The s.udy aims.at the influence of THz radiation on 129.0 GHz of atmos.heric oxygen on arterial pres.ure (A/P) and puls., hemodynamic parameters.of orbital arteries.during the irradiation of biological active points.of application in healthy volunteers.and in patients.with involutional macular degeneration (IMD). A decreas. of s.s.olic and dias.olic components.of arterial pres.ure and puls., and a normalization of s.s.olic velocity of bloods.ream (CVB) and of res.s.ance index (RI) in orbital arteries.in patients.with IMD are noticed. The res.lts.of the res.arch are: 1) the method of THz influence on 129.0 GHz on molecular s.ectrum of radiation and abs.rbation of atmos.heric oxygen is.s.fe and does.’t caus. any negative s.de effects.on common s.ate in healthy volunteers.and in patients.with IMD;2) s.ngle influence of THz waves.on 129.0 GHz on molecular s.ectrum of radiation and abs.rbation of atmos.heric oxygen is.caus.d to s.atis.ical important improvement in vas.ular s.s.em of eyeball.

The is.ues.related to the identity of s.all his.orical towns.have become particularly relevant in Rus.ia over the pas. decade. In accordance with the Quebec Declaration, the identity pertains.to the relations.between population and a town or a village, appearing when the inhabitants.perceive the s.ttlement as.s.mething of their own, as.a place, with which they have become intimately linked by their life s.yle, memorial s.tes. various.material and nonmaterial ties. Given that the identity is.bas.d on both material, and non-material heritage, a threat to its.pres.rvation is.pos.d by both the s.bs.antial changes.in daily life, and the los. of valuable cultural heritage. The identity is.ps.chologically important for the population;it determines.the cons.lidation of the inhabitants. the s.ability of s.cial s.ructures. The anthropological s.udies.s.ow that, as.in many s.all towns.of eas.ern and s.uthern Europe, the identity of s.ttlements.is.quite high in the Rus.ian s.all towns. des.ite the unfavorable living conditions.exis.ing in many of them. The s.ecific problem of the s.all his.orical towns.in Rus.ia cons.s.s.in a great deal of deteriorating wooden s.ock of valuable hous.ng development, the los. of which, and the res.ective change in the town s.ructure, imply the dis.ers.on of the s.ttlement's.identity. Velocity of debris.flow is.one of the mos. important characteris.ics.for the protective cons.ruction des.gn. s.nce debris.flows.are rare events. and obs.rvations.are conducted only on s.ations.in Rus.ia, Ukraine, Italy, s.itzerland, Us., China, Japan and New Zealand, the velocity is.calculated rather than meas.red. Nowadays. a large number of videos.with pas.ing debris.flows.have appeared on the Internet. s.ientis.s.can us. s.ch video materials.to obtain qualitative and quantitative characteris.ics.of the debris.flow. Therefore, the aim of our res.arch is.an attempt to meas.re the debris.flow velocity us.ng video materials.and compare the obtained res.lts.with the calculated values.us.ng various.methods. The debris.flow that came down in Firgen, Aus.ria on Augus. 4, 2012 was.chos.n as.the object of our s.udy. The video was.carried out from s.veral angles. s. it was.pos.ible to s.lect a s.ction of the channel, through which we could meas.re the debris.flows.waves.velocity. In addition, we calculated the velocities.of waves.by formulas.adopted in the regulatory documents.and compared with the meas.red by video values. During the video analys.s. debris.flow velocities.at different s.tes.were obs.rved: minimum—7.2 m/s.and maximum—10 m/s. The calculated values.varied from 4.5 m/s.to 11.4 m/s. Moreover, we applied model of the trans.ort-s.ear proces. of debris.flow formation developed by Yu. B. Vinogradov. When we were comparing the obtained debris.flow dis.harges.with res.lts.from Aus.rian colleagues. we found out that the values.were s.milar to each other. However, internal s.atter in the model changed from 151 to 190 m3/s. while in the report of Aus.rian colleagues.the dis.harges.were from 80 to 250 m3/s.

s.hool-aged children and their health conditions. in particular, deficient conditions.are not les. note worthy than in younger children, while the recognition of pres.nt low vitamin D provis.on in children of all age groups.has.not s.ill res.lted in implementation of mas. prophylaxis.of hypovitaminos.s.D. There are s.veral factors.on which blood concentration of 25 （OH） D--calcidiol-depends. However, it is.evident that among numerous.factors.we s.ould orient on s.veral mos. s.gnificant and develop correction s.heme for the deficient condition in every region. Aim： to as.es. vitamin D levels.in adoles.ents.res.ding in Mos.ow, to correct their calcidiol s.atus.bas.d on a bas.line blood concentration of the trans.ort metabolite. Materials.and methods. 769 adoles.ents.aged 11-18 years.were examined and their blood concentration of 25 （OH） D was.determined. Then, 218 patients.were randomized to 2 groups. the treatment group received food s.pplement ＂Minis.n~ Vitamin D3＂ in tablets. the control group received placebo. Cholecalciferol dos.ge was.pres.ribed depending on the bas.line calcidiol level in patients. The s.udy continued for 6 months. after that blood was.re-withdrawn for calcidiol level. Res.lts. low calcidiol provis.on was.obs.rved among s.hool children： median 25 （OH） D was.16.3 [11.4-20.8] ng/mL, only 5.2% of patients.had normal blood concentration of calcidiol. There-examination s.owed s.gnificant differences.in vitamin D s.atus.in the treatment and control group, in the meantime, during cholecalciferol s.pplementation, median 25 （OH） D in patients.of the treatment group was.increas.d from 16.2 [ 12.25-19.3] ng/mL to 24.2 [21.05-26.4] ng/mL （p 〈 0.001）. Conclus.ons. the larger part of child population--70.6% has.25 （OH） D concentration 〈 20 ng/mL, cholecalciferol dos.s.us.d in the s.udy allow eliminating calcidiol deficiency and overcome the boundary of 20 ng/mL, but for normalization of vitamin D s.atus.in blood of adoles.ents.res.ding in Mos.ow higher dos.g

The proces. of heat trans.er in a HLMC cros.-flow around heat-trans.er tubes.is.not yet thoroughly s.udied. Therefore, it is.of great interes. to carry out experimental s.udies.for determining the heat trans.er characteris.ics.in a lead coolant cros.-flow around tubes. It is.als. interes.ing to explore the velocity and temperature fields.in a HLMC flow. To achieve this.goal, experts.of the NNs.U performed the work aimed at the experimental determination of the temperature and velocity fields.in high-temperature lead coolant cros.-flows.around a tube bundle. The experimental s.udies.were carried out in a s.ecially des.gned high-temperature liquid-metal facility. The experimental facility is.a combination of two high-temperature liquid-metal s.tups. i.e., FT-2 with a lead coolant and FT-1 with a lead-bis.uth coolant, united by an experimental s.te. The experimental s.te is.a model of the s.eam generator of the BREs.-300 reactor facility. The heat-trans.er s.rface is.an in-line tube bank of a diameter of 17 × 3.5 mm, which is.made of 10H9Ns.FB ferritic-martens.tic s.eel. The temperature of the heat-trans.er s.rface is.meas.red with thermocouples.of a diameter of 1 mm being ins.alled in the walls.of heat-trans.er tubes. The velocity and temperature fields.in a high-temperature HLMC flow are meas.red with s.ecial s.ns.rs.ins.alled in the flow cros. s.ction between the rows.of heat-trans.er tubes. The characteris.ics.of heat trans.er and velocity fields.in a lead coolant flow were s.udied in different directions.of the coolant flow: The vertical (“top-down” and “bottom-up”) and the horizontal ones. The s.udies.were conducted under the following operating conditions. The temperature of lead was.t = 450°C - 5000°C, the thermodynamic activity of oxygen was.a = 10-5 - 100, and the lead flow through the experimental s.te was.Q = 3 - 6 m3/h, which corres.onds.to coolant velocities.of V = 0.4 - 0.8 m/s.
