A hierarchically correlated equilibrium Q-learning(HCEQ)algorithm for reactive power optimization that considers carbon emission on the grid-side as an optimization objective,is proposed *** on the multi-area decentralized collaborative framework,the controllable variables in each region are divided into several optimization layers,which is an effective method for solving the limitations posed by *** HCEQ provides constant information on the interaction between the state-action value function matrices,as well as on the cooperative game equilibrium among agents in each *** acquiring the optimal value function matrix in the pre-learning process,HCEQ is able to quickly achieve an optimal solution *** of the IEEE 57-bus system is performed,which demonstrates that the proposed algorithm can effectively solve multi-area decentralized collaborative reactive power optimization,with the desired global search capabilities and convergence speed.

Central pattern generators(CPGs)have been widely applied in robot motion control for the spontaneous output of coherent periodic ***,the underlying CPG network exhibits good convergence performance only within a certain range of parameter spaces,and the coupling of oscillators affects the network output accuracy in complex topological ***,CPGs may diverge when parameters change drastically,and the divergence is irreversible,which is catastrophic for the control of robot ***,normalized asymmetric CPGs(NA-CPGs)that normalize the amplitude parameters of Hopf-based CPGs and add a constraint function and a frequency regulation mechanism are ***-CPGs can realize parameter decoupling,precise amplitude output,and stable and rapid convergence,as well as asymmetric output ***,it can effectively cope with large parameter changes to avoid network oscillations and *** optimize the parameters of the NA-CPG model,a reinforcement-learning-based online optimization method is further ***,a biomimetic robotic fish is illustrated to realize the whole optimization *** demonstrated that the designed NA-CPGs exhibit stable,secure,and accurate network outputs,and the proposed optimization method effectively improves the swimming speed and reduces the lateral swing of the multijoint robotic fish by 6.7%and 41.7%,*** proposed approach provides a significant improvement in CPG research and can be widely employed in the field of robot motion control.

The encoding and decoding processes of traffic channel in digital trunking system are studied. On the basis of computer simulation, the BER (bit error ratio) with different RCPC decoding step is analyzed. As a result, the optimal RCPC decoding step is provided, which gives essential theoretical evidences for the implementation of digital trunking system.

The mesoscale moist adjoint sensitivities related to the initiation of mesoscale convective systems （MCSs） are evaluated for a mei-yu heavy rainfall event. The sensitivities were calculated on a realistic background gained from a four-dimensional variational data assimilation of precipitation experiment to make the sensitivity computation possible and reasonable within a strong moist convective event at the mesoscale. The results show that the computed sensitivities at the mesoscale were capable of capturing the factors affecting MCS initiation. The sensitivities to the initial temperature and moisture are enhanced greatly by diabatic processes, especially at lower levels, and these sensitivities are much larger than those stemming from the horizontal winds, which implies that initiation of MCSs is more sensitive to low-level temperature and moisture perturbations rather than the horizontal winds. Moreover, concentration of sensitivities at low levels reflects the characteristics of the mei-yu front. The results provide some hints about how to improve quantitative precipitation forecasts of mei-yu heavy rainfall, such as by conducting mesoscale targetted observations via the adjoint-based method to reduce the low-level errors in the initial temperature and moisture.

Convertible Bond Pricing Based on Exponential Variance Gamma Model

Due to the‘spike and tail’ phenomenon of asset returns,the applicability of the Black-Scholes model for pricing convertible bonds has been questioned,and the variance gamma model can cope well with this phenomenon and solve the ‘volatility smile dilemma’.This paper combines the variance gamma model with the least squares Monte Carlo simulation method to empirically analyze the Everbright convertible bond based on its high activity in the Chinese *** this paper,the predicted price and the actual price are compared,and the applicability of the variance gamma model in the Chinese convertible bond market is *** results show that the fitting price predicted by the variance gamma model is consistent with the actual price trend,indicating that the method is applicable to the Chinese convertible bond market.

This paper compares the impact of restricted measures on CSI 500 stock index futures market and its underlying spot *** uses vector error correction(VECM)model and common factor analysis method to study the differences between the two markets before and after the restricted measures was *** paper analyzes the price discovery function through three aspects,i.e.,response to new information,price ratio of new information,and price discovery contribution degree of two *** on empirical results,it is clear that group one in the period of April 17th to September 2nd has an obvious price discovery ***,group two in the period of September 7th to December 31th does not *** result shows that stock index futures do have price discovery function to some ***,due to the impact of restrictive policies,the spot market price contribution may exceed the futures market in some special time periods,which implies that the price discovery function of CSI 500 stock index futures market is not stable.
