Our study aimed to compare the essential oil(EO)concentration and composition of several Apiaceae species growing in the Northern region of *** yields of EOs from materials ranged from 0.03%(root EO of Angelica acutiloba and aerial parts EO of Heracleum bivittatum)-0.27%(leaf EO of Xyloselinum vietnamense).Gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS)allowed the identiﬁcation of 74 components in the EOs of six Apiaceae species,making up 94.4%–100.0%of the *** EO from Angelica acutiloba,(Z)-ligustilide accounted for an extremely large proportion(94.9%).EO of Angelica pubescens was dominated by six character-istic components includingα-pinene(21.5%),β-phellandrene(18.1%),p-cymene(12.2%),3-methylnonane(8.7%),o-cymene(8.1%),and D-sylvestrene(6.2%).The EO from Cryptotaenia japonica was characterized by high amounts ofα-selinene(48.7%),β-selinene(23.7%),and trans-β-farnesene(5.4%).The EOs from leaves and stems of Xyloselinum vietnamense were characterized by high concentrations of sabinene(69.8%and 33.8%),4-terpineol(8.7%and 7.4%)andβ-pinene(4.0%and 6.5%)while EOs from aerial parts and root of Xylo-selinum leonidii comprise four characteristic monoterpenes includingα-pinene(28.2%and 52.8%),β-pinene(7.9%and 10.3%),β-phellandrene(7.6%and 15.3%),and sabinene(3.0%and 4.1%).Additionally,cryptone is also one of the major components in the EO of Xyloselinum leonidii(13.2%in the aerial parts oil and 2.8%in the root oil).In the EOs isolated from the aerial parts and root of Heracleum bivittatum,α-pinene(22.5%and 70.2%)andβ-pinene(43.2%and 20.0%)were the predominant *** appeared in the EO from aerial parts of Heracleum bivittatum with a relatively high concentration(13.5%)while bornyl acetate(5.1%)was also one of the main components in the EO from its aerial parts but was not detected in other Apiaceae species in the present *** databases help identify and control the quality of plant material studied from the family Apiaceae growing in Vietnam.

Embryonic, genetic and clinical outcomes of fresh versus vitrified oocyte: A retrospective cohort study

Objective:To compare embryonic development,ploidy status and clinical outcomes between fresh and frozen-thawed ***:this retrospective cohort study evaluated 83 fertilization cycles including both fresh and frozen oocytes from 79 patients at the HP Fertility Center of Hai Phong International Hospital of Obstetrics and Pediatrics in *** patient underwent several ovarian stimulation cycles to accumulate a certain number of oocytes that would be *** the last oocyte retrieval,all patient’s oocytes including both frozen and fresh would be *** outcomes included the rates of oocyte survival,cleavage embryo,blastocyst,ploidy status,pregnancy,biochemical pregnancy and clinical ***:The oocyte survival rate after thawing was 96.5%.No statistically significant difference was found when comparing fresh and frozen oocytes regarding fertilization rate(78.1%vs.75.5%,P=0.461),usable cleavage embryo rate(86.9%vs.87.2%,P=0.916)but usable blastocyst rate was found higher statistically in the frozen oocyte group(44.4%vs.54.0%,P=0.049).The percentages of euploid,aneuploid and mosaic embryos between the fresh group and the vitrified group had no significant differences(33.8%vs.31.6%,P=0.682;51.0%vs.54.2%,P=0.569;15.2%vs.12.4%,P=0.787;respectively).The rates of pregnancy,biochemical pregnancy and clinical pregnancy had no statistical difference(68.8%vs.64.8%,P=0.764;12.5%vs.3.6%,P=0.258;37.5%vs.46.4%,P=0.565).17 Mature oocytes are the minimum to have at least one euploid ***:Oocyte vitrification does not affect embryonic,genetic and clinical *** number of mature oocytes should be considered for fertilization in some cases.

For effective wastewater reclamation and water recovery,the treatment of natural and effluent organic matters(NOM and EfOM),toxic anions,and micropollutants was considered in this *** different NOM(humic acid of the Suwannee River,and NOM of US and Youngsan River,Korea),and one EfOM from the Damyang wastewater treatment plant,Korea,were selected for investigating the removal efficiencies of tight nanofiltration(NF)and ultrafiltration(UF)membranes with different ***,bromate,and perchlorate were selected as target toxic anions due to their well known high ***-(2-chloroethyl)-phosphate(TCEP),oxybenzone,and caffeine,due to their different K_(ow) and pK_(a) values,were selected as target *** expected,the NF membranes provided high removal efficiencies in terms of all the tested contaminants,and the UF membrane provided fairly high removal efficiencies for anions(except for nitrate)and the relatively hydrophobic micropollutant,*** the wetlands,nitrate was successfully ***,a fair process of combining membranes with an engineered wetland could be proposed for sustainable wastewater reclamation and optimum control of contaminats.

乳化作用是稠油油藏化学驱提高采收率的主要机理之一,稠油在多孔介质中的乳化与油藏温度、驱油剂浓度密切相关。通过乳化实验研究了稠油形成水包油乳状液所需驱油剂的临界乳化浓度与温度的关系,利用高温高压微观可视驱油装置研究了稠油化学驱过程中原油乳化及运移规律。实验结果表明:乳化实验温度越高,原油越易于被乳化,所需的驱油剂的临界乳化浓度越低;当实验温度由30℃增加到90℃,临界乳化浓度下降了90%。稠油化学驱的微观驱油实验过程中,稠油在多孔介质中的乳化过程存在3种模式。在多孔介质中,当驱油剂的浓度小于该温度下稠油乳化所需驱油剂的临界乳化浓度时,稠油乳化模式为原油在喉道处经历卡断分散、运移、聚并;当驱油剂的浓度大于该温度下稠油乳化所需驱油剂的临界乳化浓度时,稠油乳化模式为卡断乳化、运移、再乳化、再运移;当驱油剂的浓度远大于该温度下稠油乳化所需驱油剂的临界乳化浓度时,稠油乳化模式为接触、剥离、运移。因此,开展稠油化学驱时,在控制成本的前提下,尽可能提高驱油剂的浓度,可实现稠油的高效乳化,进而提高采收率。

在个体对材料的识记中,朗读的记忆效果优于默读的这一现象被称作“生产效应”。根据前人研究,当采用单词、词对、句子等实验材料时,生产效应的结果很稳定。虽然该生产效应在母语背景下稳定存在,但在二语材料的记忆中是否也存在稳定的生产效应,效应量的大小是否也完全相同,之前的理论假设是否同样可以解释二语的结果,这些问题尚不完全清楚。另外,不少研究表明,生产效应所对比的两种阅读模式,即朗读与默读,通常要设计为被试内因素才能得到相对稳定的效应。信号特异性理论、注意资源理论等从不同视角对该效应产生的行为机制进行了不同的解释。故本研究试图在母语和二语不同背景下,设计被试内和被试间实验,直接比较生产效应的稳定性、效应量及行为的机制差异。实验1采用2(阅读模式:朗读,默读)×2(材料语言:越南语,中文)被试内实验设计。招募汉语水平考试(HSK)达到4级水平的30名越南人为被试,以越南语词汇和中文词汇作为阅读材料进行记忆实验,每个材料只出现一次,阅读顺序在组间进行平衡。根据信号检测论,以辨别力指标d’为因变量的统计结果发现:个体阅读模式的主效应显著,即朗读的记忆效果显著优于默读,验证了生产效应的存在;材料语言的主效应显著,即个体对越南语词汇的记忆表现显著优于中文词汇,这与以往个体对自己母语的记忆优于二语的结果一致;而阅读模式和材料语言的交互作用不显著。说明在二语背景下,从再认的感受性来看,也存在稳定的生产效应。以判断标准C为因变量的统计结果发现:阅读模式的主效应显著,个体对默读的判断标准C比朗读更严格;材料语言的主效应显著,个体对越南语的判断标准C比中文更严格;阅读模式和材料语言的交互作用显著,具体表现为越南语条件下,朗读时的判断标准C比默读时更宽松,但中文条件下,朗读和默读条件下的判断标准C并无显著差异。说明在二语背景下,从再认的判断标准C来看,生产效应也一定程度地增强了。实验2采用2(阅读模式:朗读,默读)×2(材料语言:越南语,中文)混合实验设计,其中阅读模式为被试内设计,材料语言为被试间设计。招募汉语水平考试(HSK)达到4级水平的40名越南被试参加实验,分成两组,每组各20个被试,实验材料和程序与实验1相同。以辨别力指标d’为因变量的结果发现:个体的阅读模式主效应显著,即朗读条件的记忆表现显著优于默读条件;阅读模式与材料语言的交互作用显著,表现为在朗读条件下,个体对中文词汇的记忆表现相较于越南语词汇有更大的提升。说明在二语背景下,从再认的感受性来看,存在稳定的、增强的生产效应。以判断标准C为因变量的结果发现:阅读模式的主效应显著,个体相比于朗读条件,对默读条件的判断标准C更严格;材料语言的主效应显著,个体对越南语词汇的判断标准C比中文词汇更严格;阅读模式和材料语言的交互作用显著,具体表现为越南语条件下,朗读时的判断标准C比默读时更宽松,但中文条件下,朗读和默读条件下的判断标准C并无显著差异。再次表明在二语背景下生产效应被增强了。综上所述,本研究表明:(1)与以往母语材料的研究结果一致,朗读的记忆效果显著优于默读,验证了在二语背景下生产效应的存在,且该效应不受被试间因素的影响。(2)二语背景下的生产效应相对母语而言得到一定程度的增强,具体表现为再认感受性提高,判断标准C更严。

Background:Strongyloidiasis,a neglected disease caused by intestinal nematodes of the genus,is endemic to tropical and subtropical areas such as *** methods only identify the genus,while DNA-molecular techniques are susceptible in Strongyloides *** study aims to determine the prevalence of dominant Strongyloides species among the population in Duc Hoa district,Long An,***:A cross-sectional study used 1190 stool specimens collected from July 2017 to November *** samples were transported within 2 h,stored at 2-8℃,and processed within 48 h for microscopy smear and culture at the Laboratory of Medical Parasitology,Pham Ngoc Thach University of Medicine(PNT).Then all positive samples with the above 2 methods were verified by real-time PCR ***-time PCR amplification was conducted at the Laboratory of Molecular Biology,***:Direct microscopy and modified Harada-Mori culture detected Strongyloides *** in 79/1190 sam-ples(6.6%).About 94.2%of the DNA samples were Strongyloides stercoralis,2.9%were co-infections with Strongy-loides ratti and ***,and 2.9%were patients with *** identity of 12/14 sequences was confirmed as *** with a high level of similarity(91.3%-100%)and over 98%for ***:DNA-molecular techniques and sequence analysis are highly suitable for identifying Strongyloides species isolated from stool *** is remarkable evidence of the presence of zoonosis *** disease in human,not just the known *** is likely to result in a certain proportion of people being infected by this animal-borne infectious pathogen.
