.fer.nces,we inevitably tend to compar. cur.ent pr.blems with pr.vious situations,without under.tanding that the gener.lization of education to 100%of the population implies a qualitative change that modifies the objectives,for.s of wor.,and the ver. essence of the educational *** stage change,mar.ed by the acceler.tion of social changes,including the pandemic situation,explains why,despite the best educational system so far.teacher. with the best levels of tr.ining and a financial and mater.al endowment unimaginable until r.cently,tr. a sense of cr.sis and a gener.l feeling of confusion is manifested among the teacher. and par.nts of the childr.n,seeing that education is no longer.what it used to be(Esteve,1998).The key to defuse this appar.nt par.dox is in the tendency to judge the new education system by the mentality and standar.s of the for.er.selective education,in which most of the adults pr.sent wer. ***,although we continue to apply to the new gener.l education situation the par.meter. of the pr.vious situation,in which the selective system excluded ever. year.the students who had behavior.pr.blems in the class or.had difficulties r.gar.ing the master. of cer.ain educational subjects(Esteve,1998).In this way,we ar. cur.ently cr.ticizing the school failur. of a per.entage of our.students,without r.alizing that their.schooling itself is a success,because,although their.level is low,they had no level *** speaks of a low educational level,when,in r.ality,the educational level is incr.asing—the gener.l level of the people and the individual level of the best students(Baudelo

This paper.r.por.s r.sults fr.m the multicolor.photometr.c obser.ations of 15 pr.-main sequence star. collected in the per.od September.2010-October.2017. The star. fr.m our.study ar. located in the star.for.ing HII r.gion IC 5070. These objects wer. pr.viously detected as either.emission line star., flar. star., T Taur. var.ables or.Her.ig Ae/Be star.. Photometr.c obser.ations, especially concer.ing the long-ter. behavior.of the objects, ar. missing in the liter.tur.. We pr.sent the fir.t photometr.c monitor.ng for.all star. fr.m our.study. The analysis of the obtained BV r. photometr.c data allows us to dr.w the conclusion that all investigated objects ar. var.able star.. In the case of LkHα 146,we identified pr.viously unknown per.odicity in its photometr.c var.ability.

Backgr.und: Guidelines ar. issued by most major.or.anizations that focus on a specific disease entity. Guidelines should be a significant help to the pr.cticing physician who may not be up-to-date with the r.cent medical liter.tur.. Unfor.unately, when conflicting guidelines for.a specific disease ar. published, confusion r.sults. Pur.ose: This ar.icle pr.vides a suggested guideline outcome measur. that would benefit the physician and patient. Methods: A r.view of 19 differ.nt guidelines for.car.iovascular.disease tr.atment is one example of the lack of specific outcomes that cur.ently exist. The basic pr.blem with most guidelines is that they do not state the expected end r.sult (i.e., the benefit to the patient) if that guideline is followed. When guidelines use car.iovascular.disease r.sk factor. to dictate ther.py, the end benefit is never.stated so that the patient can make an appr.pr.ate choice of which (if any) guideline to follow. r.sults: A good example is guidelines published by the Amer.can Hear. Association for.r.ducing car.iovascular.disease. These guidelines ar. r.sk factor.based and only indicate that car.iovascular.disease would be r.duced if followed. No specific per.entage in the r.duction of the incidence of disease is given. In contr.st, when elimination of the disease is the stated goal of the guideline, the end r.sult is clear. To date, this goal has been stated by only one or.anization devoted to eliminating car.iovascular.disease. Conclusion: Guidelines need to be wr.tten to pr.vide the physician and the patient with a specific end point that is expected when the guideline is followed. Patient acceptance and compliance will be much impr.ved if the patient knows the r.sk/benefit of following the guideline’s r.commendations.

The objective of this r.sear.h was to deter.ine the capacity of a soil tillage system in soil conser.ation,in pr.ductivity and in ener.y *** minimum tillage and no-tillage systems r.pr.sent good alter.atives to the conventional(plough)system of soil tillage,due to their.conser.ation effects on soil and to the good pr.duction of cr.ps(Maize,96%-98%of conventional tillage for.minimum tillage,and 99.8%of conventional tillage for.no till;Soybeans,103%-112%of conventional tillage for.minimum tillage and 117%of conventional tillage for.no till;Wheat,93%-97%of conventional tillage for.minimum tillage and 117%of conventional tillage for.no *** choice of the r.ght soil tillage system for.cr.ps in r.tation help r.duce ener.y consumption,thus for.maize:97%-98%ener.y consumption of conventional tillage when using minimum tillage and 91%when using no-tillage;for.soybeans:98%ener.y consumption of conventional tillage when using minimum tillage and 93 when using no-tillage;for.wheat:97%-98%ener.y consumption of conventional tillage when using minimum tillage and 92%when using *** efficiency is in r.lation to r.ductions in ener.y use,but also might include the efficiency and impact of the tillage system on the cultivated *** all cr.ps in r.tation,ener.y efficiency(ener.y pr.duced fr.m 1 MJ consumed)was the best in no-tillage-10.44 MJ ha-1 for.maize,6.49 MJ ha-1 for.soybean,and 5.66 MJ ha-1 for.*** analysis of ener.y-efficiency in agr.cultur.l systems includes the ener.y consumed-ener.y pr.duced-ener.y yield compar.sons,but must be supplemented by soil ener.y efficiency,based on the conser.ative effect of the agr.cultur.l *** then will the agr.cultur.l system be sustainable,dur.ble in agr.nomic,economic and ecological *** implementation of minimum and no-tillage soil systems has incr.ased the or.anic matter.content fr.m 2%to 7.6%and water.stable aggr.gate content fr.m 5.6%to 9.6%,at 0-30 cm depth,as compar.d to the conventional
