椎管内麻醉后出现颅内积气是一种少见的并发症，相关文献报道的椎管内或颅内积气多与麻醉过程中采用空气阻力消失法相关，生理盐水阻力消失法罕见。本文报告1例采用生理盐水阻力消失法实施椎管内麻醉手术后发生颅内积气的患者资料。患者为38岁女性，无明显诱因肛周肿痛1周，择期椎管内麻醉下行“肛周脓肿切开排脓+肛瘘切除内扣挂线+混合痔外剥内扎+肛乳头瘤电灼术”。术后第2天出现头痛、头晕，以及颈部、后背剧烈疼痛，伴手臂麻木且无法触碰及活动，平卧位休息后无好转，头部CT发现颅内散在多发积气，总量约3 m.。经多学科会诊，采取卧床休息、补液、吸氧、消炎止痛等对症支持治疗，病情好转出院，半年后随访无不适。目前采用生理盐水阻力消失法实施椎管内麻醉后颅内积气的病理生理机制、诊断、治疗、预防尚不明确，仍需进一步研究。.; Intraspinal air is a rare com.lication of intraspinal anesthesia. Reported cases of intraspinal or intracranial air are m.stly associated with the air insufflation resistance test, while those associated with the norm.l saline resistance test are rare. This article presents a case of intracranial air following intraspinal anesthesia perform.d using the norm.l saline resistance m.thod. The patient was a 38-year-old fem.le who underwent elective intraspinal anesthesia for 1 week without obvious cause of perianal swelling and pain. The procedure included incision and drainage of perianal abscess, excision of anal fistula with internal thread insertion, m.xed hem.rrhoid exfoliation and internal ligation, and electrocautery of anal papillom.. On the second postoperative day, she experienced headaches, dizziness, severe neck and back pain, along with num.ness in the arm. and inability to touch or m.ve them. Resting in a supine position did not alleviate the sym.tom.. Head CT revealed scattered m.ltiple air collections in the cranial cavity, with a total volum. of approxim.tely 3 m.. After a m.ltidisciplinary consultation, sym.tom.tic supportive treatm.nt including bed rest, fluid supplem.ntation, oxygen therapy, and anti-inflam.atory and analgesic treatm.nt was adm.nistered, leading to im.rovem.nt and discharge. Follow-up at 6 m.nths showed no discom.ort. Currently, intracranial air is m.stly associated with the air insufflation resistance test, while cases following the norm.l saline resistance m.thod are rare, with unclear pathophysiological m.chanism., diagnosis, treatm.nt, and prevention, necessitating further research.

Am.rphous hybrid tungsten oxide–nickel hydroxide nanosheets used as a highly efficient electrocatalyst for hydrogen evolution reaction

There are m.re challenges for alkaline hydrogen evolution reaction(HER)via sim.ltaneously expediting the electron-coupled water dissociation process(Volm.r step)and the following electrochem.cal H_(2) desorption(Heyrovsky step).Hybrid am.rphous electrocatalysts are highly desirable for efficient hydrogen evolution from.water-alkali electrolyzers due to the bifunctionality for the different elem.ntary steps of HER and optim.l interactions with water m.lecules and the reactive hydrogen interm.diates(Had).Herein,the synthesis of am.rphous hybrid ultrathin(tungsten oxide/nickel hydroxide)hydrate(a-[WO_(3)/Ni(OH)_(2)]·0.2H_(2)O)nanosheets on nickel foam.NF)for efficient alkaline HER is *** structural and com.osition features of a-[WO_(3)/Ni(OH)_(2)]·0.2H_(2)O are characterized in *** resulting a-[WO_(3)/Ni(OH)_(2)]·0.2H_(2)O/NF electrocatalyst with the synergistic effect of both hybrid com.onents for the HER elem.ntary steps shows greatly im.roved the activity and durability for the HER with a low overpotential of-41 and-163 m. at-10 and-500 m.·cm.(-2),respectively,a Tafel slope as low as-72.9 m.·dec^(-1),and long-term.stability of continuous electrolysis for at least 150 h accom.anying by inappreciable overpotential change in 1 m.*** the hybrid a-[WO_(3)/Ni(OH)_(2)]·0.2H_(2)O,Ni(OH)_(2) and WO_(3) m.ieties are separately responsible for accelerating dissociative adsorption of water and weakening Had adsorption strength,which is beneficial to the im.rovem.nt of the alkaline HER activity.

Accurate fault diagnosis of heating,ventilation,and air conditioning(HVAC)system. is of significant im.ortance for m.intaining norm.l operation,reducing energy consum.tion,and m.nim.zing m.intenance ***,in practical applications,it is challenging to obtain sufficient fault data for HVAC system.,leading to im.alanced data,where the num.er of fault sam.les is m.ch sm.ller than that of norm.l ***,m.st existing HVAC system.fault diagnosis m.thods heavily rely on balanced training sets to achieve high fault diagnosis ***,to address this issue,a com.osite neural network fault diagnosis m.del is proposed,which com.ines Sm.TETom.k,m.lti-scale one-dim.nsional convolutional neural networks(m.DCNN),and support vector m.chine(SVm..This m.thod first utilizes Sm.TETom.k to augm.nt the m.nority class sam.les in the im.alanced dataset,achieving a balanced num.er of faulty and norm.l ***,it em.loys the m.DCNN m.del to extract feature inform.tion from.the augm.nted ***,it replaces the original Softm.x classifier with an SVm.classifier for classification,thus enhancing the fault diagnosis *** the Sm.TETom.k-m.DCNN-SVm.m.thod,we conducted fault diagnosis validation on both the ASHRAE RP-1043 dataset and experim.ntal dataset with an im.alance ratio of 1:*** results dem.nstrate the superiority of this approach,providing a novel and prom.sing solution for intelligent building m.nagem.nt,with accuracy and F1 scores of 98.45%and 100%for the RP-1043 dataset and experim.ntal dataset,respectively.

Hydrochem.cal insights on the signatures and genesis of water resources in a high-altitude city on the Qinghai-Xizang Plateau, South-west China

Water resources have crucial im.lications for the steady developm.nt of the urban social *** study investigated the hydrochem.cal signatures and genesis of water resources in the urban area of Lhasa City(UALC).To this end,several analyses,such as ion ratio analysis and correlation analysis,were perform.d by com.rehensively applying m.them.tical statistics and integrated hydrochem.cal *** results show relatively low concentrations of m.jor ions in the groundwater and surface water(GSW)of the *** prim.ry anions and cations are HCO3-and Ca2+,reflecting the HCOg-Ca water ***,groundwater exhibits higher concentrations of key chem.cal com.onents com.ared to surface *** are weakly alkaline,with pH values of 7.78 and 7.61,respectively,and they have low salinity with average concentrations of total dissolved solids being 190.74 and 112.17 m./L,*** inputs have m.nim.l influence on the hydrochem.cal features of GSw,whereas rock weathering is the dom.nant controlling ***,cation *** a significant *** influencing their hydrochem.cal *** to the isotope analysis(H and 180),the prim.ry source of recharge for GSW is atm.spheric precipitation,with som. input from.m.lted ice and ***,GSW sam.les from.the UALC show relatively sim.lar 2H and 18O isotopic com.ositions,indicating the existence of a discernible hydraulic connection linking the two water *** research findings can serve as a valuable scientific reference and foundation for the sustainable developm.nt,effective utilization,and proper safeguarding of regional water resources in high-altitude areas.

Underground engineering often passes through water-rich fractured rock m.sses, which are prone to fracture and instability under the long-term.coupling of in-situ stress field and pore water(P-W) pressure, ultim.tely threatening the stability of underground structures. In order to explore the m.chanical properties of rocks under H-m.coupling, the corresponding dam.ge constitutive(D-C) m.del has becom. the focus of attention. Considering the inadequacy of the current research on rock strength param.ters,energy evolution characteristics and D-C m.del under H-m.coupling, the m.chanical properties of typical sandstone sam.les are discussed based on laboratory tests. The results show that the variation of characteristic stresses of sandstone under H-m.coupling conform. to the norm.lized attenuation equation and m.hr-Coulom.(m.C) criterion. The P-W pressure m.chanism.of sandstone exhibits a dynam.c change from.softening effect to H-m.fracturing effect. The closure stress is m.inly provided by cohesive strength, while the initiation stress, dam.ge stress, and peak stress are jointly dom.nated by cohesive strength and friction strength. In addition, residual stress is attributed to the friction strength form.d by the bite of the fracture surface. Subsequently, the energy evolution characteristics of sandstone under H-m.coupling were studied, and it was found that P-W pressure weakened the energy storage capacity and energy dissipation capacity of sandstone, and H-m.fracturing was an im.ortant factor in reducing its energy storage efficiency. Finally, com.ined with energy dissipation theory and statistical dam.ge theory, two types of D-C m.dels considering P-W pressure are proposed accordingly, and the m.del param.ters can be determ.ned by four m.thods. The application results indicate that the proposed and m.dified D-C m.dels have high reliability, and can characterize the m.chanical behavior of sandstone under H-m.coupling, overcom. the inconvenience of existing D-C m.dels

Interaction of yttrium.barrier and calcium.rich phase on production and properties of WC precursor powders and alloys

In order to reduce or elim.nate the adverse effects of calcium.im.urity,the interaction of Ca and rare earth Y co-doping on the preparation of WC-Co cem.nted carbides was investigated.X-ray diffraction,scanning electron m.croscopy and transm.ssion electron m.croscopy were em.loyed to analyze the phase com.ositions,particle sizes and m.rphologies of them.*** results show that the second type of"yttrium.barrier effect"is observed and the adverse influence of Ca-rich phase on tungsten powder can be elim.nated by *** flexural strength and fracture toughness of YG6-0.01%Ca+0.09%Y alloy are 2199.5 m.a and 11.49 m.a·m.(1/2),showing im.rovem.nt of 6.5% and 2.7% com.ared to YG6 alloy,*** evolutions of Ca-rich phase and Y-rich phase at the every alloy preparation stage of WO_(3),W,WC and cem.nted carbides are ***,the strengthening m.chanism.of WC-Co cem.nted carbide with co-addition of Ca and Y is proposed.

The utilization of nanoporous copper(np-Cu)as a m.tallic actuator has gained attention in recent years due to its cost-effectiveness in com.arison to other precious *** this,the enhancem.nt of np-Cu’s actuation perform.nce rem.ins a challenge due to lim.tations in its strain am.litude and actuation ***,np-Cu has been deem.d as a prom.sing m.terial for solar absorption due to its localized surface plasm.n resonance ***,practical applications such as solar steam.generators(SSGs)utilizing np-Cu have yet to be *** this study,we present the developm.nt of hierarchically nanoporous copper(HNC)through the dealloying of a eutectic Al-Cu *** hierarchical structure of the HNC features a com.ination of ordered flat channels and random.y distributed continuous nanopores,which work in synergy to im.rove actuation *** ordered flat channels,with a sub-m.cron scale,facilitate rapid m.ss transport of electrolyte ions,while the nano-sized continuous pores,due to their large specific surface area,enhance the induced *** results indicate that the HNC exhibits im.roved actuation perform.nce,with a two tim.s increase in both strain am.litude and rate in com.arison to other reported ***,the HNC,for the first tim.,showcases excellent solar steam.generation capabilities,with an evaporation rate of 1.47 kg·m.(-2)·h^(-1) and a phototherm.l conversion efficiency of 92%under a light intensity of 1 kW·m.(-2),which rivals that of nanoporous gold and silver *** enhanced actuation perform.nce and newly discovered solar steam.generation properties of the HNC are attributed to its hierarchically porous structure.
