Heavy metals,polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons and organochlorine pesticides in the surface sediments of mangrove swamps from coastal sites along the Leizhou Peninsula,South China

Contents of heavy metals, polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons （PA Hs）, dichlorodiphenyltrichloroethanes （DDTs） and hexachlorcy- clohexanes （HCHs） in surface sediments from mangrove areas of the Leizhou Peninsula were analyzed in July and November 2005. Risk assessment criteria applied by Long E R et al. （1995） and Long E D et al. （1995）（effects range low, ERL; effects range mean, ERM） of chemicals in sediments from the gulf or estuary were used to assess the potential ecological risks of heavy metals, PAHs, DDTs and HCHs to aquatic organisms in the studied area. The results indicated that the average contents of zinc, nickel, chromium, lead, copper, arsenic and mercury were （61.97 ± 55.87）, （59.99 ± 39.01 ）, （47.93 ± 28.37）, （26.64± 13.00） , （23.45 ± 41.96）, （9.32 ± 3.62）, （0.14 ± 0.18） mg/kg in dry weight in the sediment samples col- lected from five studied sites in the Leizhou Peninsula, respectively. Cadmium was not calculated due to its content being below the detection limit （〈 0.3 mg,/kg）. The average levels of Cr, Cu, Ni, Pb, Zn and Hg exceed their background values. The average contents of Ni were higher than ERM. The contents of PAHs in the sediments from the five studied sites were （79.78 ± 43.70） ng/g in dry weight, far lower than ERL（4 022 ng/g）. The contents of DDE, DDD and DDTs in the sediments from five studied sites were （2.60 ± 4.68）, （ 17.52 ± 27.25 ）, （27.78 ± 46.64） ng/g in dry weight respectively, clearly higher than ERL, and the average contents of DDT were （7.66 ± 15.93） ng/g in dry weight, much higher than ERM. HCHs could be detected in the sediments only from Gaoqiao sampling site, with the average contents （0.07 ± 0.08） ng/g in dry weight.

目的:建立并优化了高效液相色谱-串联质谱(HPLC-MS/MS)同时测定中药口服液体制剂中45种添加剂化合物的分析方法。方法:样品经乙腈-甲醇(9∶1)(含0.1%甲酸)超声提取,Agilent Eclipse Plus C18(150 mm×3.0 mm,1.8μm)色谱柱进行分离,以甲醇和5 mmol·L^(-1)乙酸铵为流动相梯度洗脱,采用电喷雾离子源正、负离子同时扫描,动态多反应监测模式,保留时间和离子丰度比进行定性分析以及外标法定量。结果:在优化的色谱-质谱条件下,45种添加剂化合物在5~2000 ng·mL^(-1)范围内线性良好(r≥0.992);方法定量限为0.2~4.0 mg·kg^(-1);各待测物在空白样品中不同加标水平下的平均回收率为75.4%~118.4%;RSD为0.70%~9.8%。应用该方法对从药房购买的20批中药口服液体制剂样品进行检测,其中6批次样品检出苯甲酸,含量为0.13%~0.27%,7批次样品分别检出山梨酸、肉桂酸、甜蜜素、4-羟基苯甲酸乙酯、安赛蜜、脱氢乙酸和糖精钠。结论:建立的高通量检测方法灵敏、前处理简便、快速、准确度高、回收率稳定,能有效降低检测成本,可用于中药口服液体制剂中多种添加剂化合物的同时快速筛查。

Mercury levels and estimated total daily intakes for children and adults from an electronic waste recycling area in Taizhou, China: Key role of rice and fish consumption

In order to assess the potential health risks of Hg pollution, total mercury（T–Hg） and methyl mercury（Me Hg） concentrations were determined in air, dust, surface soil, crops, poultry,fish and human hair samples from an electronic waste（e-waste） recycling area in Taizhou,China. High concentrations of T–Hg and Me Hg were found in these multiple matrices, and the mean concentration was 30.7 ng/m3 of T–Hg for atmosphere samples, 3.1 μg/g of T–Hg for soil, 37.6 μg/g of T–Hg for dust, 20.3 ng/g of Me Hg for rice and 178.1 ng/g of Me Hg for fish,suggesting that the e-waste recycling facility was a significant source of Hg. The inorganic Hg（I–Hg） levels（0.84 μg/g） in hair samples of e-waste workers were much higher than that in the reference samples. Pearson＇s correlation coefficients showed that strong positive correlations（p 〈 0.01） between hair I–Hg and time staying in industrial area（r = 0.81） and between Me Hg and fish consumption frequency（r = 0.91）, imply that workers were mainly exposed to Hg vapor through long-time inhalation of contaminated air and dust, while other population mainly exposed to Me Hg through high-frequency fish consumption. The estimated daily intakes of Hg showed that dietary intake was the major Hg exposure source,and Hg intakes from rice and fish were significantly higher than from any other foods. The estimated total daily intakes（TDIs） of Me Hg for both children（696.8 ng/（kg·day）） and adults（381.3 ng/（kg·day）） greatly exceeded the dietary reference dose（Rf D） of 230 ng/（kg·day）,implying greater health risk for humans from Hg exposures around e-waste recycling facilities.

Historical Sediment Record of ^(137)Cs, δ-HCH, and δ^(13)C Reflects the Impact of Land Use on Soil Erosion

This paper reports the concentrations of 137Cs, hexaehlorocyclohexane （HCH）, dichlorodiphenyltrichloroethanes （DDT） and its main degradation products, δ3C, and organic carbon in pond sediments （O-210 cm, sectioned by 2-20 cm interval） and surface soils （the 0-3 cm horizon） collected in 2OlO from Chenjia catchment, which is located in Yanting county in the hilly central Sichuan of China. α-, β-, and γ-HCH, DDT, and DDD were not detected throughout the sediment profile. Trace concentrations of δ-HCH （0.89-29.31 ng g^-1） and p,p＇- DDE （1.85-6.02 ng g^-1） were detected only in top 40 cm sediment. The 137Cs fallout peak in 1963 （corresponding to the 55-60 cm depth）, the sedimentary signature left by the last year of HCH use in 1989 （an additional indicator at 20-25 cm）, and the obvious original channel bed prior to the construction of the pond in 1956 were used as temporal markers to estimate changes in average sedimentation rate between different periods due to changes in land use. Continuous, marked decrease in average sedimentation rate （i.e., 3.79, 1.35 and 1.07 cm year-1 in 1956-1963, 1963-1989, and 1989-2010, respectively） over time was observed, probably due to the reforestation, abandoning of steep sloping farmland for afforestation and natural re-vegetation （implementation of the Grain for Green Program）, and the conversion of part of gently sloping farmlandterraces to orchard land since the 1980s, especially since the 1990s. This was corroborated by the observed decrease （more negative） in δ3C of sediment towards the surface, which indicates increased relative contribution of eroded soil particles coming from slopes with increased tree cover in sediment source area. Combined use of 137Cs, δ-HCH, and δ3C record in sediments has been demonstrated to be a powerful approach to reconstruction of response in sedimentation rate to historical land use changes.

目的观察胸腺肽联合莫西沙星治疗老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)合并重症肺炎(SP)的效果。方法 2022年3月至2023年11月乐山市中医医院收治的老年COPD合并SP患者78例,通过随机数字表法分为莫西沙星组与联合组,各39例。莫西沙星组予以常规治疗加莫西沙星药物,常规治疗按照COPD指南相关规定规律吸入长效支气管扩张剂,必要时吸入短效激动剂、雾化吸入糖皮质激素或给予茶碱类药物;并针对SP行退热、氧疗、平喘化痰、营养支持等治疗;联合组在莫西沙星组的基础上增加胸腺肽治疗,两组均治疗14 d。比较两组治疗14 d后临床疗效,症状改善情况,治疗前、治疗14 d后体液免疫、炎症反应以及治疗期间的总不良反应发生率。结果治疗14 d后联合组总有效率高于莫西沙星组(94.87%vs 76.92%,χ^(2)=5.186,Png·m L^(-1)、(2.54±0.89) mg·L^(-1),低于莫西沙星组的(9.89±1.17)×10^(9)·L^(-1)、(0.26±0.07) ng·m L^(-1)、(5.39±0.92) mg·L^(-1),组间比较差异有统计学意义(t=5.897,8.521,13.904,均P<0.05)。治疗期间莫西沙星组总不良反应发生率7.69%(3/39),与联合组的15.38%(6/39)比较,差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=0.502,P=0.478)。结论胸腺肽联合莫西沙星对老年COPD合并SP疗效确切,可改善体液免疫、缓解炎症反应,安全性良好。

An ultrasensitive aptasensor for prostate specific antigen assay based on Exonuclease T-aided cyclic cleavage

An ultrasensitive electrochemical aptasensor is presented for prostate specific antigen(PSA) detection. DNA tetrahedronaptamer is designed, which not only facilitates the molecular self-assembly events,but also improves the recognition efficiency between PSA and aptamer sequence on the electrode interface. The DNA conformation on top of DNA tetrahedron changes accordingly, which can be further digested by Exonuclease T(Exo T), a type of single-strand specific nuclease. Electrochemical species are removed synchronously and the initial PSA level can thus be determined. A linear range from 0.5 pg mL^(-1) to50 ng mL^(-1) is achieved with the limit of detection(LOD) as low as 0.15 pg mL^(-1). Moreover, this proposed method is highly selective and is successfully applied to determine PSA in human serum samples.

为研究抗生素的使用对水库生态的影响,于2022年10月选取桂林市备用饮用水水源地青狮潭水库作为研究区域,利用固相萃取和超高效液相色谱-串联质谱技术对青狮潭水库沉积物中磺胺类、四环素类、喹诺酮类等三大类17种抗生素含量进行了分析.结果表明,20个采样点总浓度为3.79～11.10 ng·L-1,共检出7种磺胺类、4种四环素类、3种喹诺酮类抗生素,平均浓度为0.084～1.26 ng·L-1,其中检出浓度最高的抗生素为氧氟沙星(OFL),浓度为5.21 ng·L-1,氧氟沙星是检出率最高的抗生素,检出率为90%.对青狮潭水库沉积物抗生素生态风险和健康风险进行评估,研究表明:青狮潭水库沉积物三大类17种抗生素风险商值RQ<1,表现出低风险;但不同采样点最大风险指标均指向氧氟沙星,需要注意氧氟沙星的排放问题.健康风险评估结果表明,青狮潭水库沉积物抗生素对人体健康无风险.

Effect of simulated thermomechanical processing on transformation behavior and microstructure of 82B steel

The effects of loop-laying temperature and austenite deformation on the phase(ransformation behavior during continuous cooling,microstructure,and pearlite interlaminar spaci ng in 82B steels were *** and dynamic conti nu ous cooling transformation(CCT)diagrams were measured with a Gleeble-3500 thermal simulator,and the mechanisms governing changes in the initial temperature,initial time,and duration of the phase transformation zone were also analyzed and *** results show that CCT diagram shifted to the bottom right,the initial temperature of the phase transition decreased,the initial time of the phase transition increased,the duration of the phase transition increased,and the lamellar spacing of pearlite was finer as the loop-layi ng temperature in *** initial phase transition time decreased,and the phase transition duration first reduced,then increased,and finally decreased in the static condition and in the dynamic condition at 850℃as the cooling rate ***,the phase transition duration continuously decreased in the dynamic condition at 900℃.At a given loop-laying temperature,the lamellar spacing in pearlite was finer due to austenite deformation compared with the undeformed *** with the results shown in the dynamic CCT diagram,the corresponding phase diagrams of the static CCT diagram slightly shifted to the bottom ***,there was a clear lin ear relationship between the reciprocal of the lamellar spaci ng in pearlite and the average undercooling degree in the phase transformation zone.

目的观察Otago运动训练结合阿法骨化醇对糖尿病伴骨质疏松患者骨代谢、腰背疼痛及躯体平衡的影响。方法前瞻性选取2020年2月至2022年8月四川大学华西医院收治的80例糖尿病伴骨质疏松患者作为研究对象。按照随机数字表法将其分为Otago运动训练组和对照组,每组各40例。对照组给予阿法骨化醇治疗,Otago运动训练组在对照组基础上给予Otago运动训练治疗。比较两组干预前和干预12个月后的骨代谢指标[Ⅰ型胶原羧基端肽β特殊系列(β-CTX)、I型胶原C端肽(CTX-I)、Ⅰ型前胶原氨基末端肽(PINP)、骨钙素]、骨密度、静态平衡功能(左-右和前-后运动速度、重心轨迹运动长度和面积)、简易躯体能力测试(SPPB)评分、跌倒功效量表(FES)、腰背视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分差异。记录两组干预12个月内跌倒和骨折发生情况。结果Otago运动训练组干预12个月后β-CTX、CTX-I水平分别为(326.54±38.87)ng/L、(0.24±0.08)μg/L,均低于对照组[(363.45±51.02)ng/L、(0.39±0.12)μg/L],PINP、骨钙素水平分别为(36.58±4.77)ng/mL、(8.92±1.02)μg/L,均高于对照组[(30.85±4.05)ng/mL、(7.44±0.89)μg/L],差异均有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论Otago运动训练结合阿法骨化醇治疗糖尿病伴骨质疏松可改善骨代谢和骨密度,提高躯体静态平衡功能,减轻腰背疼痛,降低跌倒发生率。

Effects of Active Gases on Droplet Transfer and Weld Morphology in Pulsed-Current ng-GMAW of Mild Steel

The current research of narrow-gap gas metal arc welding(ng-GMAW)primarily focuses on improving the sidewall fusion and avoiding the lack-of-fusion ***,the high cost and operation difficulty of the methods limit the industrial *** this study,small amount of active gases CO_(2) and O_(2) were added into pure argon inert shielding gas to improve the weld formation of pulsed-current narrow-gap gas metal arc welding(ng-GMAW)of mild *** effects on droplet transfer and arc behavior were investigated.A high-speed visual sensing system was utilized to observe the metal transfer process and arc *** the proportion of CO_(2),being added into the pure argon shielding gas,changes from 5%to 25%,the metal transfer mode changes from pulsed spray streaming transfer to pulsed projected spray transfer,while it remains the pulsed spray streaming transfer when 2%to 10%O_(2) is *** CO2 and O_(2) are favorable to stabilizing arc and welding process.O_(2) is even more effective than CO_(2).However,O_(2) is more likely to cause slags on the weld surface,while CO_(2) can improve the weld appearance in some *** weld surface concavity in ng-GMAW is greatly influenced by the addition of active gas,but the weld width and weld penetration almost keep *** study proposes a new method which is beneficial to improving the weld bead formation and welding process stability.
