With the increasing emergence of bacterial infections,especially multidrug-resistant(MDR)bacteria,poses an urgent *** study demonstrated a novel multifunctional nanotheranostics platform developed by the strategic integration of both in-situ bio-assembly imaging and target bacteria *** the introduction of copper ions into bacteria,the Cu^(2+)could spontaneously bio-selfassembled into a multifunctional copper nanoclusters(NCs)which efficiently enhanced epigallocatechin gallate(EGCG)uptake into *** visualizing the bacteria,the developed theranostic nanoplatform exhibited highly efficient disinfection activities with negligible side effects as reflected by higher cell viability and insignificant hemolytic ***,the exosomal formulation of EGCG integrated with Cu^(2+)showed an increased intracellular antibacterial activity,which could eliminate most of the methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus(MRSA)phagocytosed by macrophages,guide macrophages toward M2-like phenotype polarization and alleviate inflammation,without exhibiting obvious cytotoxicity on host *** regimen could be viewed as an effective strategy for the sterilization of intractable bacterial infections.

Optical remote sensing has been widely used to study internal solitary waves(ISWs).Wind speed has an important effect on ISW imaging of optical remote *** light and dark bands of ISWs cannot be observed by optical remote sensing when the wind is too *** relationship between the characteristics of ISWs bands in optical remote sensing images and the wind speed is still *** influence of wind speeds on the characteristics of the ISWs bands is investigated based on the physical simulation experiments with the wind speeds of 1.6,3.1,3.5,3.8,and 3.9 m/*** experimental results show that when the wind speed is 3.9 m/s,the ISWs bands cannot be observed in optical remote sensing images with the stratification of h_(1)∶h_(2)=7∶58,ρ_(1)∶ρ_(2)=1∶*** the wind speeds are 3.1,3.5,and 3.8 m/s,which is lower than 3.9 m/s,the ISWs bands can be obtained in the simulated optical remote sensing *** location of the band’s dark and light extremum and the band’s peak-to-peak spacing are almost not affected by wind ***-significant wind speeds can cause a greater gray difference of the light-dark *** provided a scientific basis for further understanding of ISW optical remote sensing imaging.

Internal solitary waves(ISWs)change the roughness of the sea surface,thus producing dark and bright bands in optical ***,reasons for changes in imaging characteristics with the solar zenith angle remain *** this paper,the optical imaging pattern of ISWs in sunglint under different zenith angles of the light source is investigated by collecting optical images of ISWs through physical *** experiment involves setting 10 zenith angles of the light source,which are divided into area a the optical images of ISWs in the three areas show dark-bright mode,single bright band,and bright-dark mode,which are consistent with those observed by optical remote *** addition,this study analyzed the percentage of the dark and bright areas of the bands and the change in the relative gray difference and found changes in both areas under different zenith angles of the light *** MODIS and ASAR images display a similar brightness-darkness distance of the same ***,the relationship between the brightness-darkness distance and the characteristic half-width of ISWs is determined in accordance with the eKdV theory and the imaging mechanism of ISWs of the SAR ***,the relationship between them in the experiment is almost consistent with the theoretical result.

融合姿态引导和多尺度特征的遮挡行人重识别

目的在行人重识别任务中,行人外观特征会因为遮挡发生变化,从而降低行人特征的辨别性,仅基于可视部分的传统方法仍会识别错误。针对此问题,提出了一种融合姿态引导和多尺度特征的遮挡行人重识别方法。方法首先,构建了一种特征修复模块,根据遮挡部位邻近信息恢复特征空间中被遮挡区域的语义信息,实现缺失部位特征的修补。然后,为了从修复的图像中提取有效的姿态信息,设计了一种姿态引导模块,通过姿态估计引导特征提取,实现更加精准的行人匹配。最后,搭建了特征增强模块,并融合显著性区域检测方法增强有效的身体部位特征,同时消除背景信息造成的干扰。结果在3个公开的数据集上进行了对比实验和消融实验,在Market1501、DukeMTMC-reID(Duke multi-tracking multi-camera re-identification)和Occluded-DukeMTMC(occluded Duke multi-tracking multi-camera re-identification)数据集上的平均精度均值(mean average precision,mAP)和首次命中率(rank-1 accuracy,Rank-1)分别为88.8%和95.5%、79.2%和89.3%、51.7%和60.3%。对比实验结果表明提出的融合算法提高了行人匹配的准确率,具有较好的竞争优势。结论本文所提的姿态引导和多尺度融合方法,修复了因遮挡而缺失的部位特征,结合姿态信息融合了不同粒度的图像特征,提高了模型的识别准确率,能有效缓解遮挡导致的误识别现象,验证了方法的有效性。

This article studies the quantized partial-state feedback stabilization of a class of nonlinear cascaded systems with dynamic uncertainties. Under the assumption that the dynamic uncertainties are input-to-state practically stable, a novel recursive design method is developed for quantized stabilization by taking into account the influence of quantization and using the small-gain theorem. When the dynamic uncertainty is input-to-state stable, asymptotic stabilization can be achieved with the proposed quantized control law.

By considering the traffic assignment problem as a control problem, this paper develops a new realtime route guidance strategy for accurate convergence of the traffic flows to user equilibrium(UE) or system optimum(SO), in the presence of drivers’ response uncertainties. With the new guidance strategy, the drivers make routing decisions based on the route guidance information from junction to junction. Specifically, instead of total travel cost of every route from origin to destination, the travel cost of every alternative link plus the average cost to destination from the next junction corresponding to the alternative link is sent to the drivers at each specific junction. The drivers’ response to the route guidance information is directly modeled by the splitting rates at the junctions, which are simply negatively correlated with the comparison of related cost information and are able to take into account the drivers’ response uncertainties. With the proposed route guidance strategy, in the case of fixed travel demands, the accurate convergence of the traffic flows to a UE is guaranteed in the presence of drivers’ response uncertainties by using La Salle’s invariance principle. When marginal travel cost information, instead of travel cost information, is sent to the drivers, a system optimum can be achieved under a mild condition on the marginal cost function.

This paper presents a cyclic-small-gain approach to distributed control of nonlinear multi-agent systems for output agreement. Through a novel nonlinear control law design, the output agreement problem is transformed into a stabilization problem, and the closed-loop multi-agent system is transformed into a large-scale system composed of input-to-state stability(ISS) subsystems which are interconnected with each other through redefined outputs. By forcing the redefined outputs to go to arbitrarily small neighborhoods of the origin, practical consensus is achieved for the agents in the sense that their outputs ultimately converge to each other within an arbitrarily small region. A recently developed cyclic-small-gain result is adopted to assign appropriately the ISS gains to the transformed interconnected system. Moreover, if the system is disturbancefree, then consensus can be guaranteed. Interestingly, the closedloop multi-agent system is also robust to bounded time-delays and disturbances in information exchange.
