With the rapid development and application of energy harvesting technology,it has become a prominent research area due to its significant benefits in terms of green environmental protection,convenience,and high safety and ***,the uneven energy collection and consumption among IoT devices at varying distances may lead to resource imbalance within energy harvesting networks,thereby resulting in low energy transmission *** enhance the energy transmission efficiency of IoT devices in energy harvesting,this paper focuses on the utilization of collaborative communication,along with pricing-based incentive mechanisms and auction *** propose a dynamic relay selection scheme,including a ladder pricing mechanism based on energy level and a Kuhn-Munkre Algorithm based on an auction theory employing a negotiation mechanism,to encourage more IoT devices to participate in the collaboration *** results demonstrate that the proposed algorithm outperforms traditional algorithms in terms of improving the energy efficiency of the system.

The development and utilization of low-grade polymetallic deposits with strategic mineral resources is one of the important measures to alleviate the current high dependence on strategic mineral resources in China. However, domestic mining enterprises and most mining consulting and design institutes usually use general industrial indicators to carry out reserve estimation and technical and economic feasibility studies on low-grade polymetallic deposits, which cannot truly reflect the economic value of such deposits. The article expounds on the definitions of net return value (NSR) and on-site total maintenance cost (AISC) of common ore smelters in the evaluation of overseas mineral resources. Taking a low-grade polymetallic copper-molybdenum mine in Guangdong Province as an example, comparing the research results showed the NSR-AISC method and the general industrial index method in low-grade polymetallic deposit. There are huge differences in the results of reserve estimation;through the further introduction of Taylor’s formula and the research results on the relationship between investment intensity and production scale, a more reasonable mine life and investment scale are recommended, and a more in-depth comparative study has been carried out in the dimension of technical and economic indicators. Based on the comparative study of the above two methods in reserve estimation and the evaluation results of technical and economic indicators, the author believes that the NSR-AISC method can better reflect the true value of low-grade polymetallic ore projects, and should be popularized and applied in resource evaluation and development practice. This article further describes the application status of the NSR-AISC method for reserve estimation and the evaluation of technical economic indicators, and suggests the main points that should be paid attention to in the use of the NSR-AISC method.

The Significance of Flotation Frothers Chemical Structure and Fundamental Properties: A Review

Froth flotation is a separation process widely used in the mineral processing industry that depends on differences in particle surface properties to separate valuable materials from undesired gangue. In froth flotation, an addition of a surfactant, acting as frother is usually needed. The basic function of the frother is to produce a swarm of air bubbles, which remain sufficiently stable for the hydrophobic mineral particles to be captured by them. This Paper presents a combination method of a foaming agent-surfactant composition with desirable selectivity and foaming properties. Wherein 1-butanol (C4H10O) is a main flotation foaming agent, which decides bubble sizes in a collecting area;and tetraethylene glycol (C8H18O5) is an auxiliary foaming agent, which affects a rising velocity of the bubbles in the collecting area and a foaming capability in a selected area. Set concentrations of the two components are respectively 60 ppm for the 1-butanol and 120 ppm for the tetraethylene glycol. An addition sequence is the 1-butanol followed by the tetraethylene glycol. The dual advantages of the selectivity and foaming properties of the foaming agent-surfactant composition in the present disclosure are verified through a series of tests, and desirable yields can be obtained in practice.

Background: Although some well-established oncogenes are involved in cancer initiation and progression such as prostate cancer (PCa), the long tail of cancer genes remains to be defined. Goosecoid (GSC) has been implicated in cancer development. However, the comprehensive biological role ofGSC in pan-cancer, specifically in PCa, remains unexplored. The aim of this study was to investigate the role ofGSC in PCa ***: We performed a systematic bioinformatics exploration ofGSC using datasets from The Cancer Genome Atlas, Genotype-Tissue Expression, Gene Expression Omnibus, German Cancer Research Center, and our in-house cohorts. First, we evaluated the expression ofGSC and its association with patient prognosis, and identifiedGSC-relevant genetic alterations in cancers. Further, we focused on the clinical characterization and prognostic analysis ofGSC in PCa. To understand the transcriptional regulation ofGSC by E2F transcription factor 1 (E2F1), we performed chromatin immunoprecipitation quantitative polymerase chain reaction (qPCR). Functional experiments were conducted to validate the effect ofGSC on the tumor cellular phenotype and sensitivity to ***: GSC expression was elevated in various tumors and significantly correlated with patient prognosis. The alterations ofGSC contribute to the progression of various tumors especially in PCa. Patients with PCa and highGSC expression exhibited worse progression-free survival and biochemical recurrence outcomes. Further,GSC upregulation in patients with PCa was mostly accompanied with higher Gleason score, advanced tumor stage, lymph node metastasis, and elevated prostate-specific antigen (PSA) levels. Mechanistically, the transcription factor,E2F1, stimulatesGSC by binding to its promoter region. Detailed experiments further demonstrated thatGSC acted as an oncogene and influenced the response of PCa cells to trametinib ***: GSC was highly overexpressed and strongly correlate

The paper introduces a Koopman operator-based method designed to expedite Model Predictive Control(MPC) for nonlinear systems, which are traditionally burdened by the need to solve complicated optimization problems. By leveraging the Koopman operator theory, the research transforms nonlinear dynamics into a linear framework in a higher-dimensional space, even considering system inputs. A deep learning architecture is then proposed to infer the necessary Koopman embeddings and operator, incorporating residual connections to refine the model's accuracy. The derived linear model underpins the development of an MPC controller, which is empirically tested on an anaerobic digestion reactor. Results confirm that the method markedly enhances computational efficiency in nonlinear MPC applications, demonstrating potential for broader implementation in complex control systems.

Sidechain engineering as an efficient and convenient strategy has been widely used to optimize molecular structure of photovoltaic materials for boosting power conversion efficiency(PCE) of organic solar cells(OSCs). Herein, a new Y-series acceptor named Y-ThSi with trialkylsilyl-substituted thiophene as conjugated sidechain is developed. Compared with its parental Y6 with multiple intermolecular interactions, Y-ThSi has a unitary molecular packing due to the additional steric hindrance from twodimensional(2D)-conjugated trialkylsilyl-thiophene. Therefore, Y-ThSi shows an obviously blue-shifted absorption with an onset of ～850 nm but significantly up-shifted lowest unoccupied molecular orbital energy level. For the PM6:Y-ThSi pair, the spin-coating OSCs achieve a decent PCE of 14.56% with an impressively high photovoltage(VOC) of 0.936 V. Inspired by its high VOCand narrow absorption, Y-ThSi is introduced into near-infrared absorbing binary PM6:BTP-eC9 host to construct ternary OSCs. Thanks to the complementary absorption, optimized morphology, and minimized energy loss properties, the PM6:BTP-eC9:Y-ThSi-based OSCs offer a higher PCE of 18.34%. Moreover, our developed strategy can overcome the commonly existed PCE drop when the blade-coating towards large-scale printing is used instead. Therefore, a comparable PCE of 18.34% is achieved, which is one of the best values for the blade-coating OSCs so far.

针对一种复杂车用齿轮轴加工困难、产量低、费材、使用性能差等问题,采用冷镦加工工艺进行生产。首先,根据齿轮轴的结构特点初步确定了成形方法、成形工位数及各工位的零件外形;其次,利用Deform-3D软件对拟定工艺的各个工位进行了有限元建模和成形过程仿真。同时,为起到有效的预测和检验作用,通过压缩试验研究了生产材料的室温变形行为,并在Deform-3D中创建了相应的流动应力模型。模拟结果表明:各工位的零件成形结果符合设计要求,外形完整,无缺肉现象,同时成形时金属变形合理,流线情况较好,材料损伤也处于安全范围内,无折叠、开裂等问题。最后,根据制定的工艺完成了齿轮轴的7工位冷镦试验,获得的所有产品的质量均较好,与模拟结果高度吻合,说明新工艺可行、可靠,有效解决了复杂车用齿轮轴的实际生产难题。

通过对不同Ce含量的75Cr1钢中夹杂物的特征分析,以及对显微组织演变的原位观察和电化学极化实验,研究了Ce处理对75Cr1钢的洁净度、组织与耐蚀性能的影响。结果表明:Ce能有效去除钢中的O、S等杂质元素,随着Ce含量的增加,75Cr1钢中典型夹杂物从初始的Ca-Mg-Al-O+MnS+CaS+TiN转变为Ce_(2)O_(2)S和Ce_(2)O_(2)S-CeAlO_(3)夹杂,而后转变为稀土硫化物夹杂;O、S含量降低到一定程度后,Ce与P和As等残余元素结合形成稀土磷化物和稀土砷化物夹杂;夹杂物的尺寸、数量呈现先减小后增加的趋势,形状从不规则形状转变为球状,当Ce过量时又转变为不规则形状。适量的Ce处理可以明显细化奥氏体晶粒并抑制其长大,还可以提高钢的耐蚀性能。添加质量分数为0.0195%Ce时,75Cr1钢的洁净度、组织细化和耐点蚀性能最佳。

小胶质细胞是中枢神经系统的天然免疫细胞,是神经炎症的主要介质。中枢神经系统疾病发生后,过度且持续的小胶质细胞炎症反应可增加血脑屏障的通透性,加快脑水肿的发生,诱导神经细胞凋亡。外泌体是一种直径为40~160nm的细胞外囊泡,无免疫源性,可以通过血脑屏障。目前,许多研究发现外泌体通过调节小胶质细胞的活动和功能,在治疗各种神经系统疾病中显示出显著的抗炎作用,给中枢神经系统疾病的治疗提供了新的方法。因此,本文针对外泌体在中枢神经系统疾病中调节小胶质细胞相关炎症方面的研究进展进行综述,以期为后续的神经炎症治疗提供新的依据。
