In this work, the evaluation of natural radioactivity and spontaneous fission rates was perform.d for 8 nuclides from.the natural radioactive 238U, 235U and 232Th decay chains. For this purpose, three sam.les of structural m.terials of the neutrino detector, i.e. alum.num. titanium.and glass were analyzed by gam.a spectroscopy and by neutron activation analysis to quantify a specific radioactivity of the sam.les. According to the results of this investigation, glass and alum.num.sam.les have m.xim.m.values of the m.an uranium.concentrations 7.3(7) × 10-4% and 3.1(6) × 10-5%, respectively, while the lowest value for m.an concentration of the uranium.was found in titanium.sam.les to be 4.7(3) × 10-6%. Alum.num.sam.le had m.xim.m.values of the m.an thorium.concentrations, 2.5(8) × 10-3%, while the lowest value for m.an concentration of the thorium.was found in titanium.sam.les to be 6.2(3) × 10-7%.

Neutron activation analysis technique of the Gd2O2S:М scintillation ceram.cs was developed. The concentrations of 15 trace, m.nor and m.jor elem.nts (As, Ce, Co, Cr, Cs, Eu, Fe, La, Sc, Tb, Zn, Zr, Pr, Gd, Na) have been m.asured with the instrum.ntal neutron activation analysis of the Gd2O2S:Pr sam.le. The concentrations range of the determ.ned elem.nts is from.3 × 10-8 to 2.0% in m.ss. The determ.nation lim.t of the elem.nts was calculated to be (0.6 - 1.3 × 10-8% in m.ss).

We exam.ned a cohort of 93 cystic fibrosis(CF)m.le patients who were pancreatic-sufficient(PS-CF;n=40)or pancreatic-insufficient(PI-CF;n=53).Com.lex sem.n exam.nation was perform.d,including standard sem.n analysis,quantitative karyological analysis(QKA)of im.ature germ.cells(IGCs),transm.ssion electronic m.croscopy(TEm.,biochem.cal analysis,and sperm.DNA fragm.ntation by term.nal deoxynucleotidyl transferase-m.diated dUTP nickend labeling(TUNEL)*** was diagnosed in 83(89.2%)*** other 10(10.8%)patients were found to be nonazoosperm.c and showed various sperm.tological diagnoses(asthenozoosperm.a,n=2;asthenoteratozoosperm.a,n=3;oligoasthenozoosperm.a,n=1;oligoasthenoteratozoosperm.a,n=3;and norm.zoosperm.a,n=1)with no specific m.rphological *** was detected in 89.2%azoosperm.c and 30.0%nonazoosperm.c *** sem.nal pH(m.c *** leukocytosperm.a(2.0×10^(6)-2.2×10^(6)m.^(-1))was revealed in 2.4%azoosperm.c and 40.0%nonazoosperm.c sem.n *** signs of partial m.iotic arrest at prophase I were found in 4 of 6 nonazoosperm.c patients exam.ned by QKA of *** content of fructose and citrate was low in oligosperm.c and norm.l in nonoligosperm.c sem.n *** increased percentage(>30%)of sperm.tozoa with noncondensed(“im.ature”)chrom.tin was revealed in 2 of 6 nonazoosperm.c sem.n sam.les analyzed by TEm.

Both num.rical and experim.ntal studies of the stability and electronic properties of barium.sodium.m.taborate Ba_(2)Na_(3)(B_(3)O_(6))_(2)F(P63/m. at pressures up to 10 GPa have been carried out. Electronic-structure calculations with HSE06 hybrid functional showed that Ba_(2)Na_(3)(B_(3)O_(6))_(2)F has an indirect band gap of 6.289 eV. A num.rical study revealed the decom.osition of Ba_(2)Na_(3)(B_(3)O_(6))_(2)F into the BaB_(2)O_(4),Na BO_(2), and NaF phases above 3.4 GPa at 300 K. Subsequent high-pressure high-tem.erature experim.nts perform.d using ‘Discoverer-1500’DIA-type apparatus at pressures of 3 and 6 GPa and tem.erature of 1173 K confirm.d the stability of Ba_(2)Na_(3)(B_(3)O_(6))_(2)F at 3 GPa and its decom.osition into BaB_(2)O_(4), NaBO_(2), and NaF at 6 GPa, which was verified by energy-dispersive X-ray analysis and Ram.n spectroscopy. The observed Ram.n bands of the Ba_(2)Na_(3)(B_(3)O_(6))_(2)F phase were assigned by com.aring the experim.ntal and calculated spectra. The experim.ntal Ram.n spectra of decom.osition reaction products obtained at 6 GPa suggest the origin of a new high-pressure m.dification of barium.m.taborate BaB_(2)O_(4).

Abstract： This paper presented the results from.the study of irrigation erosion of irrigated lands in southern Ka- zakhstan. The m.in purpose of the work is the conservation of the fertility of irrigated soils, and then the soils of the upper, m.ddle and lower sections of the slopes at the experim.ntal site were studied. Based on field investigations, authors studied the water resistance of aggregates of gray-brown soils and light gray soils before and after irrigation and qualitative indicators of changes in physical and chem.cal properties of structured soils in irrigation were de- term.ned by conventional m.thods of soil research. The results indicated that the changes in the physical properties of soils by using polym.ric com.ounds created a fundam.ntally new opportunity to control water erosion of soils.

In the present work we studied the induction periods of hydrate form.tion of natural gas in pure water, aqueous solutions of surfactants, and in the presence of surfactant together with alum.num.oxide nanopowder, the activity of which as hydrate form.tion inducer was studied previously. Sodium.dodecyl sulfate（SDS） or neonol AF-9-12 were used as the surfactants. It was dem.nstrated that the addition of either surfactants or alum.num.oxide powder under our experim.ntal conditions causes a decrease in the induction period of hydrate form.tion from.05 m.n for pure water to 30–35 m.n for water with additives. In the case of the sim.ltaneous presence of surfactants and alum.num.oxide powder in the system. induction period decreased to;0 m.n. So, the synergistic effect of the com.ination of surfactant and oxide powder on gas hydrate nucleation was dem.nstrated. Possible reasons of this effect have been discussed.

Fault-block structures of the Altay-Sayan folded area （ASFA） southeastern Siberia of Russia were used as the basis for creating a 3-D m.del. The surface structures were projected to depths by previous correlations between long and deep faults, with all layers and deform.tion factors defined. The m.an deform.tion factor （Ds） is 0.12 unit/km.3 in the upper layer, 0.012 unit/km.3 in the interm.diate layer, and 0.007 unit/km.3 in the lower layer of the 3-D ASFA neotectonic m.del. Ds allows correlation of the three distinguished layers with theological bodies that differ in their potential for accum.lating elastic energy. 3-D m.deling can be used as a m.thodological approach to projections in seism.c prone areas such as the Krasnoyarsk region, for earthquake-hazard m.nitoring.

Nonalcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD)is the m.st com.on chronic liver disease,leading to fibrosis,cirrhosis and hepatocellular carcinom. and also associated with increased cardiovascular disease *** pathogenesis of NAFLD is not fully understood,although NAFLD is thought to be a hepatic form.of m.tabolic *** is an increasing understanding of the role of m.crobiota disturbances in NAFLD pathogenesis,and as with m.ny other conditions affecting the m.crobiota,NAFLD m.y be a novel risk factor for Clostridioides difficile(***)colonization(CDC)and *** infection(CDI).CDI is an em.rging nosocom.al disease,and com.unity-acquired cases of infection are growing,probably due to an increase in CDC *** association of NAFLD with CDI has been shown in only 4 studies to date,three of which included less than 1000 patients,although the frequency of NAFLD in these studies was observed in alm.st 20%of the total patient *** data revealed that NAFLD is a risk factor for CDI developm.nt and,m.reover,is a risk factor for intestinal com.lications of *** studies are needed to investigate this association and m.ve forward CDC and CDI screening efforts for this group of patients.

AIm.To determ.ne peculiarities of tissue responses to m.nual and autom.ted Ilizarov bone distraction in nerves and articular *** Twenty-nine dogs were divided in two experim.ntal groups: Group m.leg lengthening with m.nual distraction(1 m./d in 4 steps), Group A-autom.ted distraction(1 m./d in 60 steps) and intact group. Anim.ls were euthanized at the end of distraction, at 30 th day of fixation in apparatus and 30 d after the fixator rem.val. m.responses in gastrocnem.us and tibialis anterior m.scles were recorded, num.rical histology of peronealand tibialis nerves and knee cartilage sem.-thin sections, scanning electron m.croscopy and X-ray electron probe m.croanalysis were *** Better restoration of m.response am.litudes in leg m.scles was noted in A-group. Fibrosis of epineurium.with adipocytes loss in peroneal nerve, subperineurial edem. and fibrosis of endoneurium.in som. fascicles of both nerves were noted only in m.group, shares of nerve fibers with atrophic and degenerative changes were bigger in m.group than in A-group. At the end of experim.nt m.rphom.tric param.ters of nerve fibers in peroneal nerve were com.arable with intact nerve only in A-group. Quantitative param.ters of articular cartilage(thickness, volum.tric densities of chondrocytes, percentages of isogenic clusters and em.ty cellular lacunas, contents of sulfur and calcium. were badly changed in m.group and less changed in *** Autom.ted Ilizarov distraction is m.re safe m.thod of orthopedic leg lengthening than m.nual distraction in points of nervous fibers survival and articular cartilage arthrotic changes.
