行业经营性信息强制披露与审计费用

本文以沪深交易所分期分批发布的一系列行业信息披露指引作为准实验场景,实证考察了强制公司披露行业经营性信息如何影响其审计费用。研究发现,某行业被要求披露行业经营性信息后,该行业公司的审计费用显著降低。异质性分析表明,审计师对风险的感知削弱了行业经营性信息披露降低审计费用的作用;而当行业内公司之间的可比性较高以及公司自身的信息透明度较低时,行业经营性信息披露降低审计费用的作用更为明显。进一步研究还发现,行业经营性信息披露后,审计效率与审计质量均显著提高。总之,本文表明,强制披露行业经营性信息有助于缓解审计师与公司之间的信息不对称而降低审计费用,并提高了审计质量。

针对多无人机协同规划问题求解规模大、效率低的问题,提出了一种单-双亲遗传算法(PBGA)求解模型。该算法具有改进的编码方法和一种单双亲结合的进化策略,由单亲遗传算子进行种群进化,由双亲遗传算子跳出局部最优。仿真结果显示,PBGA具有收敛性,在小规模和大规模寻优算例中分别比传统遗传算法减少了70%和64%的收敛代数,对解决多无人机协同问题具有一定的参考价值。

This study aimed to investigate the neurotoxicity induced by trichloroacetic acid(TCA)and the possible protective mechanisms of boron(B).Mouse BV2 cells were treated with TCA(0,0.39,0.78,1.56,3.12,6.25,or 12.5 mmol/L)and B(0,7.8,15.6,31.25,62.5,125,500,or 1,000 mmol/L)for 3 h and 24 h,respectively.Then,reactive oxygen species,and supernatant proinflammatory cytokine and protein levels were analyzed after 24 h of combined exposure.Beyond the dose-dependent decrease in the cellular viability,it clearly increased after B supplementation(P<0.05).Moreover,B decreased oxidative damage,and significantly down-regulated IL-6 levels and up-regulated TNF-βproduction(P<0.05).B also decreased apoptosis via the p53 pathway.The present findings indicated that TCA may induce oxidative damage,whereas B mitigates these adverse effects by decreasing cell apoptosis.

官田应募役户发端于唐宋之际官田用役的制度嬗变。北宋初期,朝廷开始专门召募客户耕种官田,并呈现出“役”的管理方式与特征。之后,北宋官府亦通过颁发户帖与设立“籍簿”的方式,对官田应募役户进行编户性管理。这不仅奠定了官田长期役使客户的经营基础,也使大量浮寄客户重新回归土地与国家治理体系中。然而至南宋时期,官田管理内涵已由募客就役、浮客归籍向急军需、足财用转变,具体方式表现为大量主户被获准投充官田,并加强对应募役户的人身掌控,从而达到敛财目标。相对于两宋发达的自由租佃制,官田应募役户的逆向拓展,对重新认识两宋经济领域中的人身控制、役制问题以及为国家治理的认识路径不无裨益。

Based on the comprehensive analysis of core, thin section, logging and seismic data, this study carried out the identification and comparison of Permian Changxing Formation sequences, clarified the typical sedimentary architectures of intra-platform shoal, investigated the vertical and horizontal development and distribution of intra-platform shoal in each sequence, and thus established the sedimentary evolution model of shoal body. The study results are reflected in four aspects.First, there are two complete third-order sequences(SQ1 and SQ2) in Changxing Formation in central Sichuan Basin. SQ1 is generally thick in the north and thin in the south, and SQ2 shows a thickness differentiation trend of “two thicknesses and three thinnesses”. Second, the Changxing Formation in central Sichuan Basin mainly develops intra-platform shoal, inter-shoal sea and intra-platform depression subfacies. In the vertical direction, the intra-platform shoal mainly presents two typical sedimentary sequences: stable superposed and high-frequency interbedded. Third, the stable superimposed sedimentary sequence is developed in the shoal belt at the edge of intra-platform depression, which is composed of two shoal-forming periods and located in the highstand systems tracts(HSTs) of SQ1 and SQ2. The high-frequency interbedded sedimentary sequence is developed in the southern shoal belt of intra-platform depression, which is composed of four shoal-forming periods and mainly located in the HST of SQ2. Fourth, during the SQ1 deposition, the intra-platform shoal was mainly developed at the edge of the intra-platform depression on the north side of the study area, and the inter-shoal sea subfacies was mainly developed on the south side. During the SQ2 deposition, the intra-platform shoal was widely developed in the area, forming two nearly parallel intra-platform shoal belts. The study results provide direction and ideas for exploration of Changxing Formation intra-platform shoal reservoirs in central Sichuan Basin.

借助X射线衍射(XRD)和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)研究了铸态Mg-15Li-6Al合金以及固溶处理后分别进行空冷和水冷等3种不同处理方式获得合金的相组成和形貌特征。采用浸泡实验和电化学实验对比研究了这3种不同状态合金在3.5%NaCl水溶液中的腐蚀行为。结果表明:3种不同状态合金的主要基体组织均为β-Li,且从铸态、固溶空冷态到固溶水冷态,合金中AlLi析出相逐渐减少,固溶水冷态合金基本由单相β-Li组成。3种不同状态合金耐蚀性由低到高的顺序为:铸态<固溶空冷态<固溶水冷态,且固溶水冷态合金相比铸态合金的腐蚀电位提高480 mV,腐蚀电流密度降低3个数量级。这主要是由于固溶处理使Al有效回溶到β-Li基体中,随后的快速冷却使AlLi相的析出受到抑制,减少了AlLi与β-Li两相间腐蚀微电偶对的数量,提高了合金的耐蚀性。

Objective To study the effectiveness and feasibility of cryogenic disinfectants in different cold scenarios and analyze the key points of on-site cryogenic disinfection.Methods Qingdao and Suifenhe were selected as application sites for the manual or mechanical spraying of cryogenic disinfectants.The same amount of disinfectant(3,000 mg/L)was applied on cold chain food packaging,cold chain containers,transport vehicles,alpine environments,and article surfaces.The killing log value of the cryogenic disinfectant against the indicator microorganisms(Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli)was used to evaluate the on-site disinfection effect.Results When using 3,000 mg/L with an action time of 10 min on the ground in alpine regions,the surface of frozen items,cold-chain containers,and cold chain food packaging in supermarkets,all external surfaces were successfully disinfected,with a pass rate of 100%.The disinfection pass rates for cold chain food packaging and cold chain transport vehicles of centralized supervised warehouses and food processing enterprises were 12.5%(15/120),81.67%(49/60),and 93.33%(14/15),respectively;yet,the surfaces were not fully sprayed.Conclusion Cryogenic disinfectants are effective in disinfecting alpine environments and the outer packaging of frozen items.The application of cryogenic disinfectants should be regulated to ensure that they cover all surfaces of the disinfected object,thus ensuring effective cryogenic disinfection.

黄金作为我国的关键资源之一,对于国家的发展扮演着至关重要的角色。当前,我国在化工和通信等多个领域都在积极利用黄金资源,而黄金的价格波动对我国经济的走向也有着显著的指示作用。因此,金矿的开采对于推动我国经济的增长和现代化建设具有不可或缺的作用。然而,黄金生成条件多样,地质结构复杂。为了有效地进行金矿开采,工作人员必须具备坚实的理论基础和实践经验,理解金矿的形成规律和特点。又由于黄金的形成周期漫长,决定了金矿资源的有限性。为了延长金矿的服务年限并提高其利用效率,必须加强金矿的勘探工作。只有通过增强勘探力度,才能充分开采出符合我国经济建设和发展需求的黄金资源,从而更好地促进国家经济的持续发展。
