本指南旨在为缺血性卒中或短暂性脑缺血发作存活患者的卒中预防提供全面和及时的循证推荐，包括危险因素的控制、动脉粥样硬化性疾病的于预、心源性栓塞的抗栓治疗以及非心源性栓塞性卒中的抗血小板治疗。另外，还对其他许多特殊情况下的复发性卒中预防提供了推荐意见，包括动脉夹层分离、卯圆孔未闭、高同型半胱氨酸血症、高凝状态、镰状细胞病、脑静脉窦血栓形成、女性卒中（尤其是与妊娠和绝经后雌激素替代治疗相关性卒中）、脑出血后抗凝药的使用等，以及实施本指南及其在高危人群中应用的特定方法。

The microstructure, texture, residual stress, an. ten.ile properties of Mg–6 Zn.2 Y–1 La–0.5 Zr(wt%) magn.sium alloy were in.estigated before an. after extrusion.process, which performed at 300 °C an. 400 °C. The microstructural characterization. in.icated that the as-cast alloy was comprised of α-Mg, Mg–Zn. Mg–Zn.La, an. Mg–Zn.Y phases. Durin. homogen.zation.at 400 °C for 24 h, most of the secon.ary phases exhibited partial dissolution. Extrusion.process led to a remarkable grain.refi n.men. due to dyn.mic recrystallization.DRX). The degree of DRX an. the DRXed grain.size in.reased with in.reasin. extrusion.temperature. The homogen.zed alloy did n.t show a preferen.ial crystallographic orien.ation. whereas the extruded alloys showed stron. basal texture. The extrusion.process led to a sign.fi can. improvemen. on.the compressive residual stress an. mechan.cal properties. The alloy extruded at 300 °C exhibited the highest basal texture in.en.ity, the compressive residual stress an. hardn.ss, an. yield an. ten.ile stren.ths amon. the studied alloys.
