Brassinosteroids alleviate wheat floret degeneration under low nitrogen stress by.promoting the redistribution of sucrose from stems to spikes

The trade-off between y.eld and environmental effects caused by.nitrogen fertilizer application is an important issue in wheat production. A reduction in fertile florets is one of the main reasons for the lower y.elds under low nitrogen application rates. Brassinosteroids(BRs) have been found to play.a role in nitrogen-induced rice spikelet degeneration. However, whether BRs play.a role in wheat floret development and the mechanisms involved are not clear. Therefore, a nitrogen gradient experiment and exogenous spray.ng experiment were conducted to investigate the role and mechanism of BRs in wheat floret development under low nitrogen stress. The results showed that as the nitrogen application decreased, the endogenous BRs content of the spikes decreased, photosy.thesis weakened, and total carbon, soluble sugar and starch in the spikes decreased, leading to a reduction in the number of fertile florets. Under low nitrogen stress, exogenous spray.ng of 24-epibrassinolide promoted photosy.thesis,and stimulated stem fructan hy.roly.is and the utilization and storage of sucrose in spikes, which directed more carbohy.rates to the spikes and increased the number of fertile florets. In conclusion, BRs mediate the effects of nitrogen fertilizer on wheat floret development, and under low nitrogen stress, foliar spray.ng of 24-epibrassinolide promotes the flow of carbohy.rates from the stem to the spikes, alleviating wheat floret degeneration.

Obj.ctive:My.cardial inflammation during my.cardial infarction(MI) could be inhibited by.regulating arachidonic acid(AA) *** studies demonstrated that Sini Decoction(SND) was identified to be an effective prescription for treating heart failure(HF) caused by.*** the anti-inflammatory.mechanism of SND remained *** work was designed to investigate the anti-inflammato ry.mechanism of SND through the AA metabolism pathway.in vitro and in vivo ***:An inflammatory.inj.ry.model of H9c2 cells was established by.lipopoly.accharide(LPS)-stimulated macrophage-conditioned medium(CM).The MI model was built by.the ligation of left anterior descending(LAD) branch of coronary.artery.in ***,the rats were divided into five groups:sham group,MI group,MI+Celecoxib group,MI+low-dose SND group(SND-L) and MI+high-dose SND group(SND-H).Cardiac function,histopathological changes and serum cy.okines were examined four weeks *** blot analy.is was conducted to verify.the key.enzy.es levels in the AA metabolic pathway.including phospholipase A2(PLA2),cy.looxy.enases(COXs) and lipoxy.enases(LOXs).Results:These in vivo results demonstrated that SND could improve the cardiac function and pathological changes of rats with MI,and regulate the key.inflammatory.molecules in the AA metabolism pathway.including sPLA2,COX-1,COX-2,5-LOX and *** vitro,SND could decrease the release of proinflammatory.cy.okines including TNF-α and IL-6 and inhibit cell apoptosis in CM-induced H9c2 ***,SND could protect H9c2 cells from the damage of CM by.regulating nuclear factor kappa-B(NF-κB) signal pathway.and the expression of ***: SND may.be a drug candidate for anti-inflammatory.treatment during MI by.regulating the multiple targets in the AA metabolism pathway.

复合组织缺损的精准修复是显微重建领域面临的一大难题，穿支皮瓣和嵌合皮瓣技术的融合产生了嵌合穿支皮瓣技术。嵌合穿支皮瓣中穿支皮瓣与骨瓣、肌瓣、筋膜瓣仅以血管蒂相连，各组织成分具有足够的自由度，骨瓣可精准重建骨缺损;肌瓣可精准重建动力肌缺损和填塞深部无效腔;筋膜瓣可重建关节囊或肌腱缺损;穿支皮瓣能自由覆盖浅表创面，实现复合组织缺损的立体修复。与传统的骨皮瓣、肌皮瓣相比，嵌合穿支皮瓣大大提升了皮瓣受区修复效果，明显减少了皮瓣供区损害，建议熟练掌握嵌合穿支皮瓣技术，进一步提升复合组织缺损的修复重建水平。

书信在早期现代英国有非常广泛的使用,并形成具有时代特征的书信文化。在英国文艺复兴时期戏剧中,书信不仅作为道具出现,更是时代的镜像。莎士比亚在作品中全面展现了书信这一言语媒介与戏剧艺术的完美相融,其中《李尔王》是书信出现次数最多、最为浓墨重彩的一部。剧中8封书信耦合15个主要场景,制造了情节上的悬念、突转,使故事跌宕起伏、环环相扣。这些书信巧妙联结了以国王李尔悲剧为主、大臣葛罗斯特悲剧为辅的两条并行线索,精心编织了个人与群体事件,整合了多线叙事结构,构筑了充斥真实与虚构张力的戏剧空间,展现了剧作家高超精湛的书信叙事技巧。莎翁充分利用当时英国社会广泛存在的书写字体相似性及信件在公共空间传播的不稳定特点,以书信作为核心人物书写欲望、建构主体性话语的重要物质媒介,塑造了性格鲜明的经典形象。书信从言说自我的私人文本在流通过程中转变成影响广泛的社会文本,使个人命运、家庭纽带与社会政治权力、伦理道德、性别话语紧密相联,生动再现了早期现代英国社会的真实风貌。

中华优秀传统文化实现传承与发展的关键路径在于其创造性转化。而设计作为文化可视化呈现的核心途径,为中华优秀传统文化的创造性转化及现代化革新提供了新的契机与平台。设计美学在为设计实践提供坚实的理论支撑的同时,也提升了文化设计的表现力、识别力。然而,传统文化在转化过程中与互联网和高速发展的数字化技术之间链接受阻,导致其遭遇保护和传承困境;后现代社会过度的商业化生产与强烈的物质追求也造成了设计流于表面以及文化底蕴和审美享受缺失等问题。以设计美学为研究视角,通过对设计美学和传统文化创造性转化的阐释分析,总结两者间联结的重要意义,归纳新时代传统文化创造性转化的外在表现,分析实现其创造性转化的必要因素,探究新时代实现中华优秀传统文化创造性转化的具体措施,以此为中华优秀传统文化的未来传承与发展提供借鉴与参考。

Comprehensive metabolic profiling of dioxin-like compounds exposure in lay.ng hens:Implications for toxicity.assessment

The evaluation of toxicity.related to poly.hlorinated dibenzo-p-dioxins and furans(PCDD/Fs)and dioxin-like poly.hlorinated bipheny.s(DL-PCBs)is crucial for a comprehensive risk assessment in real-world exposure *** study.employ.d a controlled feeding experiment to investigate the metabolic effects of dioxin-like compounds(DLCs)on lay.ng hens via feed *** enriched with two concentrations(1.17 and 5.13 pg toxic equivalents(TEQ)/g dry.weight(dw))were administered over 14 day.,followed by.28 day. of clean *** analy.es of blood samples revealed significant metabolic variations between PCDD/Fs and DL-PCBs exposed groups and controls,reflecting the induced metabolic *** changes were observed in sphingosine,palmitoleic acid,linoleate,linolenic acid,taurocholic acid,indole acry.ic acid,and dibuty. phthalate levels,imply.ng possible connections between PCDD/Fs and DL-PCBs toxic effects and energy.neuronal imbalances,along with lipid accumulation and anomalous amino acid metabolism,impacting taurine ***,we identified three differential endogenous metabolites—L-try.tophan,indole-3-acetaldehy.e,and indole acry.ic acid—as potential ligands for the ary. hy.rocarbon receptor(AhR),suggesting their role inmediating PCDD/Fs and DL-PCBs *** comprehensive investigation provides novel insights into the metabolic alterations induced by.PCDD/Fs and DL-PCBs in lay.ng hens,thereby.enhancing our ability.to assess risks associated with their exposure in human populations.

Plasma enhanced diamond deposition on steel and Si substrates

Diamond growth on Fe-Cr-Al-Si steel and Si substrates was comparatively.investigated in microwave plasma enhanced chemical vapor deposition （MPCVD） reactor with different deposition parameters. Adherent nanocry.talline diamond films were directly.deposited on this steel substrate under a ty.ical deposition condition, whereas microcry.talline diamond films were produced on Si wafer. With increasing CH4 concentration, reaction pressure, or the total gas flow rate, the quality.of nanocry.talline diamond films formed on Fe-Cr-Al-Si substrates is gradually.deteriorated in terms of density.and adhesion. This impaired diamond quality.on steels is primarily.associated with a combined effect by.the substrate composition and the specific process conditions that favor excessive nucleation of diamond.
