Citrus is the typical mycorrhizal fruit tree species establishing symbiosis with arbuscular mycorrhizal (Am) fungi. However, arbuscule development and senescence in colonized citrus roots, especially in response to drought stress, remain unclear, which is mainly due to the difficulty in clearing and staining lignified roots with the conventional method. Here, we improved the observation of colonized roots of citrus plants with the sectioning method, which enabled the clear observation of Am fungal structures. Furthermore, we investigated the effects of one week of drought stress on arbuscule development and senescence with the sectioning method. microscopy observations indicated that drought stress significantly decreased mycorrhizal colonization (F%and m%) although it did not affect plant growth performance. Fluorescence probes (WGA 488 and/or Nile red) revealed that drought stress inhibited arbuscule development by increasing the percentage of arbuscules at the early stage and decreasing the percentages of arbuscules at the midterm.a.d mature stages. m.a.while, drought stress accelerated arbuscule senescence, which was characterized by the increased accumulation of neutral lipids. Overall, the sectioning method developed in this study enables the in-depth investigation of arbuscule status, and drought stress can inhibit arbuscule development but accelerate arbuscule senescence in the colonized roots of citrus plants. This study paves the way to elaborately dissecting the arbuscule dynamics in the roots of fruit tree species in response to diverse abiotic stresses.

The hydrolysis of mgH_(2) delivers high hydrogen capacity(15.2 wt%),which is very attractive for real-time hydrogen ***,the formation of a surface passivation mg(OH)_(2) layer and the large excess of H_(2)O required to ensure complete hydrolysis are two key challenges for the mgH_(2) hydrolysis ***,a low-cost method is reported to synthesize mgH_(2)@mg(BH_(4))_(2) composite via ball-milling mgH_(2) with cheap and widely available B_(2)O_(3)(or B(OH)_(3)).By adding small amounts of B_(2)O_(3),the in-situ formed mg(BH_(4))_(2) could significantly promote the hydrolysis of mgH_(2).In particular,the mgH_(2)–10 wt%B_(2)O_(3) composite releases 1330.7 mL·g^(−1) H_(2)(close to 80%theoretical hydrogen generation H_(2))in H_(2)O and 1520.4 mL·g^(−1) H_(2)(about 95%)in 0.5 m mgCl_(2) in 60 min at 26℃ with hydrolysis rate of 736.9 mL·g^(−1)·min^(−1) and 960.9 mL·g^(−1)·min^(−1) H_(2) during the first minute of the hydrolysis,*** addition,the mgCl_(2) solution allows repeated use by filtering and exhibits high cycle stability(20 cycles),therefore leading to much reduced capacity loss caused by the excess H_(2)*** show that by introducing B_(2)O_(3) and recycling the 0.5 m mgCl_(2) solution,the system hydrogen capacity can approach 5.9 wt%,providing a promising hydrogen generation scheme to supply hydrogen to the fuel cells.

Objective:Adalimumab(ADA)is expensive and rarely used among ***,its cost for moderate to severe chronic plaque psoriasis can now be reimbursed since its addition to the National Reimbursement Drug List(NRDL)in January ***,we conducted this study to estimate the medical cost of ADA and its influencing factors in patients with psoriasis using ADA and thus gain a better understanding of the effect of the NRDL adjustment in ***:This retrospective study evaluated the medical cost of ADA before and after the addition of ADA to the NRDL(2018—2022)among 320 patients in a large professional dermatology specialty *** analysis,Welch’s analysis of variance,and multiple regression analysis were used to evaluate the medical cost and influencing ***:Before ADA was added to the NRDL,patients’m.a. total cost and ADA cost were¥24,243.56±16,346.53 and¥20,391.11±14,440.69,*** ADA became covered by the NRDL,the above 2 expenses decreased to¥10,461.19±7,554.66 and¥8,775.27±7,092.16,*** significant decrease in the cost of ADA resulted in a significant 110.5-times increase in ADA *** significant differences were found in the total cost,patient type(outpatient/inpatient),insurance status(yes/no),reimbursement status(before/after),and *** insurance reimbursement(Pmbursement=1,after reimbursement=2)was the most significant influencing factor,followed by patient type(P=0.018,β=-0.215,outpatient=1,inpatient=2)and age(P=0.0046,β=-0.174).Conclusion:medical insurance reimbursement is the most important factor affecting patients’total cost of ADA by reducing the economic burden,enhancing the availability of ADA,and stimulating the need for treatment.

Evidence showed that N6-methyladenosine(m^(6)A)modification plays a pivotal role in influencing RNA fate and is strongly associated with cell growth and developmental processes in many ***,no information regarding m^(6)A modification in Eimeria tenella is currently *** the present study,we surveyed the transcriptome-wide prevalence of m^(6)A in sporulated oocysts and unsporulated oocysts of *** RNA immunoprecipitation sequencing(meRIP-seq)analysis showed that m^(6)A modification was most abundant in the coding sequences,followed by stop *** were 3,903 hypermethylated and 3,178 hypomethylated mRNAs in sporulated oocysts com.a.ed with unsporulated *** joint analysis suggested that m^(6)A modification of the majority of genes was positively correlated with mRNA *** mRNA relative expression and m^(6)A level of the selected genes were confirmed by quantitative reverse transcription PCR(RT-qPCR)and *** and KEGG analysis indicated that differentially m^(6)A methylated genes(DmmGs)with significant differences in mRNA expression were closely related to processes such as regulation of gene expression,epigenetic,microtubule,autophagy-other and TOR ***,a total of 96 DmmGs without significant differences in mRNA expression showed significant differences at protein *** and pathway enrichment analysis of the 96 genes showed that RNA methylation may be involved in cell biosynthesis and metabolism of *** firstly present a map of RNA m^(6)A modification in ***,which provides significant insights into developmental biology of ***.

Natural slopes usually display complicated exposed rock surfaces that are characterized by complex and substantial terrain undulation and ubiquitous undesirable phenomena such as vegetation cover and *** study presents a systematic outcrop research of fracture pattern variations in a complicated rock slope,and the qualitative and quantitative study of the complex phenomena im.a.t on threedimensional(3D)discrete fracture network(DFN)*** the studies of the outcrop fracture pattern have been so far focused on local variations,thus,we put forward a statistical analysis of global *** entire outcrop is partitioned into several subzones,and the subzone-scale variability of fracture geometric properties is analyzed(including the orientation,the density,and the trace length).The results reveal significant variations in fracture characteristics(such as the concentrative degree,the average orientation,the density,and the trace length)among different ***,the density of fracture sets,which is approximately parallel to the slope surface,exhibits a notably higher value com.a.ed to other fracture sets across all *** improve the accuracy of the DFN modeling,the effects of three common phenomena resulting from vegetation and rockfalls are qualitatively analyzed and the corresponding quantitative data processing solutions are ***,the 3D fracture geometric parameters are determined for different areas of the high-steep rock slope in terms of the subzone *** results show significant variations in the same set of 3D fracture parameters across different regions with density differing by up to tenfold and m.a. trace length exhibiting differences of 3e4 *** study results present precise geological structural information,improve modeling accuracy,and provide practical solutions for addressing complex outcrop issues.

Recently,poly(ethylene oxide)(PEO)-based solid polymer electrolytes have been attracting great attention,and efforts are currently underway to develop PEO-based composite electrolytes for next generation high performance all-solid-state lithium metal *** this article,a novel sandwich structured solid-state PEO composite electrolyte is developed for high performance all-solid-state lithium metal *** PEO-based composite electrolyte is fabricated by hot-pressing PEO,LiTFSI and Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x) mXene nanosheets into glass fiber cloth(GFC).The as-prepared GFC@PEO-mXene electrolyte shows high mechanical properties,good electrochemical stability,and high lithium-ion migration number,which indicates an obvious synergistic effect from the microscale GFC and the nanoscale *** as,the GFC@PEO-1 wt%mXene electrolyte shows a high tensile strength of 43.43 m.a.and an impressive Young's modulus of 496 m.a.which are increased by 1205%and 6048%over those of ***,the ionic conductivity of GFC@PEO-1 wt%mXene at 60℃ reaches 5.01×10^(-2) S m^(-1),which is increased by around 200%com.a.ed with that of GFC@PEO *** addition,the Li/Li symmetric battery based on GFC@PEO-1 wt%mXene electrolyte shows an excellent cycling stability over 800 h(0.3 mA cm^(-2),0.3 mAh cm^(-2)),which is obviously longer than that based on PEO and GFC@PEO electrolytes due to the better com.a.ibility of GFC@PEO-1 wt%mXene electrolyte with Li ***,the solid-state Li/LiFePO_(4) battery with GFC@PEO-1 wt%mXene as electrolyte demonstrates a high capacity of 110.2–166.1 mAh g^(-1) in a wide temperature range of 25–60C,and an excellent capacity retention *** developed sandwich structured GFC@PEO-1 wt%mXene electrolyte with the excellent overall performance is promising for next generation high performance all-solid-state lithium metal batteries.

Hydrogen therapy shows great promise as a versatile treatment method for diseases associated with the overexpression of reactive oxygen and nitrogen species（RONS）. However, developing an advanced hydrogen therapy platform that integrates controllable hydrogen release, efficient RONS elimination, and biodegradability remains a giant technical challenge. In this study, we demonstrate for the first time that the tungsten bronze phase H0.53WO3（HWO） is an exceptionally ideal hydrogen carrier, with salient features including temperature-dependent highly-reductive atomic hydrogen release and broad-spectrum RONS scavenging capability distinct from that of molecular hydrogen. moreover, its unique p H-responsive biodegradability ensures post-therapeutic clearance at pathological sites. Treatment with HWO of diabetic wounds in an animal model indicates that the solid-state atomic H promotes vascular formation by activating m2-type macrophage polarization and anti-inflam.a.ory cytokine production, resulting in acceleration of chronic wound healing. Our findings significantly expand the basic categories of hydrogen therapeutic materials and pave the way for investigating more physical forms of hydrogen species as efficient RONS scavengers for clinical disease treatment.
