In the present study,the effect of aging heat treatment at 650,750,and 850？C on the impact toughness of 316L austenitic stainless steel,2205 duplex stainless steel and their weldments has been *** process was conducted using the tIG（tungsten inert gas） welding *** impact testing,at room temperature,was employed to determine the effect of aging treatment on the impact properties of investigated *** treatment resulted in degradation in the impact toughness as demonstrated by the reduction in the impact fracture energy and deformation parameters（strain hardening capacity,fracture deffection,and crack initiation and propagation energy）.the degree of embrittlement was more noticeable in duplex stainless steel parent and weld-metal than in 316L stainless steel and became greater with the increase of aging *** degradation in impact toughness was discussed in relation to the observed precipitation of the intermetallic sigma phase in the microstructure of the stainless steel weldments and the corresponding fracture surface morphology.

AIM：to evaluate the effect（clinically,histopathologically and immunohistochemically） and safety of a single intrapterygium injection of ***：Prospective interventional study comprised 40 eyes of 40 patients with primary fleshy pterygia who attended the Outpatient Clinic of Department of Ophthalmology,Assiut University Hospitals,Egypt from May 2015 to May *** were randomly classified into 2 groups：the first group received a single intralesional injection of bevacizumab（Avastin;Genentech,San Francisco,CA,USA）;the second group comprised patients who did not receive subconjunctival *** of pterygium and conjunctival auto graft was done in both *** excised pterygium tissues were subjected to histopathological and immunohistochemical ***：the study comprised 40 eyes of 40 patients（33 men,7 women） of age range from 31-58 *** study group included 22 *** control group included 18 eyes.A decrease in the vascularity of the pterygium was noted in all injected *** mean vessel count was higher in non-injected pterygia than that in injected pterygia and the difference was statistically significant（P=0.001）.Also,the mean vessel count in both groups was significantly higher than normal conjunctive（P=0.005 and 0.001）.A statistically significant difference in vascular endothelial growth factor（VEGF） expression between injected and non-injected cases was detected in the epithelial,stromal and endothelial cells（P=0.0001,0.016,0.014）.No serious intraoperative complications occurred in both ***：the use of single intra lesional injection of Avastin in pterygium decreased vascularity and decreased VEGF expression in injected pterygium after one *** study proved the effect of single intra lesional injection of Avastin on *** studies may enable limiting the need for surgery and improve quality of life for patients with pterygia.

Predictors of renal angioembolization outcome:A retrospective analysis with 148 patients at a tertiary urology institute

Objective:the aim of this study was to evaluate the predictor of unsuccessful outcome of renal angioembolization(RAE).Knowing those predictors may help in avoiding unnecessary RAE procedures and their associated side effects,while helping to prepare for an alternate procedure and improving patient's overall ***:A retrospective analysis between January 2006 and December 2018 was performed,and the indications for RAE were classified into post-traumatic,iatrogenic,renal tumors,and *** who underwent RAE prior to nephrectomy were *** tomography angiography was performed in patients with normal renal function and those who had no contrast allergy,otherwise magnetic resonance angiography was *** the purpose of statistical analysis,we stratified patients into two main categories based on the final outcome—successful or ***:Of 180 patients,32 with negative angiography were eliminated,leaving 148 patients;136(91%)had successful outcomes after one or more trials and 12 had unsuccessful *** mean age was 45±15 years,and 105(71%)were *** gender,side of the lesion,presence of hematuria,indication for RAE,nor the type of lesion affected the *** the other hand,renal anatomy with presence of accessory artery was the only predictor to failed RAE(p=0.001).Failed RAE trial was a predictor for nephrectomy as a secondary procedure(p=0.03).Conclusion:No pre-procedural predictors could anticipate the RAE outcome,and different indications can be scheduled to RAE,which is equally *** presence of accessory renal artery on diagnostic angiography is the only factor that may predict the failure of the procedure.

Background:the lack of overall experience and reporting on angiographic findings in previously published studies of renal arterial embolization(RAE)compelled us to report our overall experience on a series of *** and methods:A retrospective study was performed analyzing data of patients enrolled for RAE between 2010 and ***,physical examination,and laboratory data were reviewed for all *** ultrasound was the initial imaging study,and all patients underwent subsequent computed tomography or magnetic resonance *** outcome of RAE was determined based on radiographic and clinical ***:Data from 202 patients were analyzed,with a mean age of 45±15 years,and 71.3%of patients were *** injury was the most common indication for RAE(54%),followed by renal tumors,trauma,and spontaneous,in 27.7%,10.4%,and 8.4%of patients,*** angiography revealing pseudoaneurysm alone or with other pathology in the lower pole of the kidney was the most common finding(40.6%),whereas no lesions were identified on angiography in 32 patients(15.8%),after which RAE was subsequently *** arterial embolization was successful in 158 of 170 patients(92.9%)after 1 or more trials(maximum of 4).Microcoil alone or with other embolic materials was the most commonly used material for embolization(85%).Conclusions:latrogenic injury was the most common indication for *** alone or with other lesions was the most common lesion on renal angiography;however,angiography showed a negative result in 16%of patients,even those with *** lesions are present on angiography,the overall success of repeated trials of RAE reached 92.9%.

the foreign intra-Arab trade is an essential tool and important input in order to achieve an important Arab economic integration. However, in spite of the efforts for the Liberation of the Arab trade and Development, the fact indicates the modest rate of the foreign intra-Arab trade to the foreign total Arab trade with the world, as it does not exceed that percentage to 10.9% in year 2013. the present research is aimed at measuring the efficiency of the total foreign intra-Arab trade during the period (1990-2010). Where, it has been increased sharply, as value of the total foreign intra-Arab trade increases annually by about 12.6%. Saudi Arabia and United Arab Emirates are considered the most important contributors of the total foreign intra-Arab trade, and a category of manufacturing has dominated the largest relative importance in average value of total Arab trade, which has accounted to 50.8%. Followed by category, metal fuel and other metals are accounted by about 25.3% and there is lower overall contribution to the foreign intra-Arab trade in the total foreign trade of Arab and its amount has increased by 10.58%. therefore, it is recommended to further coordination among the Arab States in the areas of production and specialization in economic production. this is also recommended to establish the specialized department for greater Arab free trade area in every Arab country in addition to accelerate the establishment of a customs union.
