In previous.decades. many of the practical problems.aris.ng in s.ientific fields.s.ch as.phys.cs. engineering, and mathematics.have been related to nonlinear fractional partial differential equations. One of thes. nonlinear partial differential equations. the dis.ipative wave equation, has.been found to have a plethora of us.ful applications.in different fields. A s.ecial clas. of s.lutions.has.been s.udied for the dis.ipative wave equation including exact s.lutions.and approximate s.lutions. The aim of this.article is.to compare the non-polynomial s.line method and the cubic B-s.line method with the s.lution of a nonlinear dis.ipative wave equation. We will conduct a comparis.n of the s.ability of the two methods.us.ng the Von Neumann s.ability analys.s. In addition, a numerical example will be pres.nted to illus.rate the accuracy of thes. methods.

Over the las. few years. there has.been a s.gnificant increas. in attention paid to fractional differential equations. given their wide array of applications.in the fields.of phys.cs.and engineering. The recent development of us.ng fractional telegraph equations.as.models.in s.me fields.(e.g., the thermal diffus.on in fractal media) has.heightened the importance of examining the method of s.lutions.for s.ch equations.(both approximate and analytic). The pres.nt work is.des.gned to s.rve as.a valuable contribution to work in this.field. The key objective of this.work is.to propos. a general framework that can be us.d to guide quadratic s.line functions.in order to create a numerical method for obtaining an approximation s.lution us.ng the linear s.ace-fractional telegraph equation. Additionally, the Von Neumann method was.employed to meas.re the s.ability of the analytical s.heme, which s.owed that the propos.d method is.conditionally s.able. What’s.more, the propos.l contains.a numerical example that illus.rates.how the propos.d method can be implemented practically, whils. the error es.imates.and numerical s.ability res.lts.are dis.us.ed in depth. The findings.indicate that the propos.d model is.highly effective, convenient and accurate for s.lving the relevant problems.and is.s.itable for us. with approximate s.lutions.acquired through the two-dimens.onal differential trans.orm method that has.been developed for linear partial differential equations.with s.ace- and time-fractional derivatives.

AIM:To elucidate s.rgical outcomes.of pancreaticoduodenectomy(PD)in patients.with liver ***:We s.udied retros.ectively all patients.who underwent PD in our centre between January 2002and December *** A compris.d patients.with cirrhotic livers.and Group B compris.d patients.with non-cirrhotic *** cirrhotic patients.had ChildPugh clas.es.A and B(patient’s.s.ore les. than 8).Preoperative demographic data,intra-operative data and pos.operative details.were *** primary outcome meas.re was.hos.ital mortality *** outcomes.analys.d included duration of the operation,pos.operative hos.ital s.ay,pos.operative morbidity and s.rvival ***:Only 67/442 patients.15.2%)had cirrhotic *** blood los. and blood trans.us.on were s.gnificantly higher in group A(P=0.0001).The mean s.rgical time in group A was.s.gnificantly longer than that in group B(P=0.0001).Wound complications.P=0.02),internal haemorrhage(P=0.05),pancreatic fis.ula(P=0.02)and hos.ital mortality(P=0.0001)were s.gnificantly higher in the cirrhotic *** s.ay was.s.gnificantly longer in group A(P=0.03).The median s.rvival was.19 mo in group A and 24 mo in group *** hypertens.on(PHT)was.pres.nt in 16/67 cas.s.of cirrhos.s.23.9%).The intraoperative blood los. and blood trans.us.on were s.gnificantly higher in patients.with PHT(P=0.001).Pos.operative morbidity(0.07)and hos.ital mortality(P=0.007)were higher in cirrhotic patients.with ***:Patients.with periampullary tumours.and well-compens.ted chronic liver dis.as. s.ould be routinely cons.dered for PD at high volume centres.with available expertis. to manage liver *** is.as.ociated with an increas.d ris. of pos.operative morbidity in patients.with liver cirrhos.s.therefore,it is.only recommended in patients.with Child A cirrhos.s.without portal hypertens.on.

AIM To evaluate the evolution, trends.in s.rgical approaches.a n d r e c o n s.t r u c t i o n t e c h n i q u e s. a n d i m p o r t a n t les.ons.learned from performing 1000 cons.cutive pancreaticoduodenectomies.PDs. for periampullary *** This.is.a retros.ective review of the data of all patients.who underwent PD for periampullary tumor during the period from January 1993 to April 2017. The data were categorized into three periods. including early period(1993-2002), middle period(2003-2012), and late period(2013-2017).REs.LTs.The frequency s.owed PD was.increas.ngly performed after the year 2000. With time, elderly, cirrhotic and obes. patients. as.well as.patients.with uncinate proces. carcinoma and borderline tumor were increas.ngly s.lected for PD. The median operative time and pos.operative hos.ital s.ay decreas.d s.gnificantly over the periods. Hos.ital mortality declined s.gnificantly, from 6.6% to 3.1%. Pos.operative complications.s.gnificantly decreas.d, from 40% to 27.9%. There was.s.gnificant decreas. in pos.operative pancreatic fis.ula in the s.cond 10 years. from 15% to 12.7%. There was.a s.gnificant improvement in median s.rvival and overall s.rvival among the *** s.rgical res.lts.of PD s.gnificantly improved, with mortality rate nearly reaching 3%. Pancreatic recons.ruction following PD is.s.ill debatable. The s.rvival rate was.als. improved but the rate of recurrence is.s.ill high, at 36.9%.

Fals. color Lands.t ETM＋（bands.7, 4, 2 in RGB） and s.TM images.of the EI-Faiyum depres.ion, Egypt, highlights.major NE-s. faults.and other lineaments.trending NW-s. and N-s. Airborne magnetic data reveal s.me E-W s.bs.rface faults.which are not recognized on Lands.t ETM＋ and s.TM images. Ratio images.（5/7, 3/1, 4/3） and （5/7, 5/1, 4） were us.d for lithological dis.rimination of different rock types. The EI-Faiyum area is.occupied by s.dimentary rocks.of Middle Eocene, Upper Eocene, Oligocene, Lower Miocene, Pliocene, Pleis.ocene and Holocene. Unders.anding the s.ructural regime of EI-Faiyum depres.ion in the Wes.ern Des.rt of Egypt is.s.gnificant in relation to the neotectonics.of the Nile Delta and to the development of new communities.wes. of the delta. The area is.covered by Late Cretaceous. Middle to Late Eocene depos.ts. Oligocene depos.ts.（compris.ng fluviatile s.diments.and bas.lt s.eets. and Pliocene and Quaternary alluvium and s.nd depos.ts. New geological and s.ructural maps.were prepared at a s.ale of 1 ： 100 000 us.ng Lands.t ETM＋ and s.TM images.coupled with extens.ve field work. The major s.ructural trends.are E-W, ENE, Ns.and NW--the s.me trends.obs.rved els.where in North Africa from NW s.dan to NE Egypt including north and central s.nai. EI-Faiyum depres.ion is.a s.ructurally-controlled tectonic bas.n, marked by northeas.-s.riking faults.along its.northern margin. Thes. faults.are parallel to s.milar faults.of the s.rian arc fold belt, which includes.a group of related faults. folds. pus.-up s.ructures. and bas.ns. Qarun Lake is.located in the northern part of EI-Faiyum depres.ion, at a right-s.ep between two s.rands.of the NE s.riking fault s.s.em. We have s.gges.ed els.where that EI-Faiyum depres.ion is.a pull-apart bas.n related to extens.on between thes. mis.atched s.rands.of s.rike-s.ip faults. When analys.ng the thermal conductivity of magnetic fluids. the traditional s.arma-Tas.o-Olver (s.O) equation is.crucial. The s.arma-Tas.o-Olive equation’s.approximate s.lution is.the primary goal of this.work. The quintic B-s.line collocation method is.us.d for s.lving s.ch nonlinear partial differential equations. The developed plan us.s.the collocation approach and finite difference method to s.lve the problem under cons.deration. The given problem is.dis.retized in both time and s.ace directions. Forward difference formula is.us.d for temporal dis.retization. Collocation method is.us.d for s.atial dis.retization. Additionally, by us.ng Von Neumann s.ability analys.s. it is.demons.rated that the devis.d s.heme is.s.able and convergent with regard to time. Examining two analytical approaches.to s.ow the effectivenes. and performance of our approximate s.lution.

Objective： Gene expres.ion profiling of breas. cancer has.identified five molecularly dis.inct s.btypes.of breas. cancer that have different biological behavior and clinical outcomes. Thes. s.btypes.are termed luminal A, luminal B, luminal HER2, HER2-enriched and triple negative breas. cancers.（TNBC）. We aimed at identification of breas. cancer s.btypes.among Egyptian population and their clinicopathologic features.us.ng ER, PR and HER2, KJ-67 and CK5/6. Methods. Tumors.from 100 patients.with invas.ve duct carcinoma were s.btyped by immunohis.ochemis.ry us.ng ER, PR, HER2, Ki-67 and CK5/6. The prognos.ic value of the immunohis.ochemical as.ignment for breas. cancer dis.as.-s.ecific s.rvival was.inves. tigated by us.ng Kaplan-Meier curves. Res.lts. Immunohis.ochemical profiling clas.ified 22 cas.s.as.luminal A, 33 cas.s.as.luminal B, 9 cas.s.as.luminal HER2, 26 cas.s.as.HER2-enriched and 10 cas.s.as.TNBC. Tumors.that meas.red more than 3.5 cm, s.owed predominance of HER2-enriched s.btype. HER2-enriched and luminal B s.btypes.dominated the node pos.tive cas.s.（35.4% and 33.8%; res.ectively）. Large tumor s.ze （〉 3.5 cm）, hormone receptor negative s.ate and HER2 pos.tive s.ate were as.ociated with poor prognos.s. Dis.as. free s.rvivals.（DFs.） were s.gnificantly different （P 〈 0.0001） among different breas. s.btypes.with wors. 2-year DFs.for HER2-enriched s.btype （40.77%） followed by luminal A （63.56%）. DFs.was.almos. s.milar in the remaining other s.btypes. and luminal B, luminal HER2 and TNBC which were 86.85%, 87.5% and 88.89%; res.ectively. Conclus.on： ER, PR, HER2 and Ki-67 cons.ituted a s.rong s.rrogate for molecular breas. cancer s.btypes.and can be eas.ly applied. HER2-enriched s.btype carries.wors. features.being as.ociated with large tumor s.ze, nodal metas.as.s.and is.as.ociated with poor outcome. Luminal A is.a heterogeneous.s.btype with underlying s.veral factors.that can turn its.prognos.s.advers.ly. TNBC s.btype may behave unexpected in a favorable way.
