Widely used spin-coated nickle oxide （NiOx） based perovskite solar cells often suffer from severe interfacial reactions between the NiOxand adjacent perovskite layers due to surface defect states,which inherently impair device performance in a long-term view,even with surface molecule *** this study,we developed high-quality magnetron-sputtered NiOxthin films through detailed process optimization,and compared systematically sputtered and spin-coated NiOxthin film surfaces from materials to *** sputtered NiOxfilms exhibit improved crystallinity,smoother surfaces,and significantly reduced Ni3+or Ni vacancies compared to their spin-coated ***,the interface between the perovskite and sputtered NiOxfilm shows a substantially reduced density of defect *** solar cells （PsCs） fabricated with our optimally sputtered NiOxfilms achieved a high power conversion efficiency （PCE） of up to 19.93%and demonstrated enhanced stability,maintaining 86.2% efficiency during 500 h of maximum power point tracking under one standard sun ***,with the surface modification using (4-(2,7-dibromo-9,9-dimethylacridin-10（9h）-yl)butyl)p hosphonic acid （DMAcPA）,the device PCE was further promoted to 23.07%,which is the highest value reported for sputtered NiOxbased PsCs so far.

This paper investigates the free vibration and transient response of interconnected structures including double curved beams and intermediate straight beams,which are all constructed from functionally graded porous(FGP) materials. The strain potential and kinetic energies of each beam along with the work done by the external force are calculated. Additionally, a higher-order beam element is introduced to derive stiffness and mass matrices, along with the force vector. The curved and straight beams are discretized, and their assembled stiffness, mass matrices, and force vectors, are *** conditions at the joints are used to derive the total matrices of the entire structure. subsequently, the natural frequencies and transient response of the system are determined. The accuracy of the mathematical model and the self-developed computer program is validated through the comparison of the obtained results with those of the existing literature and commercial software ANsYs, demonstrating excellent ***, a comprehensive study is conducted to investigate the effects of various parameters on the free vibration and transient response of the considered structure.

One of the challenges of promoting accelerated carbonation curing(ACC)of concrete as a carbon sequestration strategy is ensuring that carbonation will not deteriorate mechanical *** study examined the mechanical strength,water sorptivity and carbonation efficiency of ten types of mortar containing dry or pre-soaked biochar subjected to internal and/or external *** results obtained enabled a typology of ACC to be proposed,in which the carbon dioxide absorption of mortar containing various types of CO_(2)-dosed biochar ranged between 0.022%and 0.068%per unit dosage *** particular,the mortar containing dry biochar dosed with carbon dioxide was the top candidate for concurrently increasing both compressive strength(54.9 MPa)and carbon dioxide absorption(0.055%per unit dosage hour).Mortar containing pre-soaked biochar dosed with carbon dioxide was identified as a strategy that achieved the highest carbonation efficiency(0.068%per unit dosage hour),but it also reduced compressive strength(45.1 MPa).Collectively,the proposed typology offers a useful overview of the different ways by which biochar can be used to tune ACC in mortar,according to any technical constraints and/or intended functions of the carbonated concrete components.

Flexible Zn-based batteries have attracted increasing research interest as essential components of wearable energy storage ***,the advancement of flexible aqueous Zn-based batteries based on Co-Ni layered double hydroxide （CoNi-LDh） as the cathode material is hampered by their poor cycling stability and the corrosiveness of alkaline ***,CoNi-LDh nanosheets enriched with h vacancies (CoNi-LDh（v）) were constructed on a flexible carbon cloth （CC） substrate via electrochemical deposition and *** Zn-based battery comprising CoNi-LDh（v）@CC as the cathode exhibited highly reversible conversion reactions and stable operation in 3 M ZnsO4electrolyte （ph=4）.The battery delivered an excellent specific capacity (225 mA h g-1,0.26 mA h cm-2),acceptable cycling stability（53.9%,900 cycles）,and high discharging *** abundant h vacancies served as active sites for the reversible intercalation of Zn2+and the extravasation of NO3-generated channels and space for Zn2+transport and storage,together enabling an excellent Zn2+storage ***,a sandwich-structured solid-state CoNi-LDh（v）@CC//Zn@CC battery was fabricated and was found to exhibit a noteworthy electrochemical performance and mechanical *** a proof of concept,the unencapsulated battery powered a digital watch under various deformation conditions and operated stably for 80 ***,the flexible battery displayed outstanding customizability,maintaining an open-circuit voltage of 1.42 V even after being cut *** proposed engineering strategy contributes to the realization of textiles with truly wearable energy-storage devices.

The title compound 2 （C30h27N3O, Mr = 445.55） has been synthesized and its structure was determined by X-ray crystallography method. The crystal is of monoclinic, space group P21/c with a = 17.520（15）, b = 8.640（7）, c = 15.439（13） A, β = 98.642（14）°, V = 2310（3） 3, Dc = 1.281 g/cm^3, μ = 0.780 mm^-1, F（000） = 944, Z = 4, the final R = 0.0671 and wR = 0.1790 for 1952 observed reflections with Ⅰ 〉 2σ（Ⅰ）. X-ray analysis revealed that the interatomic distance of C（20）O（1） is 1.464（4） , longer than that of the normal C-O bond （1.41～1.43 A） in the six-membered heterocycle, but this kind of change coincides with other spiro compounds. The six-membered heterocycle containing spiro Csp3-O is nonplanar. The UV-vis spectra of the title compound in polymer films showed that it exhibits excellent photochromic property.

B7-h3 (CD276), an immune checkpoint protein of the B7 family, exhibits significant upregulation in solid tumors and hematologic malignancies, exerting a crucial role in their pathophysiology. The distinct differential expression of B7-h3 between tumors and normal tissues and its multifaceted involvement in tumor pathogenesis position it as a promising therapeutic target for tumors. In the context of acute myeloid leukemia (AML), B7-h3 is prominently overexpressed and closely associated with unfavorable prognoses, yet it has remained understudied. Despite various ongoing clinical trials demonstrating the potential efficacy of immunotherapies targeting B7-h3, the precise underlying mechanisms responsible for B7-h3-mediated proliferation and immune evasion in AML remain enigmatic. In view of this, we comprehensively outline the current research progress concerning B7-h3 in AML, encompassing in-depth discussions on its structural attributes, receptor interactions, expression profiles, and biological significance in normal tissues and AML. Moreover, we delve into the protumor effects of B7-h3 in AML, examine the intricate mechanisms that underlie its function, and discuss the emerging application of B7-h3-targeted therapy in AML treatment. By juxtaposing B7-h3 with other molecules within the B7 family, this review emphasizes the distinctive advantages of B7-h3, not only as a valuable prognostic biomarker but also as a highly promising immunotherapeutic target in AML.

A mode-locked erbium-doped fiber laser (EDFL) is demonstrated using a highly concentrated erbium-doped fiber (EDF) as the gain medium in a ring configuration with and without a saturable absorber (sA).Without the sA,the proposed laser generates soliton pulses with a repetition rate of 12 Mhz,pulse width of 1.11 ps and energy pulse of *** incorporating sA in the ring cavity,the optical output of the laser changes from soliton to stretched pulses due to the slight change in the group velocity *** the sA,a cleaner pulse is obtained with a repetition rate of 11.3 Mhz,a pulse width of 0.58ps and a pulse energy of 2.3pJ.
