In this paper,the fault-tolerant capability of the existing stator-flux-oriented decoupling control(SFOC)for the DTP-PM motor is investigated,and a simple fault-tolerant SFOC is further designed to enhance fault tolerance.Firstly,the mathematical model of the DTP-PM motor in the stator-flux-oriented rotating coordinate system is analyzed.An SFOC is proposed to guarantee healthy operation performance,considering torque,flux linkage,and harmonic currents.Secondly,the coupling relationship under open-phase conditions is assessed.The assessed result shows that the coupling relationship between the harmonic and fundamental components results in conflicts and poor post-fault operation.Thirdly,the proposed SFOC includes an automatic deactivation module to detect conflicts with a variable threshold.The conflicted harmonic current controllers can be excluded automatically.Hence,fault-tolerant control can be remedied without diagnosing the specific fault scenario,and excellent faulttolerant capability can be achieved.Finally,experiments on a DTP-PM motor are carried out to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed strategy.

In this paper,we present several explicit reconstructions for the aether scalar tensor(AeST)theory derived from the background of the Friedmann-Lemaître-Robertson-Walker cosmological evolution.It is shown that the Einstein-Hilbert Lagrangian with a positive cosmological constant is the only Lagrangian capable of accurately replicating the exact expansion history of theΛcold dark matter(ΛCDM)universe filled solely with dust-like matter.However,theΛCDM-era can be produced within the framework of the AeST theory for some other fluids,including a perfect fluid with p=−(1/3)ρ,multifluids,and nonisentropic perfect fluids.Moreover,we demonstrate that theΛCDM-era can be replicated with no real matter field for the AeST theory.The cosmic evolution resulting from both the power-law and de-Sitter solutions can also be obtained.

Stroke is the second leading cause of death worldwide,and oxidative stress plays a crucial role.Celastrol exhibits strong antioxidant properties in several diseases;however,whether it can affect oxidation in cerebral ischemic-reperfusion injury(CIRI)remains unclear.This study aimed to determine whether celastrol could reduce oxidative damage during CIRI and to elucidate the underlying mechanisms.Here,we found that celastrol attenuated oxidative injury in CIRI by upregulating nuclear factor E2-related factor 2(Nrf2).Using alkynyl-tagged celastrol and liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry,we showed that celastrol directly bound to neuronally expressed developmentally downregulated 4(Nedd4)and then released Nrf2 from Nedd4 in astrocytes.Nedd4 promoted the degradation of Nrf2 through K48-linked ubiquitination and thus contributed to astrocytic reactive oxygen species production in CIRI,which was significantly blocked by celastrol.Furthermore,by inhibiting oxidative stress and astrocyte activation,celastrol effectively rescued neurons from axon damage and apoptosis.Our study uncovered Nedd4 as a direct target of celastrol,and that celastrol exerts an antioxidative effect on astrocytes by inhibiting the interaction between Nedd4 and Nrf2 and reducing Nrf2 degradation in CIRI.

BACKGROUND Difficult bile duct intubation is a big challenge for endoscopists during endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography(ERCP)procedure.We report a case of percutaneous transhepatic cholangial drainage(PTCD)-guided methylene blue for fistulotomy using dual-knife for bile duct intubation.CASE SUMMARY A 50-year-old male patient had developed obstructive jaundice,and ERCP procedure need to be performed to treat the obstructive jaundice.But intubation cannot be performed if the duodenal papilla cannot be identified because of previous surgery for a perforated descending duodenal diverticulum.We used PTCD-guided methylene blue to identify the intramural common bile duct before dual-knife fistulotomy,and bile duct intubation was successfully completed.CONCLUSION The method that combing methylene blue and dual-knife fistulotomy to achieve bile duct intubation during difficult ERCP is safe and effective.

Single voltage vectors applied in the conventional model predictive torque control(MPTC)for multiphase motors do not only suffer from serious torque and stator flux ripples but also cause the large harmonic current.To address the aforementioned challenges,an MPTC using a modified dual virtual vector modulation method is proposed to improve the operational performance of a dual three-phase permanent magnet synchronous motor.Virtual voltage vectors are synthesized as the candidate control set to restrain the harmonic current.A transformation method is introduced to consider both the stator flux and torque in the duty cycle modulation.The torque and stator flux ripples are simultaneously reduced by addressing the limitations of nonuniform units.Furthermore,the null voltage vector is then inserted to expand the modulation range and improve the steady-state performance.Moreover,the sawtooth carrier is adopted to address the challenge of the asymmetric switch sequence caused by the modified modulation.Finally,the experimental results are presented to verify the effectiveness and superiority of the proposed MPTC method.

Intra porous fibrous membranes have enhanced metal ionic adsorption and oil separation abilities than those of intra nonporous fibrous membrane.In this paper,we prepared highly intra porous fibrous poly(vinylidene fluoride)(PVDF)membranes using an innovated water-mediated electrospinning approach.FTIR-ATR and XRD techniques confirmed the conversion of non-polarα-phase to polarβ-phase in electrospun membranes.The porous fibrous membrane M–16 had adsorbed oil almost 120%and metal adsorption around 15%,12%,5%,13%respectively for Pb^(2+),Cd^(2+),Cu^(2+)and Zn^(2+),which are larger than the counterpart of nonporous M–18.The nonporous fibrous membranes have better peak to peak output voltage(Vp-Vp)2 to 3 times than the porous fibrous membranes(M–16).The results show apparent potential applications in wastewater/oil spill treatment as well as piezoelectric sensors.

In order to explore the interactional relations of internal chloride and external chloride-binding amongst the cementitious materials,the chloride-binding capacity of mortars composed of marine sand(MS)or washed marine sand(WMS)were investigated.Results indicate that more external chloride can penetrate and diff use more deeply into the WMS mortar than that in the MS mortar.This phenomenon suggests that the external chloride migration resistance due to WMS is lower than that caused by MS.The distribution trends of the bound chloride content in the two types of mortars are the same at diff erent immersion times.However,a signifi cantly decreased area of the bound chloride content exists at the border of the external penetration area(EPA)and the external unaff ected area(EUA)at the immersion ages of 3 and 7 d,and then it disappears gradually with immersion time.The WMS mortar can bind more external chloride,whereas the MS mortar can bind more internal chloride,at diff erent immersion times.The distributions of bound chloride conversion rate in the EPAs of the two types of mortars diff er across immersion times.The distribution fi rstly decreases,and then it increases at the immersion ages of 3 and 7 d.The distribution was from increase,then decreases,and increase again at the immersion ages of 28 and 56 d.The bound chloride conversion rate in the WMS mortar is aff ected more greatly by external chloride penetration than that in the MS mortar.The amounts of the Friedel’s salt tend to increase with prolonged immersion time.Finally,the penetration of external chloride can increase the amount of fi ne capillary pores smaller than 100 nm in the WMSmortar exposed for 56 d in the chloride salt solution(WMS-E)specimen.

Grain size traits are critical agronomic traits which directly determine grain yield,but the genetic bases of these traits are still not well understood.In this study,a total of 154 chromosome segment substitution lines(CSSLs)population derived from a cross between a japonica variety Koshihikari and an indica variety Nona Bokra was used to investigate grain length(GL),grain width(GW),length-width ratio(LWR),grain perimeter(GP),grain area(GA),and thousand grain weight(TGW)under four environments.QTL mapping analysis of six grain size traits was performed by QTL IciMapping 4.2 with an inclusive composite interval mapping(ICIM)model.A total of 64 QTLs were identified for these traits,which mapped to chromosomes 1,2,3,4,6,7,8,10,11,and 12 and accounted for 1.6%–27.1%of the total phenotypic variations.Among these QTLs,thirty-six loci were novel and seven QTLs were identified under four environments.One locus containing the known grain size gene,qGL3/GL3.1/OsPPKL1,also have been found.Moreover,five pairs of digenic epistatic interactions were identified except for GL and GP.These findings will facilitate fine mapping of the candidate gene and QTL pyramiding to genetically improve grain yield in rice.

Dual three-phase permanent-magnet synchronous machines(DTP-PMSM)connected with a single neutral point provide a loop for zero-sequence current(ZSC).This paper proposes a novel space vector pulse width modulation(SVPWM)strategy to suppress the ZSC.Five vectors are selected as basic voltage vectors in one switching period.The fundamental and harmonic planes and the zero-sequence plane are taken into consideration to synthesis the reference voltage vector.To suppress the ZSC,a non-zero zero-sequence voltage(ZSV)is generated to compensate the third harmonic back-EMF.Rather than triangular carrier modulation,the sawtooth carrier modulation strategy is used to generate asymmetric PWM signals.The modulation range is investigated to explore the variation of modulation range caused by considering the zero-sequence plane.With the proposed method,the ZSC can be considerably reduced.The simulated and experimental results are presented to validate the effectiveness of the proposed modulation strategy.
